However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”

Jose provided good customer service, and the food was good. The parking lot has some areas where the concrete is being repaired. Be careful driving through here.

David answered my questions about the App, and my Gift Card. I took a previous survey, and ordered a BOGO FREE Jumbo Jack with the code. He also gave me some French Fries. Everything was good. The parking lot repairs are finished. The drive-thru is always very busy. The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, is very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here! These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. “I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. My gluten-sensitive husband ordered their daily special of loaded fried that were topped with steak, shrimp, and lobster. The garlic aioli was a bit strong, but tasty! “We were fortunate enough to have my Dad’s retirement party here! It was a huge success! Sean was very easy to work with on the planning. It wasn’t complicated and we were in control of the process. We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. Plus it’s connected to a hotel. My overall impression The Shark Club is a fun and clean atmosphere. The staff was communicative, helpful, and the service was everything I needed and more. Food is amazing as well. Tacos, parmesan tots, and the lettuce wraps were a few of the favorites. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommend and we will be back!”

“This restaurant's food is amazing. This is the second time I've dined at Tommy Bahama. The first was for lunch and my daughter and I enjoyed it so much that she suggested we go back for my husband's birthday dinner. My son and I both got the filet with mashed potatoes. It was one of the best steaks I've ever had. My daughter had the coconut shrimp and my husband had the crab cakes. They both really enjoyed their meals. We all absolutely loved the mashed potatoes. The service did not match the food. We had a reservation for 7pm and we arrived between 6:50 and 7. We let the hostess know we had a reservation for 7, and her response was to say that if we wanted to sit outside there would be a 45 minute wait. She wasn't friendly or welcoming. We never mentioned sitting outside and let her know we'd take whatever table our reservation comes with. Our server was very lukewarm. I get that people have bad days and maybe we just encountered 2 people that were experiencing bad days. We shopped in the store after dinner and the people in there were very nice and helpful. We will be back to Tommy Bahama because of the food and atmosphere. We will hope for better service in the future.”

Firstly, their chilly oil is their signature and is really excellent with the perfect kick of flavor on your palette. Their speciality - the hand drawn wide noodles were very delicious and flavorful too. This place was comparatively much more affordable. Their dumpling and wontons were good. Another item of special mention would be their dipping sauce for their spring roll.
Overall nice ambience, smooth service and a very positive experience. I would love to be back here soon. However, the distance from my home makes it a bit challenging for me to visit here every week.”

Even when things are crazy-busy where I lived, the grocery store checkers, retail, restaurants—both customers and employees would at least look each other in the eye, and say a quick, “How’s it going?” “Oh, wow. You’re slammed tonight.” “Love your coat, where’d you get it?” Here in Dallas, the pace is at a constant sprint, and many times employees don’t even look up to see who they’re waiting on. So I take notice of that, and I want to call out Hostess Ava. She’s welcoming, upbeat, makes eye contact, gives off calm vibes, and engages. It’s a short interaction, but when the host/hostess is the first person you see, those things can bring someone’s mood up a few notches, because you never know what ‘baggage’ the person walking in the door is carrying. Came from a bad meeting? Got bad news from the dr. ? Got a speeding ticket on the way, so lunch time is shortened? Shout out to server Zo, too.”

However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”
