“Had a leisure stop for a tasting and some family time, celebrating our daughter's graduation from residency, one hard journey. Never knew the crazy life hospital residents endured until living it through our daughter.
This is a renovated old home with lots of history and character. The stone fireplace was amazing, I am sure even more awesome on a cooler day.

“My wife and I have been coming here for almost a year now. It's good enough to convince us to drive over from central Austin just for a couple rolls and pies! They introduce new flavors every so often, which gives us something new to try almost each visit. But honestly the sausage rolls and curry pies would be enough on their own to keep me coming back. The shop also has an area for imported sweets and snacks from the UK, which more often than not lures us in for some bon bons or biscuits.

If you're in the area (or even not in the area), I definitely recommend stopping in and supporting this awesome little shop.

To the owners, if you ever decide to open up a shop in Austin, consider me a regular :)

Parking: The lot for the small plaza that the shop is in isn't huge, but I have never had an issue finding a spot to park. If they get more popular (which they deserve), I could see parking becoming a little more challenging.”

Joe and Stacey are amazing and caring people who do so much to support the Armed Forces, First Responder, and local community! “I have been looking forward to trying Abby Jane, grain to table makes me so happy. We bought a donut, almond monkey bread, chocolate babka, and a sourdough loaf (pan). The pastries were amazing, it was 2:40pm and the donut was incredibly soft. The almond monkey bread was just sweet enough and I will be buying my sandwhich bread from them. My only issue was the chocolate babka was a bit dry and burned on the edges.”

“Dropped in after finding it on Google maps. They specialize in English ales….good ones! Very good beer! They had several cask ales available via beer engines and served at the proper temperature. Their milk stout was great! Some of the best beer in the area.”

“Beerburg Brewery is like going to a good friend's house for dinner. A relaxed atmosphere that is not trendy. Always welcomed with a smile. Not to mention a fun little 9 basket disc golf course that is more technical than long. Come by enough times and the staff remembers your name. That's always a good feeling to be welcomed like a friend. The beers are changed from time to time so it like going to a new bar and tasting something new without going to a new bar to try something new. Plus, all of the beer ingredients are native and harvested in Texas.”

“I really liked this place! Amazing beer, especially the hazy one! Very deep dense taste, and color???… A very professional approach is felt! It is with the soul and knowledge, as well as love for their work. Using the best quality ingredients. It was like nothing to me!Despite the rainy Saturday, there was amazing live music-guitar. It was wonderful.And I also want to mention the head chef Max! An incredibly radiant person! And what delicious burgers he cooked personally and brought them to his guests! It costs so much!!! Thanks to him!My son Max, 11, and daughter Marianne, 5, were delighted! It was so delicious! The most delicious burgers, they told me, and they are still the same.We also had time to watch our favorite football (of course, HOOK ‘em HORNS ?????) (the very beginning, and yet ☺️!!!).I would recommend this place with the most beautiful territory in any weather! Clean air, and somehow everything feels right, exactly the way it should)! “Best chicken sandwich around, bar staff is .... Less than cordial and must pour drinks with a micrometer and a nuclear scale. You're charging me $8 for a 1oz pour from a $22 bottle of bullet (at retail!) and $3 more for a double, you REALLY only pour EXACTLY 2oz ??? You recoup your food costs on the second guy from that bottle, leaving you with 23 more singles. Then to add a $2 upcharge for ice??? Really?? A tiny bit of generosity at the bar side would make all the difference, and I wouldn't be all salty about going back. Eventually you run out of people that are going to help you make that $126 a bottle....”
