“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!”

Tasty Treats and Customizable Coffee

The menu doesn't disappoint. I tried the blueberry scone, which was soft with just the right amount of chewiness—definitely a treat worth savoring. I also ordered the seasonal pumpkin velvet iced drink with regular espresso shots. It had a mild coffee flavor, perfect for someone who prefers a less intense coffee experience. However, if you're a fan of stronger coffee, the menu offers plenty of options, and you can always adjust the number of espresso shots to suit your taste.

More Than Just Coffee

The shop provides free WiFi and both indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell their own coffee roasts, along with merchandise like reusable cups, mugs, and clothing, which is a nice touch for fans wanting a memento.

Friendly and Efficient Service

The staff here are exceptionally kind and quick to assist. When I asked about the WiFi, they were eager to help, and my order came out promptly.

A Minor Drawback

The only downside is the noise from the blender during busy times, but it’s not overwhelming and can easily be tuned out.

“Went today for the 1st time as my son recently started working there. I went GF very recently and learned that they have GF crust. I tried the Honey Pig on GF crust and it was amazing. While I haven't had any other GF crusts yet to compare, I must say that I don't know if I would have known if just put in front of me. Nico (?) the manager was very nice too. My basic daughter said her cheese slice was good, too. The only downside was the cost as it was almost $30 for 1-12" GF specialty pizza and 1 slice of cheese. Granted, my pizza could feed 2 people as there's very little crust. Definitely will go back.”

They have this tremendously tasty honey mustard salad dressing, and all I can say is it's the best I've ever had! And my steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! I have zero complaints, aside from the fact that I ate way too much, lol! If you've never eaten here, I'd suggest trying it. They have so many options that weren't even seafood related, and their fries and steak and salad were wonderful! I will definitely be going back again!”

I do however have 2 favorite workers as they been feeding my unhealthy addiction to caffeine since this location opened. Y’all guys rock and have made the past couple days start off great and keeping me alive while making this mornings drive up to OKC to catch my bus to my show tonight! “We heard Louis Prima singing through the outdoor speakers as we approached the door, and the music softened inside. The hostess led our party of 5 to a table deep into the seating area after adding a high chair for the little one.
We ordered drinks and they were brought quickly while the menus were perused. Food orders were taken, and in a short time we were enjoying our chosen fare.
Our waitress, Shana, was warm and efficient. She returned more than once to refill drinks and see if anything else was needed. Our party stayed at the table for some time, enjoying the conversation, but Shana remained attentive.
I was disappointed with the reinvented lasagna. I've always judged lasagna by the OG standard because it had been the perfect example of how lasagna should be. But now they've downgraded it to pretty much like all the other soupy layers. I expressed my disappointment to the manager when she dropped by and she explained that the decision had been to shorten the cooking time.
Prices have gone up again since my previous visit, but what else is new?
It was a good experience overall, but I might need to find a new place to assign as my lasagna standard bearer.”
