Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.”

The salad on the left is at Lovers Lane and the other is Irving and you can clearly see more of the bowl. They were both delicious and service was great but I was really disappointed.”

We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.”

The owner always comes by and says hi to us. Another thing I love about them the owner never says anything about my youngest bring outside food. My kid has autism so it’s hard to find places to eat where they allow us to enjoy a meal as a family. I love them for that. And the young gentleman cook 👨🍳 that always is so sweet and know what we want from the moment we walk in the door 🚪 thanks you for taking amazing care of us. “Flossie's has not kept up with its first impression at all in any area, especially with the price increase. Except for the seafood area, everything else was pretty standard holiday fare. We had a 2:00 p.m. reservation and 2:55 p.m., we were told the buffet was closing. The wait staff had started serving themselves. I've gone to a lot of buffets and have never had to excuse or be excused by the wait staff. No teaspoons or stirrers for the coffee and tea. I think the Omni if much better than that.”

“As a frequent business traveler, I've experienced a wide range of hospitality standards. I rarely feel compelled to single out a hotel experience, however, my recent stay at the NYLO in Dallas was exceptional.
From the moment I checked in, Fatima at the front desk provided a warm and efficient welcome. The housekeeping staff consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and attentiveness, ensuring my room was always well-stocked and comfortable.
The fun part: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the service at the Loft bar. Evan and Darien demonstrated a level of professionalism and genuine hospitality that significantly enhanced my experience. Their attentiveness and engaging demeanor created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
The NYLO's location, in the suburban Dallas area with convenient interstate access, makes it an ideal choice for business travelers. The consistent quality of service across all departments is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.
I commend the NYLO team for their dedication to providing a positive and memorable experience. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Dallas.

“I love this place - the dance floor is the biggest I have ever seen (I've danced in different locations all the way around Houston/ Spring/ Huntsville) and it is perfectly round which is unique. The workshops held here are incredibly thought out and help the other dancers acclimate to the space. Biggest downfall is during the Summer months - the AC should be turned on because I marinate. Also - the crowd gets larger as the night gets later which is common but it makes it hard to move along the dance floor without traffic. The leads that come out are very strong - if I lived locally this would be my go to. 🥰”

“Service was a little bit slow when sitting at the actual restaurant; however, staff was apologetic after not noticing us sit down. We got the burger as well as BBQ nachos. The burger was excellent and I felt that the nachos were good but not as good as the burger. While pool side, we got a piña colada that was excellent. The prices are what you would expect for the Ritz but I felt that when coupled with the pool and resort experience, it made sense and was within what I was expecting. I would definitely get more food and drinks if back on this property.”

We've been here before, and love their veggie options for starters especially the crispy baby corn, Momos ( we had the sechuan one) and the hot and sour soup came with the lunch menu option. The main course was the gold coin Manchurian which was tasty and the gold coin had a great bite to them, and the veg fried rice was a great complement to it. I ordered the Red Curry bowl, but was underwhelmed in terms of the flavor profile as it was a little too subtle. Other than that the place always delivers.”
