The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We had two waiters, both of whom checked on us regularly, even though we were the only ones outside. One of them even brought water for the puppy, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager also stopped by several times to make sure everything was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly. And let’s not forget the food—it was absolutely phenomenal! From the service to the cuisine, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend Mexican Sugar for a fantastic dining experience!”

Jose provided good customer service, and the food was good. The parking lot has some areas where the concrete is being repaired. Be careful driving through here.

David answered my questions about the App, and my Gift Card. I took a previous survey, and ordered a BOGO FREE Jumbo Jack with the code. He also gave me some French Fries. Everything was good. The parking lot repairs are finished. The drive-thru is always very busy. The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, is very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here! These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. The staff is both friendly and competent. The design of the restaurant is stunning.
That said, the standout is the food. The crab cake was magnificent. Lump crab with no filler perfectly cooked with a delicious dill based sauce.
The sea bass puts Eddie V’s to shame. A perfect 8 ounces of seafood with delicious crab fried rice. Kudos to the staff in the kitchen. They obviously know what they are doing !👨🍳

“What a fantastic experience at Fords Garage in Plano we came out on a Sunday to catch their monthly car show (every first Sunday of the month) and it truly made a perfect day, classic cars, great crowd and such a fun atmosphere right in the parking lot. It really set the tone after the car show we headed inside for brunch and the whole experience was top-notch. The food was excellent definitely recommend the brunch menu on weekends the brisket, burger, and loaded tots or chicken and waffles was a highlight and everything came out fresh and perfectly cooked, the service was equally impressive, super friendly attentive without being overbearing and generally welcoming from the moment we walked in the whole place had such a cool automotive themed decor with vintage cars and gas pumps adding a unique touch to the ambience if you’re looking for somewhere fun, family, friendly, and a bit different. Ford’s Garage in Plano is absolutely worth it. Great food great people and unique experience all around. We’ll definitely be back.”

We made a normal reservation, he gave us the menu and we were able to put together a budget. No contract, down payment, or minimums. Once we arrived to the venue everything was set-up for the party and the food was delicious. Sarah was the manager we worked with on site. She was so nice and accommodating. Madison and McKenzie were in charge of all of our tables for fifty people. They did not skip a beat with taking care of us I highly recommend for a party, night out, or any occasion. Plus it’s connected to a hotel. My overall impression The Shark Club is a fun and clean atmosphere. The staff was communicative, helpful, and the service was everything I needed and more. We moved to Texas from Miami and have been on the hunt for a good Mofongo and this place is it. We had the Lechón con Mofongo, Carne Frita con Mofongo, chicharrones with tostones and the kids lechón plates with Gandules. Everything was fresh and so good. I had asked for a spicier version so they put a red chilli paste topping on it and that made it taste better. Missed the mark for $22 plus taxes.
The chicken shawarma ($20) my friend ordered looked boring but was way more flavorful. The falafel appetizer ($10) tasted yum and I crumbled the falafel balls over my rice to enhance the flavor of my dish.
I did not taste the walnut baklava but the birthday girl liked it.
Service could have been better considering the place wasn’t busy but they did have considerable food pickup traffic.
For the prices charged and awesome reviews, I went in expecting a flavorbomb. I’ll be back to see if I like the food better next time. I love Mediterranean food and this is close by!”

Our host was John who always checked on us, and told us all the details about the food. As far as food we ordered Wagyu smash burger sliders, Asian sticky ribs, and Shrimp scampi. This place had a refreshingly simple and straight forward pricing. The price included everything so broth and sauces weren't extra like some of the other places and that made the value aspect nicer! We also loved how thick the meat was sliced, definitely noticeabley thicker than some of the other places.
