“I like the convenience of this location since I can get grocery shopping done after breakfast. I love the salsas here but the sometimes the tacos themselves are not the greatest, I’ve had really salty breakfast tacos here. I think it depends on the day because some days the breakfast tacos are really good. It it a little pricey for breakfast tacos.“

“My husband ordered chicken strips which are always good. I ordered the chicken strawberry salad which is usually pretty good but tonight it was EXCELLENT. The chicken was cooked perfectly, tender and seasoned well. The salad was great, with Romaine lettuce, Spinach, other veggies, chopped almonds and perfect fruit. Every bite of strawberries, blueberries and pineapple was delicious. This is the best "deal" in town, and it also includes a side of their own quality brand of cottage cheese, dressing and croutons. “What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“I’ve been looking for a good Burger King location for years and I finally found it!

By far the best BK experience I’ve had in 10 years. Patty was well cooked and seasoned. Veggies were fresh and the fries were crispy and tasty.

The restaurant itself is CLEAN and they offer free WiFi if you need to work with a strong connection.

The staff, including the manager were pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended this location to the Burger King faithful!“

I’m always super impressed that they make sure the fries are fresh when they hand over my order and even getting a little fry there is plenty. This is my go to on a low iron day, so often time I’m not feeling 100% when I’m here, but coming in is always a positive experience and never an extra strain.“

“In the past week, I’ve visited the Coit location in Plano twice. Both times I’ve had unresolved issues. Today, I went into the restaurant to report my concern to the on duty manager, Christina. On 09/04/23, I went thru the drive thru and order the Caniac Combo with no coleslaw and no toast, but with extra fries. I repeated my order 4 times. 3 times at the drive thru kiosk and once at the window. I even had the crew members repeat my order back to me and they still got it wrong. So, I pulled up and went inside to have them fix it, only to get home and find the replacement items hard and cold. On 09/08/23 my wife went by to order me the exact same thing. When she got home, there were no extra fries and the drink order was wrong. I’ve been eating Canes for the past 10 years and have never experienced this before. Your food is too costly to have these types of mistakes and poor customer service. So today, I went into the store and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained my concern clearly and she in turn explained that she had several new employees and some were still in training. She offered to make the order again herself. Which I said ok. However, I wasn’t expecting that I would be charged this time around since I’d previously paid for wrong orders. As opposed to refusing, I paid and decided to contact corporate. As minor as it appears, I need a resolution to this issue.“

“This is the busiest Jersey Mikes I have been to. I tried the Reuben and it was great . It has a large seating area, and it makes you want to stay and have your sandwich there. This is night and day from the Jersey Mikes on Greenville.“

“They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - it's not the best, but gluten free rarely is. It's better than plenty of others I've had.“

“I love the food and the large amount of fries that you get. I came to this location expecting the same thing, and they did not fill the bag with fries like other locations. I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“

“The kitchen service was pretty fast and convenient. The menu has many options for each of the different restaurant options and was very easy to read. The crew members were friendly, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food was accurate, hot and delicious; Beast hamburger made with thin patties and well seasoned; the seasoned fries where heavily seasoned but tasty; the chicken sandwich was messy and fell apart, but delicious all seemed very fresh. It was a very good experience. We will return.

I be darn the sandwich actually had a real fried egg a real egg no joke and a breakfast sausage that was not dry and it fits over the hold bun. The bacon was actual fried bacon 🥓. There were several flavor profiles that jumped off my taste buds. I was totally shocked that this was a sandwich from a fast food restaurant. I recommend you try them before going to Macdonald next time.“

This one was a little different. The rolls were hot and still pretty good they just didn't butter them, nor did they give us butter. Good thing we had butter left over from the first round. “I used to eat at this location several years ago, and then I moved. When I moved back it was under construction, and was being renovated.
After it reopened, I ordered the 2PC FISH MEAL with Green Beans, Cole Slaw, and Hushpuppies. Keke took my order, and helped me with my Seacret Society Rewards app. Then Crystal answered other questions I had. Dan brought the food to my table. He checked back with me, and the other customers who were dining in at 2 other tables, to make sure everything was ok. It was. Keke, Crystal, and Dan are courteous and professional employees. Also, a positive shout-out to everyone else in the kitchen. The food was good, and the remodeling makes this look like a new restaurant.
UPDATE MARCH 20, 2025: I've eaten at this location a few more times since I left the previous review. I want to add Kattie, Brice, Bryanna, Na'cole, Dave, Lashavia, Katy, Jaden, and Tyree as additional team members who make this a wonderful place to dine. They all provide excellent customer service! Job well done! Thank you!
