“The best little Tavern in Texas!! Great food and always has cold beer! Basic essentials for liquor, and did I mention the food??? Fridays are usually Corn-hole night and regular music on Saturday nights and Sunday afternoons. Check out their Instagram and Facebook to keep up with whats going on at Zuehl Tavern! The "Back Yard" is awesome. Nice trees and plenty of seating to relax and chill out. Stop in and tell them Shane sent you. It won't get you a free beer but they will likely tell you a story or two.“

“Stopped here for a quick snack and coffee, and couldn't be more pleased. So many options I've never seen before! The service was spectacular, both of the Gimbap (kimchi / bulgogi ) were warm and tasty, and the coffee was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I got a brown sugar cafe late with oat milk & a coffee teddy bear, and my bf got the buttercream late. Both were so amazing. I've been waiting for a place like this, and even though we live in New Braunfels we will be making the drive as often as we can to come back!“

“Saw this place on Facebook and as always looking for something new. There is a large amount of parking across the street but the parking lot can fill up fast as well . This tells you how great this little town is. The inside is small but the patio area is very spacious with several tables to sit at. There is a stage and the music was awesome! I felt like I was at home in my own back yard. The food trucks vary. I did not care much for the two food trucks there that night. (I won't say which because this is based on my taste not anyone else's) drinks were good and there are $2 shots when you hear the train horn ?. I loved this place and so did my family who attended. The age group is a mixture and dog friendly. Try this place and always judge fir yourself.“

“I would have loved to have shared photos of my food, but it was way too scrumptious to stop and take a Pic. Sorry, not sorry. We got here early bit stayed awhile to enjoy 3 orders of shareable and plenty of yummy wine. They had a really diverse selection, ready to make recommendations and extremely accommodating if for some reason they didn't have something available. You will not be disappointed if you want a lively, flavorful and relaxed night with pleasant company. Hubby and I will be returning and finding friends at some point in our busy lives so we can enjoy this place again.“

“Christelle is amazing. Super cute spot, but hige tree just fell on the deck. So they are having to close for repairs. But hope she hurries back. My favorite spot to grab a bite at the market has a home. So super good. Burger was fat and juicy. Steaks kabas are awesome. Lumpias are too good. Her cinnamon rolls and creme Brule are crazy good also. Can't wait to go back. NB has new gem;)“

“Very good german food and beer (there are no hamburgers). we had the Schnitzel with two different sauces (mushroom and sour cream) and really liked it! A little hard to find but once you get to the parking lot, it's the white building at the front“

“5 Stones Artisan Brewery... WOW! I have never been to a brewery that I have been smacked in the face with so many delicious smells. When you walk in, you are automatically hit with the smells wafting off the bakery that have your mouth salivating. You end up standing at the door just inhaling all the scents. I sampled half of their beers and settled into three of them. All of them were delicious, but the Blood on the Plow, the Frackin Blackstap and Manmosa were my favorites, but I do not joke when I say thay were all good. You can tell that they took time in creating those flavors. I had to sneak a few of those home as well. I couldn't leave there without sampling the bakery; their cinnamon twist, their cheese bread, and jalapeno bread were amazing. The staff is amazingly friendly and with an unmatched ambiance, you can park it under the canopy of live oaks + sip your beer in the shade as you eat morsels of the bakery. This place was so good I had to come back the next day, and lo and behold, they had live music on Saturday. It appears to be a family friendly place with kids tossing around the football. Apparently they have a coffee shop in back that I didn't venture into, but this place has it all. Honestly, I wouldn't know where it was from the signage on the road. This is something they probably have to work on. I hoped I wasn't driving up someone's house driveway. Lol. It appears that they have a food truck rolling up in the afternoons that has standard flare burgers and what not. When I get back to San Antonio, I'm definitely going back. Enjoy!“

“Great outdoor hangout, fire pit, wine, beer, friendly staff. Only thing that would make it over the top is if the bar staff would come around and check on people and maybe offer a refill/glass. Been here twice now and each meal we've had was very good, it didnse though that no matter what meal was chosen the side was green beans, would have been nice to have a bit of variety.“

“Locally owned BBQ place, with amazing flavor! The staff there were great, and very friendly. My wife ordered the sampler plate. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. Everything was delicious! The ribs are fall off the bone tender! I ordered the turkey sandwich and a sausage roll. The turkey was fantastic! Their corn, and the mac and cheese was also good. I’ve got to say, out of all of this goodness, the star of the show that tied it all together was their mango habanero BBQ sauce!! Dynamite!!!! Thank you for a great dining experience! “We were on a mini working vacation and by chance we stopped at this bar. Dani was the mixologist who made amazing drinks and super friendly. I have traveled alot of places around the country but by far best mixologist I have ever had you must stop and see her if you around that area of Texas thanks for the great service ??“

“Had a great time here. The prices for beer and drinks is great. Not to expensive and a great place to go country dancing. They have a pool table that's free to play.Parking: There's a good amount of parking there. But once it fills up you might have to park in the grass or the side of the road.“

“Tre and Angel are amazing hosts. I brought a group from work and it could not have gone better. Hosts are extremely knowledgeable about wine, we just told them what we liked and they consistently gave us wine that matched. They also recommended some different ones we haven't tried. Good food to. Highly recommend. You should definitely ask for recommendations on new wine too!“

“Me and the family wanted to try somewhere new, especially since we just picked up my son from out of town. When we arrived the place was right outside the water park and the woman working was so sweet and very helpful. The menu was simple and we decided to order the Meat Lovers pizza. We were going to eat in the outside area but with the weather and with it being mosquito season we had to take it to go. Once we got home we dug in. But once we tried the pizza we couldn't help but notice it had a similar taste to Costco pizza. Even my son from out of town stated "I mean it good, but it's nothing I haven't already had". I was a little disappointed, since all the various pizza locations here in New Braunfels had great and different tastes. But who knows, maybe I need to try another pizza, but I really loved how helpful and sweet the employee was working there, plus they had military discount. I would definitely give this place another chance and change my review. But as for now, it will be a 4 for me.“

With us having 2 small children (they weren't with us at the time of the visit, they were with grandparents) it was a major plus to have noticed the play area for kids outdoors! “We go several times a week.Drive for an hour to get there.The beer is always good. Large variety to choose.On location it's like 2 craft beer locations. Live bands several times a week.Last visit was my first disappointment. The selections are not the same from the front and the back.My favorites are in the front. It was closed and now for the year it is closed during the week and only open on weekends. Not sure about evening hours. Food is good but limited selection. I'll still be a regular customer.My price per person is based on a few beers and the food.“

“We discovered Off the Clock a couple years ago and have been stopping by ever since! The owners are some of the kindest people we’ve met in New Braunfels. On top of that, all of the patrons are super friendly and if you walk in as a stranger you leave as a friend. I have never been disappointed with anything on this menu. They have homemade sauces to put on the BBQ if you are a Sauce person.Any other negative reviews are incorrect, don't know real TX BBQ, or were born with silver spoons up their wazoo. Support the local homemade non chain BBQ that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.Owners are very nice people and take care of there customers. I'd pick these fellas over Cooper's, Franklin's, Mueller's, or Rudy's any day of the week. Head out to there place. Bring some beer and eat some BBQ.“
