“Brought my family here for lunch on a Saturday. I got the medium ribs and hot tenders along with the dragon fries and mac n cheese. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and the medium heat level was just right to give it just the right amount of heat without it being overwhelming. The dragon fries were well seasoned and the Mac was delicious. They're the type of food that you keep on eating even though you're stuffed because they taste so good.My only complaint would be the chicken strips. They were dry, hard and stringy. That being said, I'll definitely be returning based on the other dishes.I'd recommend the texas hot spice for those that truly love spicy. Initially you don't feel it but the heat definitely builds over time! Looking forward to trying their AMF heat to see what it's all about.“
“This is some good eatin! The menu was small, but that's ok. The brisket was tender, juicy and very flavorful. My family and i all ordered brisket meals - tacos, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Even though the sides weren't my favorite taste, the serving was big. The warm tortilla chips were the best I've had in a long time. I definitely recommend this place. They have a very beautiful bar top and a fun atmosphere. We met Josh, Jewel and other staff members were friendly and helpful. We will be back on a weekend night to enjoy the entertainment. “Have been a few times but never for lunch. Went with the ayce option and the service made a great recommendation to try the salad with house dressing. Would normally skip and opt for lettuce leaf instead but the salad and dressing was amazing! Definitely a must order going forward.“
“I was very pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. The workers very nice and helpful, the rib tips were amazing good, the pulled pork plate was delicious, the sides are good as well. “They came by our apts today, super nice, food was seriously on point.. we caught them as they were gonna get ready to head out and we’re blessed with xtra rice,beans, and Mac.. Customer service goes a long way and they def got that covered.. 3rs Fri of the mnth you can find em at the Wal Mart parking lot off De Zavala and I-10.. Prices are very reasonable and def fair for the quality your getting..Thank you guys for making our Fri night dinner an awesome one“

“I ordered the three meat plate. Marble brisket, sausage, and chicken.Normally, I avoid chicken at barbecue places because it tends to be dry, but this chicken was perfection seasoned Well, yummy skin. Marbled brisket was tender, sausage had a nice crisp to the skin but juicy meat. Dee's beans were very good, and the star was the sweet potato casserole! It was such a treat. The honey mustard sauce was such a nice touch overall. Would recommend“
“Visited for the first time today. Got 2- 2 meat plates, one with brisket and turkey with greenbeans and junkie beans and the other jalapeño sausage and brisket with mac and cream corn. The brisket was damn good ( the bark was perfect), sausage was good and the turkey was moist and actually had flavor. However, the mac was trash, bland no flavor and mushy. The greenbeans were so hot like they were microwaved, the junkie beans were just okay I didn't care for the bbq sauce or the dry chunks of meat in them. The cream corn was THICK with more cream than corn, definitely more of a cream corn salad. The front of the restaurant was dark and could use more light vs the back. Definitely didn't feel nor look like a bbq spot. Service was mediocre at best. Nobody had a welcoming attitude and when I asked one of the employees about the bbq her response was less than polite. We would return just for the brisket but not much else.“

“You know I haven't been to an L&L in so long. It was always the place to get food to fill you up good local favorites. I have to say after not having L&L in so long it was such a treat to eat here again specially this location. The service was full of aloha and Kat was such a great part of our experience. I had the chicken katsu, musubi, and bbq chicken, everything was grindz! So good. I also loved the vibe and the decor inside made me feel like I was back home, local music playing and the delicious smells in the air. Also they have little get togethers in the back where they play music and eat and drink so cool. I definitely recommend trying this place if you're missing those bomb plate lunches.“

“Some of the best BBQ and sides I've had in town, it's true as they advertise. Also, one of the few places in town that serves Kool-Aid. Awesome.Only gripe (and it's enough for me to drop a star of my rating) is that the place forces all orders to be to-go when ordering 30 minutes before close, which is stated nowhere on their operating hours. This should be mentioned somewhere on the business hours since most other establishment I've been to allow indoor seating up until close unless specifically stated otherwise. (So yes, I arrived before close and was expecting to dine in, and that did not happen.)“

I am not able to do this very often, but I wanted to thank them for supporting me, my ex-husband, and our family, as we navigate my ex-husband's stay in the hospital. We had a few issues with the sides with our steaks, but they were resolved quickly. We spoke to the manager, Meredith, and she took a bit off our bill. I wasn't expecting that kind gesture, but it was very much appreciated. I truly like Texas Roadhouse. The people are kind, the food was delicious and the service was amazing.“

“It's one of the best Texas BBQ in town. The meats are very tender, juicy, and delicious. The meat marinated in a thick molasses-based sauce that gives the meat a sweet and moist flavor. Excellent customer service with plenty of tables available for dining.“
“Loved dinner at Fred’s! Here on a business trip & after driving by Fred’s every day we decided to check it out on our last night & wow, definitely worth a visit. I had a two meat platter (brisket & pulled pork) with green beans & Mac & cheese & everything was delicious. Fred was awesome with food customer service & sitting at a picnic table in the warm Texas sunshine with a hot plate & cold Coke was the best. Picture attached was after I started eating; it all smelled so good I jumped in before taking a picture- portions are large & generous.“
