“Holy Smokes this place is awesome! Probably the best brisket I've ever had. The Texas burger and loaded potato were so good. And don't overlook the turkey leg! Staff are very nice and friendly. Just bummed won't be able to stop in again on Sunday (only 4 days later) on our way out of town.“
“The food was absolutely delicious. The service was just as amazing. Yes, you will probably have to wait in line longer than you'd like, but I'm sure most people will agree that the food is worth the wait. The staff acknowledges the long wait times and frequently handed back samples for everyone in line. There is adequate seating both indoors and outdoors. A good selection of drinks and PLEASE try to the brisket and/or the pork belly.“
“Visited Today been wanting to for a while. 1 give this place a 9 out of 10 only because I felt the Brisquet Portions were somewhat small on the plates, but we did purchase addirional 2 pounds to go and that Brisket with that Bark is just Awesome!!!Overall it was very good and they are very friendly and welcoming.“
“Clean, western style dining. I love the spool tables. The staff were very attentive. They were sadly out of chicken and turkey and the chef came out with his apologies. The brisket sliced and chopped was so tender. The sausage and sides were really good. I love that the plate came with jalapeños. I'm a fan of the green beans and the beans were excellent. My husband loved the baked potato salad. There is a fee for using credit just as a warning. We were prepared with cash.“
“The best barbacoa in the world PERIOD. It doesn't get any better than this. His menudo is on the same tier as his baracoa, and I was a person who wasn't a fan of any menudo before. I've been coming here for well over 10 years, give it a try, won't disappoint.“
“If you don't know what to make for dinner tonight, drop what you're doing and go here! The food truck is located just off 1604 and has a variety of food to choose from....even for those picky eaters. We drove up and saw several tables outside with a covering over it to protect you from the heat. The owners of the establishment are super helpful in walking you through the menu if you have any questions as well. The food...first off everything and I mean everything down to the lemonade was fantastic! I had the chicken and sausage plate with beans and cream of corn. Everything was cooked insanely perfect! My husband had a baked potato with brisket which was a good sized portion plus tasted amazing. My super picky kids had a chicken sandwich and hot wings. They really carry a large variety of food and highly recommend coming here.“
“After hearing about this place from a few people, I finally tried it out on a Saturday morning. There was no line waiting to be served but people showed up as I was leaving. I understand that it's quite busy on Sunday mornings. The service at the window was friendly and fast. I bought some barbacoa and tamales. The barbacoa was good but like most of the barbacoa I found lately, it doesn't quite hit the mark. Most of the barbacoa on the west side of town has an authentic flavor that's becoming increasingly hard to find. Don't get me wrong, this barbacoa is good and tasty, very "clean" and makes a great taco, but it just doesn't have the taste I look for. The tamales... it's getting harder to find good FULL tamales anymore. I tried them here and was disappointed. I would say that if it's not too far of a drive for you, try this place out and see what you think. It's definitely not bad, but it's not that authentic taste that I like.?“
“I love this restaurant!! We eat here every Saturday. Its a small restaurant but man their food is so good. I really hope they buy out the other restaurant we have here. They beat the other Mexican restaurant hands down!! It's no wonder why they are always packed!! Their Barbacoa all meat barely any grease omg!! Homemade salsa homemade tortillas not the thin kind either.. Just have to try it!!“
