“Great Food and Service! Nice place“

“First time here. Not from Texas, visiting from Florida. First I’ll say I ordered a regular size founder dilla with steak. Also ordered chips and queso and a side of corn salsa. Good amount of food for $15. Service was friendly in the drive thru and my food came out pretty quick.

Chips and salsa- 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 queso was really good and the chips were fresh

Quesadilla- loved it. Packed with meat and toppings

Corn salad- this is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars. It tasted bad. Like… sour. It is super important for managers/shift leads to do quality checks on the food that is on the line. If someone quality checked the food prior to shift, they would’ve known that it was time to throw the corn salad away and make fresh. A bit disappointed in that.

Overall, I’d try again.“

“The best pizza I’ve had in a long time! All the veggies are super fresh and delicious. We were able to do a 1/2 Gyro and 1/2 Spinach Alfredo pizza. So good!! The Greek salad with their Italian dressing was super yummy too. The atmosphere was very clean and was a lot nicer than most pizza places. We will be back soon for sure!!“

“Their food is healthy and yummy. A lot of choices. You can make your own bowl. Don’t miss their chasu (roasted pork). They are so tender. Their Hong Kong style milk tea is a must try. They are much tasty than the bubble milk tea. If you like the aroma of tea more than sugar. Their Hong Kong milk tea will blow your mind. The lemon tea is also great. 852 Cafe has just joined them recently. Check out their menu . You will see the food you won’t find in other restaurants.“

“Always a great taco experience. Quick but good quality food. Atmosphere is casual-order at counter. Great variety. I love for both breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is my favorite! I think they have the best refried black beans around. Askashi beef on taco is great! Definitely try!“

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“After a long afternoon raking and bagging leaves with the nephews and nieces, we wanted to eat somewhere fun so we chose this Braums location instead of our usual Braums. This Braums was way busier but the staff is just as friendly, patient and helpful. We were able to get all our burgers, fries and ice cream quickly. We hung around for a little bit to talk before leaving.“

“This Burger King is not the worst! I go here every once and a while and they do not disappoint. Today I went through the drive-thru and then were really quick. Right when I pulled up to the window they had my food ready! Really nice and my food was warm!“

I would like to see my to-go orders ready by the designated time I select when ordering ahead as they are typically starting to prep my order when I arrive at the pick up time.“

“I called to place an order over the phone around 20 minutes til closing asking if it was too late to pick up some food. I was fully prepared for them to say they had already started cleaning and preparing to close up but instead Luis was more than happy to take my order. When I arrived Ryan greeted me warmly with a smile, rang me up promptly and even offered to add a shake to the order if I’d wanted. I lost my dad today and after leaving work from an 11 hour shift it made the biggest difference in my day, I can’t thank them enough for being so friendly and outgoing towards me.“

With prices going up everywhere might as well spend another dollar or two for a burger that's far superior to a McDonalds one. Service was fast and friendly and this particular location has a small dining room attached which, though generic for fast food eateries, was clean and well maintained.“

“I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and had an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh and delicious, just like I expect from a top-notch sandwich shop. The staff were the coolest employees, rivaling the kindness of Chick-fil-A workers, and they served my order with impressive speed, comparable to Jimmy John’s. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant dining environment. This solid location has definitely earned my five-star rating! I can’t wait to come back for more.“

“I ordered the white pizza and it was the best pizza that I’ve ever had!“

“In the past week, I’ve visited the Coit location in Plano twice. Both times I’ve had unresolved issues. Today, I went into the restaurant to report my concern to the on duty manager, Christina. On 09/04/23, I went thru the drive thru and order the Caniac Combo with no coleslaw and no toast, but with extra fries. I repeated my order 4 times. 3 times at the drive thru kiosk and once at the window. I even had the crew members repeat my order back to me and they still got it wrong. So, I pulled up and went inside to have them fix it, only to get home and find the replacement items hard and cold. On 09/08/23 my wife went by to order me the exact same thing. When she got home, there were no extra fries and the drink order was wrong. I’ve been eating Canes for the past 10 years and have never experienced this before. Your food is too costly to have these types of mistakes and poor customer service. So today, I went into the store and spoke with the on duty manager. I explained my concern clearly and she in turn explained that she had several new employees and some were still in training. She offered to make the order again herself. Which I said ok. However, I wasn’t expecting that I would be charged this time around since I’d previously paid for wrong orders. As opposed to refusing, I paid and decided to contact corporate. As minor as it appears, I need a resolution to this issue.“

“They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - it's not the best, but gluten free rarely is. It's better than plenty of others I've had.“

“I had a wonderful experience at this location today thanks to Lane, the manager on duty. I had placed a mobile order with my meal consisting of free items from their recent promotions. Upon reaching the window, the food wasn’t ready because the computer/register wasn’t cooperating. Lane apologized for the inconvenience, asked me to pull into a parking spot while he tried to fix the problem. He came out to my car and told me that the meal would be free/ on the house today because of the long wait and inconvenience. He said that the free items would be returned to my App, and that I am welcome to use those at another visit. Lane went above and beyond to make this experience a positive and pleasant one. Food was delicious, service was even better.“

“This was my first time at chicken express. The food service was fast and the food was cooked right and temperature was good. The sweet tea is super sweet and they give you a good portion size. They are friendly and the prices are a little higher than others but the food makes up for it.“

“This is the busiest Jersey Mikes I have been to. I tried the Reuben and it was great . It has a large seating area, and it makes you want to stay and have your sandwich there. This is night and day from the Jersey Mikes on Greenville.“

“I love the food and the large amount of fries that you get. I came to this location expecting the same thing, and they did not fill the bag with fries like other locations. I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“

“This is a little gem if you want a quick healthy meal on the go. You can pick from the menu or build your own bowl or wrap. Choose from chicken, steak, or tofu and choice of dressing. They do not serve soda, but they have teas and lemonade in traditional and unique flavors.

“The first time I experienced Grandy’s was in 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma when I was visiting for the first time. I ended up moving there for over a decade and Grandy’s was a local treasure in Tulsa when it came to Chicken.

They still serve breakfast! You always went for the fresh homemade cinnamon rolls that were so amazing. And the homemade cobblers—-OMG!

They might have been the first chain to start chicken tenders/nuggets and they never disappointed. Fried golden brown and crispy, just like grandma made them back in the day. Sides: let’s talk about sides! The fresh veggie choices, including the crispy fried okra, corn, slaw, green beans, whipped potatoes, and baked beans were always so amazing. Ask yourself this, why don’t other chicken chains offer baked beans with your meal? It’s so delicious and a nice change.

So I saw this Grandy’s and had to go inside, because there are only a couple left and this is a time capsule. The staff were old fashion friendly and most had worked there for decades. The place was so clean and the food was served fresh and steaming hot. I was so excited to relive this experience. You should give it a try if you happen upon one.“

“Normally I don't eat cheeseburgers (not fond of cheese), but this Wendy's does a great one. Very tasty and juicy with the Krabby Patty sauce from the collab.

Special thanks to Cody for making an exception to take my order! I didn't have a car getting off work and the dining room closes early at 9pm, so was able to use my bicycle to go through drive thru. Very fast with making the food and making me feel welcome to come back.“

“This was our first time dining inside this Whataburger in Plano, as we usually go through the drive-thru. I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant is! I used the restroom, and it was spotless, smelled great, and everything was well-organized.

We were helped by Mae, and she was absolutely wonderful! She is an outstanding employee—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. If anyone from Whataburger in Plano is reading this, you should definitely give her a raise! She is hardworking, dedicated, and truly an asset to your team.
