The chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried to golden perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The meatloaf was absolutely amazing—tender, flavorful, and smothered in just the right amount of sauce. Every bite felt like it was made with love. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home cooking, this is it. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“This is becoming an annual tradition. This year Railroad was super busy, staff were apologetic and it was understandable as they provided parking for an event down the street. Service was a bit slow at taking our order initially but the food came out in no time. We sat outside in patio which helped kids be distracted and around 9pm, on 7/3/26, Corpus lit some fireworks by the bridge which was nice to watch while having dinner.“

The ocean view was gorgeous, the music (Jerry Wade) was a perfect blend of the best songs. We ordered shrimp cocktail and loaded fries as appetizers. The shrimp was the freshest I have ever had. “I flew into town for a week and pre ordered meals to avoid fast food places while in town and I’m very happy I did!!! Chef Tony absolutely killed it everything I ordered was delicious and I ate like a king in my hotel room all week for much cheaper than going out to eat everyday. 100% will be ordering again the next time I’m in town!!“

“We stayed at the Doubletree from the 6th thru the 11th of Sept. Tim, Samantha, Chris the Cook were the most wonderful staff. They went above & beyond to make our visit top notch. We also had the pleasure to meet Jackie & Michael. They ALL WERE GREAT. They made sure we had everything we needed. The food was so good, we ate there for every meal except twice.
