“I've been eyeing this new coffee shop and I finally got to try it today! I had the Pistachio White Chocolate Mocha and it was great! I could definitely taste the pistachio flavor. I thought it would be too sweet since it has white chocolate as well as the pistachio flavor, but it wasn't too sweet or overwhelming, served at the perfect temperature. It also came with whipped cream. I really enjoyed it! They're open really early, even on the weekend and the cashier was friendly. Great coffee!“

“This place is great. The people that own It and run it are incredibly nice people. The meats are high quality and the bread is superb. We ordered 20 banh mi for a party. She has everything all together when we picked it up. Nicely wrapped and labeled. Everyone at the party loved the banh mi. It was the best that some of them had ever had. “I love this place! It's incredibly convenient since it's right by my house and the coffee is really good. During the holiday season, they add the cutest little sprinkles for a festive touch! I have also tried their teas which are good as well. My favorite dish has to be the bacon egg and cheese danish - you will not regret ordering it. The drive thru is pretty fast if you're in a crunch and they also do discounts for first responders/nurses (if you have your ID) which is nice!“

“I love Slowpokes, the Spring Branch location has my heart. The vibes here are immaculate and the staff are extremely friendly. A few of note are L, Irlanda, and David. “One of the Best coffee I have tried outside of Indonesia. Coffee that is delicious and shockingly good! especially for an American coffee roaster. I don’t want to sound like I work for this company, I do not, so I will leave it at this: if you start your day with coffee and you live within a 15 hour drive from Houston, this is where I would buy my coffee. “This place is amazing. When I visited Louisiana, I first tried a PJ's and wished we had one in Houston. Well that wish had been answered and there are multiple locations here now. This one is great, I like trying all the flavors of lattes, but the King Cake is my favorite. The Wedding Cake is also good. Of course you can get fresh beignets here to go with your New Orleans style coffee! The interior is perfect for some coffee shop working or to catch up with a friend over a cup of joe. Try it out and please don't be in a rush, this is not that kind of place.“

It's super refreshing in the texas heat and the fruit and jellies are such a treat. This boba shop is very cutely decorated with tons of seating. There's even a cute place for a photo-op! The service has always been very quick and all the boba baristas here are very friendly. The only thing I would have to complain about is the price, as $7 a cup the tropical fruit teas are definitely a tad bit overpriced but they taste amazing so I can't help but treat myself once in a while.“

“Absolutely charming little place. Even if the fancy decor isn't your style, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is always pretty relaxed. Even with a crowd, it's not overwhelming or noisy, making this place a good spot to study and have a quick sip or bite to eat.“
“1. Service - Fast pace and efficient. When you come in, wait to be seat, order at the table, and pay in the front. 2. Price - It's more expensive than the restaurants in Bellaire. But we're not in Bellaire (Houston's Chinatown), we're in the Energy Corridor area. This is about average. Banh Mi's can range between $4 -$12, and a bowl of pho can range from $7-$14 a bowl. Look out for their Lunch Special deals. 3. Ambiance - Hole in the wall type place. Parking is not huge, and tables can fit up to 6 people for their largest table. So don't plan to throw a big party here unless you're booking the whole place up. I think they can fit up to 50 (estimated). Dress code is casual. I typically come here for lunch on weekdays, so there are a lot of business during the week catering to the professionals from around. 4. Food - For Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwiches), I recommend their GRILL PORK BANH MI. As for pho, I usually get their EYE ROUND BEEF PHO. The broth is the best in the area. It's not sweet, and a little more on the savory side. This is especially good on a cold Houston day. However, you can eat this all year round. Their meat for the EYE ROUND BEEF is served slightly raw, they dip it into the boiling soup before serving. The reason is to keep your meat tender, but by the time it reaches the table, the beef is cooked. You can request for them to place it on a separate plate, and you can dip it into soup whenever you're ready if you prefer it to be more rare.5. Cleanliness - Dining area looks ok. They can be hectic at times, and personally I think they can use one more person to help with the outside. It seems a lot for just one to manage. The waiter, the cashier, busboy, and the host is the same person. The kitchen staff sometimes help out with bringing the food out. So when it's packed, it's a lot to manage.“

I refused to drink them and told him not to waste the gas taking them back.But, they're nice people from what I've experienced.“
