“It’s amazing how 2 people from a small island on the other side of the planet can be joined by food! I drove down from Austin to have some food that reminds me of my mother, in addition to being food I love and cannot find near my house. It was a little cold out so I ordered and the nice woman that took my order said “what are you driving, I’ll bring it out to you.” Wow! To backtrack the story a little, I ordered the Pork Adobo w/white rice and Lumpia. I wanted Halo Halo ( IYKYK) but got the Taro instead. My eyes were hungrier than my stomach and I also ordered a side of Pancit. My food was brought out to me and I took the first bite of the fresh, crunchy lumpia I smiled and shook my head and said yes this is it. The Adobo and Pancit were both just as magical. I’m so glad it was cold out because after having my first few bites I sat in my truck and cried, thinking about how much I missed my mom and her cooking.

“Walked in and the inside looked new. The interior layout had a simple modern look. I ordered the one meat plate (sliced brisket) with potato salad and cheddar new potatoes. Gal at the counter was friendly and was key in helping me decide on my sides. Brisket was tender and delicious. The sides were also very good. Overall quality, quantity, and price was great. Very much enjoyed dining here. ?”

“We came here after spending the day at Kyle Market Day. Didn't want to eat off the food trucks, so we walked over to Kyle Pizza Co. The Margherita Pizza was AMAZING!! That is my go-to pizza and probably the best I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this quant little pizza place. The worst part is I don't live in Kyle, but I will be back next time I am here so I can try the Calzones.”

Edith was professional, Natalie added another depth of friendliness and reassurance that the team would be ready for our big day. The team showed up on time and was ready to serve our guests on schedule. I didn't get the pleasure of meeting the team that day, so I want to take the time now to write this review and thank everyone for helping make dinner possible and delicious for our wedding! The food was great, received a lot of compliments from our guests. We ordered the combination fajitas. Natalie & Edith are helpful and patient with answering any questions.
Aside from catering, have been to this location a few times for dine-in and also have great experiences when we go. Their chips & salsa is always something to look forward to here.
I'm not sure if we got any pics of the actual setup, their video on the website is a realistic representation - very organized and accommodating. If we have any pics, will try to update with this post. :)

“Stayed with friends who live near by and stumbled upon this hidden gem. HIGHLY recommend if you enjoy good authentic tacos. We had breakfast tacos + pastor and the carne guisada. Everything was fantastic. If you get the carne guisada I'd get extra tortillas with my order to offer additional support for all that great meaty guisada flavor. They only take CASH too, so make sure you bring some $ (there is an ATM machine in the convenience store portion of the store.)

Today was finally the day.I ordered a tripas, an al pastor and a campechanos. All were very good, but my favorite was the tripas. Their tortillas must be home made. Their corn tortillas were fantastic! Both red and green sauce were delicious, but something about the red sauce makes it my favorite of the two. I think it's the chili they use.I ate the first 3 tacos and the tripas were so good that I had to get 2 more. I don't normally eat 5 tacos during a single sitting, but here we are.Excellent taco truck and I'll definitely be going back!Edit: I've been back a few times, the last being just a few minutes ago. Always friendly service, the food is top notch, and two of us just absolutely stuffed ourselves for $24. I mean we ordered way too much food and couldn't even eat it all.
