“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!”

The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!”

“Plano Plumbing had cleared a frozen pipe last winter. We did not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing this August when we experienced an internal 2nd floor wall blockage, and also needed 2 faucets replaced. Mario was dispatched and arrived right on time. He and his assistant respected our home, and went right to work having tools and supplies at hand. They finished all tasks in less than two hours and left the work areas in spotless condition. They even allowed me to watch and educated me on their process and solutions, giving me DIY tips for the future. I can’t say enough good things about their management, professionalism and results. The work saved me a good amount of time, money and grief. As my wife said, “When you have the best, why go elsewhere!!!” We wii stick with the Gold Standard….

Came here during the wee hours, around 5 am in the morning. We are usually in bed during this time. Since we send someone to the airport, we decided to visit a 24 hours establishment. We didn’t know, the prices between 11 pm to 6 am is a little expensive. I can understand the cost of keeping the team members on a grave yard shift. The menu selection is also limited during this early hours.
Our food was cooked fresh and coffee was freshly brewed. We enjoyed our quick bit and return quickly back home to catch our Zzzz.”

“A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. It is so refreshing to see a Whataburger location that takes pride in their restaurant and their jobs and are nice to their customers.”

We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!”

I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!”

“I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!”

I also bought a bag of the espresso blend they roast in house. it was one of the best local blends I’ve ever had. It’s fresh and the espresso shot comes out perfect every time. Makes the perfect at home latte, better than most coffee places. They were very warm and welcoming and happy to make recommendations. This is where I’ll get my whole bean coffee from now on.”

“We have been coming since this place was called steamed dumplings before. Not sure what happened but Chef Sun's Noodle and Dumplings has a lot of the same dishes as before. The staff is attentive and the food comes out just as fast. It tastes just as good too. The portions feel slightly smaller but all in all, we like it and will continue to come back for more with the rest of the extended family.

I got the bulgogi rice bowl and the meat was super flavorful, and the creme brulee honey toast for dessert (all the honey toasts are pretty big, so I recommend sharing if you're with 2-3 people) was delicious - I really loved the custard on top. It's a bit of a drive from where I am but I will definitely come again 🙏”

The restaurant was less then half full and we've never had problems selecting tables that we prefer, however this time they were very adamant as to where we could set and they said there was no options they dictated were we had to sit and they were not friendly or accommodating at all. Even the management was not friendly. In the past the management always came by and chatted to make sure everything was good. This restaurant has really gone down hill. The 3 of us celebrated our respected wedding anniversaries because my husband and I got married on what would’ve been the 50th wedding anniversary for my in-laws. Since my FIL past away, we’ve continued to make sure he is still a big part of all of us. This means a lot to my MIL. Our whole experience at Knife Plano was incredible! We were greeted warmly as we entered and were seated. Our main server, Jason, was prompt and smooth as he catered to us. The appetizer we chose, shrimp cocktail was the best we have had. Our steak entrees were perfectly cooked and paired well with the side dish of onion rings. I ordered the salmon and would order it again without hesitation. Our dessert was crème brûlée and the portion was bigger than we’ve had at other fine dining establishments. That was delicious, too! We look forward to dining here again very soon!”

“We were fortunate enough to have my Dad’s retirement party here! It was a huge success! Sean was very easy to work with on the planning. It wasn’t complicated and we were in control of the process. We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. Plus it’s connected to a hotel. My overall impression The Shark Club is a fun and clean atmosphere. The staff was communicative, helpful, and the service was everything I needed and more. The interior of the restaurant is clean, stylish, bright, and cheery. We had superb service from the moment we entered the restaurant. We started with wine from a very good wine list, and the warm, freshly baked bread, of course. The shrimp scampi was excellent, featuring large, perfectly cooked shrimp in a delicious garlic and butter sauce, accompanied by garlic-toasted bread. The veal Marsala was top-notch, with a generous portion and great flavor. Perhaps the best marsala I've had. The Italian creme cake was a great way to finish the meal. Highly recommended!”

So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.”

“First, despite being a long term user of OpenTable I can not make a reservation. I successfully reserved a table for 2, but not the 5 I needed for my daughter's 16th birthday. Woops. However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”
