The laundry facilities have always been well maintained and clean. They have a good amount of washers (varying sizes) and dryers. Cashless machines (using a card obtained on site).”

“Haven’t been there in a few years. Went there this evening. The burgers, fries, and Texas toothpicks were great. The only thing I had a problem with was we went and sat at a table on the upper deck so we could talk because there was no one up there and the lower deck was crowded. Just after we sat down two employees came up and started to drag all the tables and chairs around. Being heavy wooden tables and chairs all they could do was drag them across the floor making a lot of noise. This went in for about fifteen minutes then just as it got quiet again they started doing it in the lower deck. Was impossible to hold a conversation.”

“We went to Olive Garden in College Station and had a very pleasant dinning experience. The food was very good but what made this Olive Garden stand out from other restaurants, was the Waitress. Her name is Megan F.
Megan is one of the best waitresses that we have ever had. She was clearly a caliber above others in knowledge and the way she presented herself. Megan could easily work at Capital Grill, Fleming's, Bob Steakhouse or any other high end restaurant. She was extremely polite, very knowledgeable of the menu, checked back often to take care of our every dinning need. She anticipated things that would make our dining experience special. I have lead Customer Success organizations at several major fortune 500 companies. I understand excellent customer service and taking care of the customer. Megan excels in this area. Olive Garden made a great hire when Megan joined their team.”

“The handles on the doors to this McDonald’s are cold to the touch and stiff. As soon as I walk in, my mind is set on that beautiful, luscious, smooth macho chicken sandwich. It’s so beautiful on the pictures on the menu proudly displayed above the heads of the McEmployees who handle all that moolah. I’m telling ya, the dollar amount per calorie is low, which translates to lots of calories per dollar. I feel good at this point. Then I hear the beautiful sound of my name called out—as a number like a prisoner. Then I get my sandwich, wrapped like one of those presents in tissue paper. I’m usually hungry enough by this point that I’ve forgotten what my McChicken was supposed to look like, feel like, and ultimately be like. It’s like one of those jokes where the devil is recruiting one day and then you’re staff. Except that it tastes alright. Well, anything is delicious when you’re hungry enough. The serving portions are too small so people won’t go supersize with one. So I usually have to order two. When it’s all over, I can contemplate my life decisions. Hence the review. At least I’m usually in good company among all the engineering students who frequent this McEatery. Then I leave. This time I can push the door which flings wide open albeit with a good amount of torque required. Maybe some lubricant would help. Some hand soap that smells good would also be appreciated.”

“This is the first time I went through the drive thru at this location and there have been smiling faces and actual communication and friendliness. There was an extremely nice woman with glasses working the drive thru and was so patient with the lady behind me asking tons of questions. When I got to the second window I was greeted by a very nice girl who complimented my tattoo and ACTUALLY TOLD ME to "Have a nice day!".
Basic communication and kindness does wonders you guys. Step up to their level please!

“Well COTTON PATCH CAFE , I didn’t think it would disappoint. A friend order a Classic Burger. After a couple of bites I noticed he had a puzzling look on his face .. I asked “is it good?” He replied “yeah I thought it came with lettuce tomato red onion, etc.” I looked down I saw meat and cheese on a dry bun. So I asked for a menu to check the description. Sure enough it did. So called the waiter over informing him of the situation, to which he answered “let me see what I can do” Returned with a small dish of salad and said “That’s the best I can do.” CLASSIC! AT LEAST Whataburger would have made a new burger as ordered. While Cotton Patch Cafe “did the best it could.” from its own menu. NOT RECOMMENDED”

This weekend, we decided to try another restaurant that opened recently with a very similarly-themed name. We were so unimpressed, and inadvertently compared our whole experience to Walk-on’s, which we seem to frequently do. Walk-on’s is consistently great. The service, the food, the bar drinks, all great. Everything is decently priced. I feel like the waitstaff is unique. We’ve never had bad service, even in the busiest times (which we try to avoid but in a college town, that’s sometimes unavoidable). There are lots of great options on the menu and the skinny margarita is one of the best in town. Consistently good, clean, great staff and just a really well-rounded restaurant.”

Add to that, I got more coffee and steamed peppermint milk then I would have gotten at Starbucks and it was $5 less!!! I will definitely be back.”

“This place is lovely! I had such a great time. This little restaurant is doing really good at many things. Customer service was excellent. Christian was our server (kudos to him).

Ordered a Bento box 🍱 it included: chicken teriyaki, edamame, salad, miso soup, California crab, and gyoza. 🥟 We also ordered California and a shrimp tempura roll. Really good!

The ambiance of the restaurant is very chill and kinda stepping into dim and relax. Lots of cute Japanese decor all around.

Also, the prices were very reasonable. I cannot wait to be back.

Note to management: please consider revising the chicken you use in your bento box. It is not good quality. I would suggest trying a non-process, non-frozen chicken. I understand this might fit your pricing/ROI; However, less is more. Consider preparing your own chicken and if it means less quantity in the bento box, it will be fine with customers, given that their few pieces of chicken are tasty and fresh. This is a piece of advice (take it or leave it) but I just wanted to be as honest and transparent with my feedback. You are clearly doing many other things really good, let’s step into greatness. I hope nothing but the best!

“This is the best little coffee shop in College Station. Since it’s super close to campus, it gives me the chance to have a space to do some schoolwork while sipping a good quality coffee. “It's been a long time since I have been to a Golden Corral. But I have to say I was very happy with it! The food was good. Lots to choose from. It was busy but they kept it clean and they kept a lot of food coming out so it was never very long with new food. They have raised the prices but it wasn't bad. It was like $40 for 2 people”
