I prefer Laynes’s chicken more than Canes.Layne’s sauce is incredibly better than Canes sauce ?.Toast was thin but more buttery, and very delicious.However I prefer a soft pillow like bread from Canes.Potato salad was more than fresh and flavorful??Vegetarian options: Not vegan. The chicken strips and sauce are the best. The walls are covered with old receipts and notes from previous customers. The place is small and has hardly changed in 20 years, so it brings back great memories for former students.

Greeted by the worker as soon as we walked in. Ordered our food and got it within 30 seconds. Food was hot and fresh. Fries were crispy and the Texas toast was nice. Chicken was flavorful and delicious. If I had one complaint is that the front of the restaurant where we sat was freezing. Shivered through most of the meal.
