“We found this location by chance shortly after it rebranded and have been going back consistently ever since. The service is unmatched and authentic - everyone is so personable and kind. We’ve never had a less than stellar experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays, Valentine’s Day, brunches, and even just drinks - all exquisite. I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses in the DFW area and this place surpasses them all by far. We highly recommend them!”

“We highly recommend Cafe Italia (Ira Woods Grapevine location). Nick and his team are awesome. The food is amazing! Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We recently hosted our daughter’s engagement party at Cafe Italia, with 22 adults and 4 children attending. Everything was perfect! Albert, Arturo, Patty and team were wonderful! Everyone loved it We will always consider Cafe Italia our favorite Grapevine area restaurant.”

“I can be picky about steakhouses but this one was right on in terms of the steak itself. A prime NY strip for $53 is a decent price and this one was huge and one of tastiest I’ve ever had.\nThe built in sides (carrot and potato) are decent but the steak is the star. The wine list is pricey and not great with a big mark up. The wedge salad is just ok. Service is top notch.”

“I attended a meeting here, a delightful experience. Dinner was served, and it was great. Starting with salad and an assortment of veggies that were exquisitely prepared, a delicious main course of salmon and roast beef also splendidly prepared. All this was followed by tasty desserts. Refreshments Alcohol, Wine, Beers, Soda pops, and good old reliable Water. The facility staff were great and very helpful. A well run and well-maintained facility, I would give it 5 stars.”

It was full of vegetables and we chose chicken for our protein. Even the broth alone was so so good! It comes with rice so definitely a filling meal unlike other places that I've tried. The Drunken Noodles had a perfect amount of thai basil which is always a winner! My fiance got it with chicken and shrimp level 2 spice. Everything is made without spice but you can pick a level 1-5 or just get the chili oil on the side and add more to your liking. I got the Pad Woon Sen level 1 spice with chicken and it was perfect for me.”

“NOT a good experience and we will not be back.
We used to live near the BreadHaus and whilst travelling wewere excited to go back to get more of the fabulous breads we used to buy there.
An extremely rude lady served us. We tried to engage with her as we shopped, after all my husband grew up in the same area of Germany she is from. But not even a smile and difficult to get answers about the products. She was very short with us and yet no one else was in shop until we were at the point of paying.
Lunchtime and almost no bread left. So instead we purchased 4 different scones. They are ok but tasteless the only one we know for sure is the blueberry as it is blue streaked. I am eating one as I write this and I just hope the hair I found it is mine! The pretzel was a disappointment. We still have not tried the pecan pie. It looks good though. The date and nut bars were quite good although perhaps a tad dry.
You would be better off going to the bakery dept at HEB”

“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!”

We elected to sit at a booth and I was very happy they sat us at a half moon booth with tons of room. Our food server, Sarah, was amazing from the start. Filled with enthusiasm and knowledge. She didn’t miss a beat and quickly picked up on what we liked. The perfect amount of attention and care. The manager was pretty entertaining himself. I’m not a big seafood diner so I had the awesome filet!! She was right! Fabulous it was! We will be returning soon! Thanks for a memorable dinner!!”

We purchased two 12 oz drip coffee with a cranberry/orange scone. My wife thought that the coffee was a bit strong for her, but I liked the coffee just as it was, straight out of the pot. The trio that was working behind the counter were, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott and all three were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Would I visit this place again, you betcha and would also recommend it to others no doubt it that. Anytime, they offer law enforcement, military and/or veterans' discount I count that as a plus, plus and will more than likely not only recommend it but will surly return yet again. Not to mention that the trio behind the counter, Edson, Nixon, and Ms. Scott where very genuine and friendly and super courteous. They make a great team. That said, the egg crepe was not up to par. The crepe was good, the eggs were cooked fine. It was the mayo. I love a good mayonnaise, but this was not it. It actually detracted from the crepe. It didn't have a good flavor. There was no tangy flavor; there was just no flavor. Some chives, dill, or tarragon would have livened this up. I so wanted to like it because the actual crepe was good. This place in the mall, so the atmosphere is people watching. There was plenty of that. And it does seem to be one of the healthiest places for food.”

None the less my liddo sister Christel Rios brought me on a runaway short trip from Wichita Falls Tx to Dallas Tx to visit family and then we ended up in Grapevine Tx on our way home and stopped to finally eat here at Saltgrass. We entered in and had might I ask, where was the hostess with the mostess to greet us? However, we were finally seen and seated. The lovely gentleman sat us as we told him that it was our first time eating there. I was sooooo excited. So he sat us down.....its beautiful inside. Couldnt keep my off of everything in there....its like a scene from thw WILD WEST. Well moving on, our waiter was Matthew, he was AMAZINGGGGG to us! 🥇⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and so on for stars. He made us feel so at home. He gave us alot of positive info about the restaurant. Great job Matthew. Now not to be mean but the starter bread and butter was not the best. “This was my first time here and we brought the family. I visited this location before when it was Lava 10 and I think the seating is the same. There is a long booth-bench with tables and chairs on the other side right through the center. The booth-bench side sank down a bit more than the chairs which made for a little bit of a comical eating situation. There is bar seating, what I think was normal tables on the east side of the restaurant, and high top tables as well. When you go, DEFINITELY arrive before 6:30 so you can take advantage of the happy hour menu. Excellent prices on apps, and you can sample a bunch at a great price. Cocktails were also on happy hour! We had a smattering of rolls, sushi (octopus & escolar), ceviche, pot stickers, and a spicy tuna over crispy rice bite (that was the star!). The octopus was a bit tough (didn't snap clean, was quite chewy), but everything else was absolutely excellent. The wine selection is elevated as well, so if you are a fan you will find something lovely. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back!”

“This restaurant has been my go-to brunch place for at least 2 years, the atmosphere is quaint, calm, with soft ambient sound and its homey decorations very easy to have a conversation and everything I've tried has been delicious. I never fail to clear my plate I will definitely come back every time I'm in town. I personally recommend the omlettes or skillets and the side of potatoes is especially good. The owners are very nice and care a lot about their customers, & as a regular they always ask me about whats new in life!

Overall 10/10 and as a local I would reccomend it over the other breakfast places in the area”

Then I don't know what happened, we asked our waitress to come over and help us understand the bill as we didn't realize the bill subtotals each category at the bottom, i.e. food, alcohol, etc..and then something went awry! She bent down to hear what my daughter was asking, as it was a little busier at this point and a little louder, but not to bad as to hinder the mood and she immediately said to my daughter stop yelling at me your being rude!!! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Paying $300.00 for food drinks and tip to be treated with such disrespect. I then said to the waitress, she's not yelling, and she looked right at me and said yes she is. Now she's gone to arguing with the customer. I then wished I hadn't left a generous tip, this was beyond my understanding. I s/w the manager of course and he offered to comp our next meal, but who wants to return to a place for fear of receiving unprofessional treatment again.”

“This is THE best Cici’s location I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked inside, I received a friendly welcoming greeting, checkout process is quick and efficient. Everything is ran so smoothly, food is constantly being prepared and is hot, fresh and ready to go. Salad bar has los of fresh vegetables and toppings to choose from. Pizzas are delicious, the dough is perfectly cooked and toppings to crust ratio is perfect. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and are always ready to make whatever pizza you’d like to request. Drink selection is great, from soft drinks to iced tea and even slushies and lemonade. Overall, great restaurant, and includes an arcade. Restaurant and restrooms are very clean. Highly recommend this location. 10/10!”
