“Wonderful atmosphere, you feel comfortable and isolated even though it's busy and all the tables are filled.Our server, Royce, is amazing. Greeted us at the table, got us our drinks quickly, and went over the specials with us.The lamb pop appetizer comes with chimicurri which needs to go on top of the lamb. The flavors dance on your tongue.The mac and cheese isn't just macaroni with cheese, the chefs added additional flavors, making it a dish on its own.The steak is seasoned with a little salt, pepper, and clarified butter. It does not need anything else. It melts in your mouth. There's a thin crust on the outer edge, with its herbs, spices, and buttery goodness, and then the succulent inside, perfectly cooked steak, and how it practically dissolves on your tongue.We ordered both the chocolate and carrot cake, having been told the pair of desserts are the most delicious. We took the two home, having filled ourselves to bursting already. The chocolate cake is definitely something you need to order. We haven't tried the carrot cake, but we imagine it will be just as wonderful.“
“Me and my wife went for our wedding anniversary. The food was amazing. I got the sea bass and came with Wasabi potatoes. Amazing dish. My wife got the lobster risotto she enjoyed it. We also shared a millionares baked potato and was also amazing. The drinks weren't the best but everything else was great. They also gave us a complementary desert which was also delicious.“
“The best ever Filet Mignon I have eaten in the USA. Expensive but steak and mushrooms were outstanding. Excellent service and nice place to stay, only downside was a cold breeze from the entrance that I felt on the bar and lounge. It was 21 degrees outside. Definitely will come back next time.“
“Came in for my Birthday dinner. 12oz Prime Rib was mouth watering goodness!! The other 3 in our party also had zero complaints!! Can't recall the servers name, however she was very pleasant!!My only complaint was the lighting. Trying to read the menu was quite difficult, especially to the elders that were in our party. We had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the menu.I also would like to add that my mother and I could have stayed for just one more piece of key-lime pie as it put a close to our dinner!! YUMMY!! I highly recommend this place, as we will return in the future!! Thanks for a great 50th Birthday Dinner!!“
“It was date night for my wife and I. We typically don't get to go out as much as we'd like to so we typically don't venture outside of our normal spots. However, we decided to try out Kirby's for the first time. OUTSTANDING! The food was very good. It's what you'd expect to pay for a good steakhouse so the price's were not surprising. Erin was our server and gave us the best service we ever received at any restaurant. By far the greatest first experience we've had. We will be back and request her every visit.“
“Went for lunch, food and service were great! Steaks are always well seasoned and tender. Sides are great as always! Our waiter Gideon was wonderful and helpful in deciding what to eat! All other staff we had encounters with were also kind, several acknowledged my baby watching them and stopped to say hello to her. Definitely recommend and will be back!“
“Easy 5 stars here.There was zero wait. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and on Saturday night they got us right in. Please note they were busy too.I had the kabob with rice and my wife had a burger and we shared a baked potato. That is the best baked potato I’ve ever eaten!The atmosphere is wonderful. So many things to look at. My favorite part was the bucket of toy soldiers and a sign that said to take one and put it somewhere and when you see it pray for our military and service members.If you are ever in the area stop by! It is worth your time and money.“

“We had a really great server. She was funny and nice, quick service. We both got the filet and seafood and filet was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. I did ask for broccoli as my side but it came out with green beans. I just went with it as I do like both. My drink which was a seasonal Sangria was delicious.“
“Like most Saltgrass, you know exactly what you are getting if you visit this restaurant. I can't in good conscious give 5 stars today for just a few reasons. At first arrival, the lobby was busy, but no one knew where the line was to check in, and it was organized chaos. With that said, we did get seated pretty quickly. The waiter was ok, but for us, he was way too talkative. I like to enjoy my meal without all the conversation. He did a good job, though. The bread here is always amazing. We ordered mushrooms and crab cakes for appetizers. You can't go wrong with either. Both were amazing. I really liked the crab cakes with the lemon sauce. The potato soup is not what I'm used to and tasted like it was missing something. The meals were as expected, tasted good, hot, tender ribs, and perfectly cooked steak. The couple we were eating with, though, had their fish come out more raw than fish should be. They did take care of it and replaced the dish, but by the time he got his fish, we were almost done. The remake was cooked properly, but it was way over seasoned. Overall, a good, not great visit. I would recommend a visit despite our issues since they are very consistent with good food.“

“Wow!!!! What an experience.we had. A young 22 year old server who was far beyond his years in service and maturity. His quiet service was appreciated and when he pulled out the crumb catcher! It took me back to fine dining in Cleveland in 1985. The food was equally as good. Thank you for a really fun dining experience. If we ever get back to Texas we will be back.“
“Decent steak. My only complaint was we had a 25 minute wait even though I could see at least 7 empty tables and there was only 1 couple in front of us. About 12 customers left shortly after our arrival and there was still another 15-20 minute delay. When we were seated there were about 10 empty tables. But is about the nicest restaurant we have in Haltom. Recomend the center cut filet and the loaded baked potato. The peach cobbler and ice cream were good.“

“I’m a pilot from out of town, and every time we show up in the Dallas area we must go to the saltgrass in Grapevine! We had the most amazing experience with Jayda, the bartender and Jazmine the manager. The food was cooked to perfection, and the drinks were as usual top-notch. “This is a very romantic spot. The customer service is top-notch and very personable. I ordered the sea bass which was excellent and I haven’t ordered any other type of fish at a restaurant since. The valet was nice and prompt. The drinks are very strong, but worth every penny. I believe I had a Mohammed, which is a drink named after one of the waiters. The menu is reasonably priced, and you get to overlook the city from a high-rise. A great choice for a quiet dinner.“

“We wanted something different for lunch, so we chose Outback. I had the grilled chicken with fries, and my cousin had the sirloin steak and fries. The chicken was very moist and delicious, but my cousins steak was not prepared the way she had ordered it. Our waiter saw it as she was cutting into it, and before she could say anything, he took it back to the kitchen to have it properly done. The MOD (Manager On Duty) brought it back to her to apologize and to see if it was to her satisfaction, and all was well. I love this type of service because it makes me want to come back again. ????“
