However, the hosting team quickly was still able to seat us moments later at our appointed time despite my error. First, bravo. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!”

We did not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing this August when we experienced an internal 2nd floor wall blockage, and also needed 2 faucets replaced. Mario was dispatched and arrived right on time. He and his assistant respected our home, and went right to work having tools and supplies at hand. They finished all tasks in less than two hours and left the work areas in spotless condition. They even allowed me to watch and educated me on their process and solutions, giving me DIY tips for the future. I can’t say enough good things about their management, professionalism and results. The work saved me a good amount of time, money and grief. As my wife said, “When you have the best, why go elsewhere!!!” We wii stick with the Gold Standard….

Came here during the wee hours, around 5 am in the morning. We are usually in bed during this time. Since we send someone to the airport, we decided to visit a 24 hours establishment. We didn’t know, the prices between 11 pm to 6 am is a little expensive. I can understand the cost of keeping the team members on a grave yard shift. The menu selection is also limited during this early hours.
Our food was cooked fresh and coffee was freshly brewed. We enjoyed our quick bit and return quickly back home to catch our Zzzz.”

I love to bake and had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted and they still made it even PRETTIER! The attention to detail on the pearls was incredible! The flavors were DELICIOUS! On top of that they had an easy and fun cake tasting! They were so sweet; my mom really wanted an in person cake tasting because so few things had been in person during the wedding processes compared to when she got married. Butterfly Bakery had a great peaceful atmosphere and let us eat our tasting there. The whole experience felt easy, then we finished the tasting with a conversation with the manager to place our order. It’s much easier for me to talk through it than type it so I appreciated the face-to-face interaction! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with and they exceeded expectation! Will definitely be ordering again!”

“I had a wonderful brunch experience at Mexican Sugar today! Despite the hot weather, my friend and I chose to sit on the patio so she could have her puppy with us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!”

We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!”

We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. The service did not match the food. We had a reservation for 7pm and we arrived between 6:50 and 7. We let the hostess know we had a reservation for 7, and her response was to say that if we wanted to sit outside there would be a 45 minute wait. She wasn't friendly or welcoming. We never mentioned sitting outside and let her know we'd take whatever table our reservation comes with. Our server was very lukewarm. I get that people have bad days and maybe we just encountered 2 people that were experiencing bad days. We shopped in the store after dinner and the people in there were very nice and helpful. We will be back to Tommy Bahama because of the food and atmosphere. We will hope for better service in the future.”

Firstly, their chilly oil is their signature and is really excellent with the perfect kick of flavor on your palette. Their speciality - the hand drawn wide noodles were very delicious and flavorful too. This place was comparatively much more affordable. Their dumpling and wontons were good. Another item of special mention would be their dipping sauce for their spring roll.

So I take notice of that, and I want to call out Hostess Ava. She’s welcoming, upbeat, makes eye contact, gives off calm vibes, and engages. It’s a short interaction, but when the host/hostess is the first person you see, those things can bring someone’s mood up a few notches, because you never know what ‘baggage’ the person walking in the door is carrying. Second, goes to Ben who was authentically interested in service without being pushy. My family never worried about drink glasses being empty and food was brought so timely it could have been a symphony the way it was conducted. Third, bravo goes to the kitchen who executed consistently well throughout the night and delivered with Ben's help a birthday surprise for my girl's Sweet Sixteen. The management at Bulla deserves a lot of credit for the excellence the team performs and I love it every time I go for a meal.”
