Great place to try out!I went there twice, once with my son. I got Katsu Chicken both times. My son got Protein Plate which is same as BBQ Mix Plate, with 2 fried eggs on top.Katsu Chicken is fried Chicken fillets, comes with white rice and Macaroni cheese salad on side. Found this little gem after visiting Dr Pepper Museum. The food was very fresh, cooked on the spot, and tasty! Our 11 and 13 year old were happy with their choices (kids teriyaki and regular katsu plate). I had the spicy katsu bowl and my husband had the seafood plate. Even the sauces were good!

Tried this place for the first time after a friend was on a rant about how much they missed Loco Moco from their days in Hawaii. L&L is small and unpretentious. My server was super friendly and food came fast. Loco Moco is a simple stacked dish with rice, burger patties, gravy and fried eggs.
