I visited here without a reservation and was greeted when I first came in. The staff was nice friendly and attentive. Emma was awesome and recommended some dishes. The burger, half chicken, rice, and sesame butter cookie were awesome and the drinks. I had the voodoo drink. I highly recommended and you won't be disappointed.”

“So I want to start by saying that Jungle Food knows what they’re doing. I used to use a different plant based protein powder that left my mouth with a weird chalky residue and sugary taste. Jungle food on the other hand doesn’t have any of these, it actually has a natural taste to it, earthy and absolutely no chalky or sugary taste/texture. I can use it on any type of smoothie I want to make whether it’s an all mango, mixed fruit, or mix veggie and fruit. I also love that I can add it to my protein muffins and oatmeal without that protein taste. Apart from the amazing product their customer service is amazing very informative and helpful.I appreciate you guys, keep it up!”

I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter were very nice. Our waiter Khatija was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. The floor manager took his time to welcome my family and made it his main priority to adjust everything to our liking. Especially nowadays with COVID-19, it’s hard to find a clean but comfortable restaurant environment I felt like my family was number 1. Also, it felt like I was over at family or friends. So I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr.Sufiayn, Mr.Shawqat, and Ms.Khatija from the bottom of my heart.”

The medium spice level was perfect...flavorful with a kick. Drunken Noodles, Krapow Beef, and the Meatball Appetizer were our favorites. This restaurant was an hour drive for us and did not disappoint. It was worth the trip, and we will be back. The only two criticisms would be that their front door is darkened, and from outside, does not look like an actual entrance. And the noise level was a little high, so our server had to repeat herself a few times, but she didn't seem to mind and checked on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying ourselves”

The only downside about this place it is kind of small especially with how busy this place can get. You might have to stand to enjoy your drink but you will still have a great time.”

We both opted for the 8 oz filet mignon paired with au gratin potatoes, and every bite was outstanding. The steak was exceptionally tender, bursting with rich, savory flavor, while the potatoes were decadently cheesy and the perfect complement. To finish, we shared a slice of key lime pie, which struck the ideal balance between tart and sweet. Our waitress was fantastic—warm, attentive, and instrumental in making the experience even more enjoyable. From start to finish, it was a top-tier dining experience!”

“Chef Sky is a genuine down to earth person that deserves all the success! He puts his heart into his food and puts a creative spin on his menu that is executed phenomenally. His innovation with food and his incorporation of interactive gastronomy (you get to blow your own smoke bubble on your dish!) is very refreshing to experience especially in this age of cookie cutter omakases. Normally you would never expect to see ingredients like pork floss or lao gan ma on sushi — however he did it. He put them on sushi and it was such an unbelievably wonderful combination. He also included a piece of his story in his menu — homemade laksa. He showed a lot of thoughtfulness in the quantity and the contents of the laksa (like not including too many carbs/protein), knowing that it is a heavier soup that he incorporated about a third through the omakase. I was immaculately satiated by the last course so in the end, the portion and pacing of the courses was perfect. It was truly an honor to spend the night dining and chatting with Chef Sky. His inventive take on his cuisine really makes him a gastronomic visionary. We will definitely be returning and giving him our love and support!”

“Updated- I was able to try the “new” Andiron recently. The menu is a bit different. Gone are the expensive Wagyu meats and some new items have been added. Fortunately, the space kept its classic elegance and much of the same great staff remains. The martinis are still the best. I wouldn’t say the place is much less expensive but there are more options at a fair price for the quality and service. I had the market fish with a green pea hummus and curry sauce. The Caesar salad was delightfully unique with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan and a hint of citrus zest. This place is still one of my favorites in town. AND they still have their happy hour, a great way to give them a try.”

This is one of the places to offer fresh noodles not everywhere you get this level of quality. Broth is very nice flavorful and tasty. If you like beef tendon, then get their meatball, brisket, tendon combination, ask for the chili oil it’s going to give you a nice flavor boost.”

Our group had a large table in a private area, and the space felt comfortable and upscale, perfect for a celebratory get together or even a business dinner. 🍽️ The service was attentive, and the table was set beautifully with everything we needed plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins all arranged, ready for a relaxed meal with friends or colleagues. The food was excellent pizzas came out hot and perfectly baked, and the burgers looked delicious with generous portions. Drinks flowed throughout the dinner, served in a variety of elegant glasses. One feature I really appreciated was the versatility Fielding’s offers not just indoor dining, but also takeaway and delivery if you prefer to eat elsewhere. Overall, it was a memorable experience thanks to the great atmosphere, quality food, and top 🔝 notch service. I would absolutely go back, whether for a casual lunch or another big event.”

“Doctor appointments in Houston mean trying new places! We've been looking forward to trying Pok Pok Po for a few weeks since we saw Shawn the Food Sheep's video review. It did not disappoint! This is the best chicken ever! Look at the seasoning on those fries! My chicken sandwich had an amazing sauce and kimchi on it. Caleb had the chicken nugget basmati rice bowl with kimchi. The side sauces are to die for, and perfectly complemented all we had. PLOT TWIST-- there are two concepts kitchens in one store front!! Pok pok Po shares a space and is the same company/chef as Bōl--a Chipoltle-style Indian food concept. We were able to try a wide sample of their fares including the rice, lamb, cauliflower, potatoes, paneer, pickled onions, avocados, and cucumber salad, airy potatoes crisps, mango Lassi, and samosa. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Staff, manager, and chef take pride in their establishment and value the experience of the customer. Everything there is gluten free (except the burger bun--but make it a wrap or a salad!) And halal, and the chicken is anibiotic free. Everything was spotless, bathrooms were nice and big.Free parking!”
