“Super cute little restaurant with delicious food and great background music playing. Went here because me and my man both love garlic and we'll the name of this place says it all haha.Kid-friendliness: I would only suggest bringing well mannered kids who are able to sit still here.“

“My steak is usually perfect when we go here. We checked in at 4:30 on a Saturday night and were seated by 5:15. Our server was attentive. The music was pretty loud, but we could still hear each other. You can pay on a little gadget that's sitting on the table, which was convenient. The prices are pretty reasonable, in my opinion. Here are a few pictures of the menu.Parking: Once an hour, there is somewhere in the restaurant that they do line dancing, so the music becomes unbearably loud while that is going on. I never did figure out where the line dancing was, but once it's over, the music comes down to just simply loud.“

“I brought an out of town friend to this establishment right from the airport. It's a charming and culturally beautiful restaurant, adorned with Mexican tiles on the walls and stunning paintings. The service was inviting and welcoming. Our server was a sweet, charming man who was generous with the chips and salsa which were perfection! The chips were thin and crispy and the salsa had a perfect tangy flavor. I ordered tacos al pastor. They were served with house made flour tortillas with were fluffy and delicious. The beef was well seasoned and packed inside the tortilla. The charro beans tasted like my grandma made them. Delicious!! My mango margarita was the perfect addition to this exquisite meal. I'll definitely be returning.“

“I'm not exaggerating when I say this is my favorite place to eat in San Antonio. Located near the airport in a tucked away location, RO-HO Pork & Bread is a hidden gem. This is comfort food at it's finest. Ro-Ho has many great things on the menu, but they are best known for their Torta Ahogada, and it's what I get almost every time. The torta is always hot, the carnitas cooked to perfection, and the tomato salsa is to die for. You can get the torta with straight carnitas or you can mix it up with carnitas, pork stomach and skin, which is what I usually get. The torta also comes with cabbage, onion, radish and lime. No matter how you order it, it's going to be great! The place is super cool, with Mexican artwork and music. There is inside seating and an outside covered patio as well. Everything you can get to drink from the cold case is always ice cold. And they serve one of my favorite Mexican beers, Victoria. Chef Rojo is often around and greets customers. The ladies that work the register and food line are so friendly, and will answer questions if it's your first time. The place fills up quickly at lunch, so keep that in mind. I drive clear across town for my Torta Ahogada fix, if that says anything! Check this place out!“

My only complaint is that my garlic chicken entree which had the hot red pepper icon next to it (denoting that it was spicy) was not spicy at all. There was zero heat. I also would have liked the sauce to have been a bit thicker. It was very thin and watery. Otherwise, I enjoyed my food and we plan to go here again.“
