They need to change their whole employee roster. Most awful customer service ever. They never serve fresh food. Fries are cold as hell. Ice cream machine has worked once in 3 months. They are lucky I gave them 2 stars.

I went back because I thought they messed up my order. Found out it was kind of my fault. I didn’t know they change the size of the BK stacker. They offer to fix the order anyway. That was totally awesome. Thank you so much.

Ordered through drive through and at the window I asked for some picante sauce for my burrito. I was informed they were out of that and jelly. I stated that I wish I would have known before ordering and the so called manager just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. I decided to go inside as I was not happy and wanted a refund.
