“Walked in, ordered my regular giant #6 on wheat, mike's way, and it was made PERFECT. The service was awesome. They had all staff all hands on deck. No one was sitting around doing nothing. Everyone behind the counter was working and when every customer was served, they restocked their fresh ingredients. The restaurant was clean and so was the eating area. Work stations were also constantly cleaned off for making new sandwiches. This team was awesome.“

“As I arrived after a long day, I parked my car and stared out the window. Looking out, I saw a Subway and a Jersey Mikes. What to eat? I asked myself. For some reason, I was drawn to the Jersey Mikes. I’m not a Jersey Mikes guy, not even a sandwich guy, but something about that shop seemed so enticing. I walked in and immediately I was greeted by so many friendly faces. The entire crew just seemed so happy to be there. There was no rush to get my order out and everyone just stared in anticipation to see what I’d get and get started on my sandwich. “We visited yesterday and the staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious but their was only one high chair and it was so dirty we cleaned it with three baby wipes and it was still dirty and sticky. It's hard to enjoy a family meal like that.“

“I love this place , i always get the Chipotle Philly cheesesteak and is always a hit. I asked him to add extra jalapeños & its sooo good w some shot Cheetos & a sweet tea. I also like the number 13 , the Italian w mikes way. “Love this location! They're so quick and efficient - I always order from the drive through or order using the app so I haven't seen much of the inside. When I have been inside, it's very clean with several tables to sit down and a self-service soda machine. The staff at the front have always been friendly, sometimes the staff in the back making the food even acknowledge me when I'm paying for the food. Due to always ordering through the app or drive through, my wait times are generally pretty short. The drive through has taken awhile before, but when the sandwich comes out, it's HOT so I know they made it fresh to order so the wait is worthwhile! I've only ever ordered Bacon Smokecheesy - I found it, I liked it, I will obsessively eat it until I'm tired of the sandwich. I like that sandwich, because I can get my sandwich with chicken, turkey, or roast beef depending on my mood. There are other options, but I know what I like so I don't stray! The cookies are hit and miss - sometimes they're soft and delicious and sometimes they're more crunch which I don't prefer. The brownie was far too rich and chocolatey for me so I stopped ordering that (not sure they even have it available anymore?). Definitely suggest the cinnamon roll center bites! They take the middle of the cinnamon roll which has the best ratio of roll to cinnamon & frosting and they sell it in a cup- hands down the best dessert!“

“I visited the Potranco/1604 store this trip. I Had a Medium New York Steamer Sub. The bread was very fresh, although I would say the meat was just average; it tasted more like lunch meat to me then authentically fresh sliced corned beef and pastrami. That having been said, the restaurant itself appeared to be pristinely clean, and the staff was very courteous. Firehouse Subs STILL has Subway beat hands down overall in my opinion. I'll definitely visit again.“
