“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. “I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!”

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. “I love sitting at the cozy bar as the bartenders are so nice, lovely and fun. Cecile and Artie and the team provide great service and make you feel at home. There are couples that sit either at the high top tables or the bar and also many single people from out of town and locally. So if you want to have a conversation it is a safe place for you.
I love the Wagu steak it is a splurge, actually all of the steaks are amazing. In summer I usually have the shrimp platter with the crab cake. Right now they have three menus. I love the chef and sous chef very talented and kind. Of course, the manager is friendly. The only person I don't really know is Kieran? I have to say he is very negative and I can feel the vibe when he comes to the bar to do whatever. He dresses smart but never is welcoming.
That is my only noticeable negative comment. I am sure he must be nice he is just very very serious and that is okay with me it doesn't stop me from coming in.

The reception ladies are fantastic! I love them and the valets are so wonderful to me. It is my home away from home. There are a lot of restaurant in the area to choose from but for steak and seafood this is my go to.
So from the moment I drive my car up to the valet stand and depart for the evening. It is a wonderful place to enjoy yourself,”

“McDonald's is one of those places that almost everyone has been to at least once. It is known for being quick, affordable, and easy to find. Whenever I need a fast meal and do not want to spend a lot of money, it is usually one of my first choices.

The menu has something for almost everyone. I usually order a Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets with fries and a soft drink. The fries are probably my favorite part because they are usually hot, crispy, and have a great taste. I also like that there are different meal options, so it is easy to choose something depending on how hungry I am. The breakfast menu is another reason I enjoy going there. The Egg McMuffin and hash browns make a simple and filling breakfast when I am in a hurry.

The service is normally fast, especially when using the drive through or the self ordering kiosks. Most of the employees I have met have been polite and helpful, even when the restaurant is busy. My order is usually correct, and if there is ever a mistake, the staff is willing to fix it without making it a problem.

The restaurant itself is usually clean and comfortable. The tables are kept tidy, and there is enough space for families, friends, or people eating alone. I also like that many locations have free Wi Fi, which is useful if I want to sit for a few minutes and check my phone or finish some work.

Of course, McDonald's is not perfect. Sometimes the food can be a little inconsistent depending on the location or the time of day. There are also healthier food choices available at other restaurants. Even so, I think McDonald's does a good job of providing quick meals at a reasonable price.

Overall, I have had mostly positive experiences at McDonald's. It is a convenient place to grab food when I am short on time, and the prices are usually fair for what you get. The familiar menu and fast service keep me coming back. While it may not be the best restaurant for every occasion, it is a reliable option when I want a simple meal that tastes good and does not take long to get.”

We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!”

We were not disappointed. Our Filet's were exceptional and and cooked perfectly. However, it was our server, Thomas, (handle bar mustache) who made the evening special. He was attentive to our needs. Always available to assist without being annoying and answering our many questions. The consummate professional. When we return, we will certainly request his table and we would recommend him to anyone wanting an exceptional dining experience.”

We shared the creamed spinach and roasted carrots. Both were also very flavorful.”

We were unfortunately running late to our reservation but the staff were so accommodating and welcoming. The Uchiko team and kitchen also did an excellent job accommodating our friend's allergy and offered many vegan/vegetarian alternatives and modifications to dishes.

The shrimp karaage, lychee martini, and brussels sprouts were excellent.

Overall, Uchiko is a great choice for a birthday dinner, celebration, date night, or just really good food and service.”

The sweet corn flavor and soft, golden texture made it simple & delicious. They are filled with melty cheese, then they become the perfect balance of sweet and savory. 🌽 Lastly, I tried their plantains! Oh my goodness! Plantains are such a delicious treat! They were perfectly cooked: golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and naturally sweet. They made for a simple, comforting, and satisfying side dish! 🍌 Would I go back? Absolutely, yes! 💯”

My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.”

“When I moved to Frisco after living in a much smaller city, it didn’t take long to notice a difference in how people interact. Even when things are crazy-busy where I lived, the grocery store checkers, retail, restaurants—both customers and employees would at least look each other in the eye, and say a quick, “How’s it going?” “Oh, wow. You’re slammed tonight.” “Love your coat, where’d you get it?” Here in Dallas, the pace is at a constant sprint, and many times employees don’t even look up to see who they’re waiting on. So I take notice of that, and I want to call out Hostess Ava. She’s welcoming, upbeat, makes eye contact, gives off calm vibes, and engages. It’s a short interaction, but when the host/hostess is the first person you see, those things can bring someone’s mood up a few notches, because you never know what ‘baggage’ the person walking in the door is carrying. Came from a bad meeting? Got bad news from the dr. ? Got a speeding ticket on the way, so lunch time is shortened? Shout out to server Zo, too.”

“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. This was our first visit, but it definitely will not be our last. I ordered the Zucchinata, and my wife had the Traditional breakfast. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and presented just as beautifully as it looks in the menu photos. The breakfast potatoes on my wife’s plate were cooked to absolute perfection.

We also shared the Very Berry French Toast, and it has to be one of the best French toasts in town—and we are big brunch people! It was beautifully presented, loaded with fresh berries, and every bit as delicious as it looked.

I especially have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but through our conversation, I learned that he is the owners’ son. As a restaurant owner myself, I was so impressed by his personality, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that I almost wanted to recruit him for my own restaurant! Once I found out he was the owners’ son, I understood why he took such pride in taking care of every detail. It was easily some of the best service we have received anywhere in quite some time.

I also love that Aroma is a family-owned and family-oriented restaurant. I feel a special connection to places like this and genuinely enjoy supporting them. I cannot recommend Aroma enough. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and exceptional service were all outstanding. We will absolutely be back and bring more people with us.”
