My husband and I were walk-ins (I would suggest making a reservation) but the host sat us at side bar, but kept a look out for better spot. He did GREAT! We ended up eating at the main bar. The food was INCREDIBLE. And the bartender gave amazing recommendations for wine/cocktails. The whole crew was a real team, and the owner/chef seems to really be mentoring his cooks. Everything from start to finish was perfect!! A MAJOR gem in Rockwall.”
“My business ordered catering twice from Adios Fajitas and it was STUNNING! Not only was the food superb, but the people were fantastic. We had it delivered (both times) and it arrived as expected! The drivers were so friendly! The guac was fresh, fajitas were sizzling, and all the fixins' were perfect! I can't wait for our next meeting! I could not recommend this place any higher! The only negative is there were NO leftovers!”

Order and pay first kinda place...only serve hamburgers and hotdogs...18 different ways...except what I wanted..no chili dogs or corn dogs!! ?...but I had mushroom swiss burger which was meaty and cheesy...they did not ask how I wanted it cooked,,,so it came more well done than I prefer...but was still juicy. My friends had Keto burger and Keto hotdogs with Keto blueberry cobbler and Keto cheesecake...they reported all was yummy! Great unsweetened brewed iced tea and our waittres was attentive and got us hot fresh fries!”

We are 3 appetizers: Bang Bang Shrimp, Chicken Fried Lobster Deviled Eggs, and, my absolute most favorite, Roasted Wagyu Marrow Bruschetta. Not thinking the appetizers could be topped, the Rack of Lamb hit the table. The mint Chimichurri was the perfect balance for the juicy tender lamb. Death by Decadence is a perfect end to one of the best meals I have ever eaten. I will be going back and continuing on the best menu journey Megan will lead. Because Megan proved her worth when she brought out a whiskey drink with a marshmallow on fire!!”

He nicely answered and explained all of our questions and recommend some of the best appetizers on the menu and they were all delicious. Second, God, the food was to die for. My mom ordered the meat lovers pizza and let’s just say, clearly someone can out pizza the hut. My dad and sister ordered the tortellini and you can just taste the richness and effort in the sauce. I ordered the Pasta Sampler and I could only take a few bites because I was full of the buttery glazed garlic knots and the rich orange dipping sauce but OH MY GOD ?.. words can’t explain how GOOD it was. The cheeses, sauces, and richness all blend together like one big creamy pasta dish. I haven’t had any food that genuinely made me feel happy. If you’re looking for REAL Italian, PLEASE go to Luigi’s. I definitely will be returning as soon as I can. Shout out to the cooks and our waiter Lucas, as well as the owner for his funny jokes!!”

They also had hibachi so we tryed the hibachi table where the chef cooks at ur table it was a fun experience. the food was really good they have several meat options I got steak and chicken it comes with veggies and noodles as well as rice (fried-or steamed) a small soup and salad as well not too bad on the price either! it does take a while to get all ur food tho because they cook each group of food at once like the rice1st then the meats then veggies then noodles. They also have just a dining area as well where u can just order the food like a normal restaurant. there is also a bar for drinks. Overall I chose five stars I’m very picky about my food and I couldn’t believe how good everything tasted together!”

“I ordered a ribeye that was perfectly cooked, and it had a coffee based rub which resulted in an amazing crust. I was so impressed with the steak rub, I am going to duplicate it on my own steaks. Well done chef! Others at the table had a pizza and the hot chicken sandwich. Pizza was good with some char on the bottom. The pizza was a little soggy and needed about five minutes on a cooling rack instead of plated and direct to the table. But the pizza was still good. The chicken sandwich was good but it was served on white bread. The chicken sandwich should be on a bun, not the bread. All in all, I would go back if I stayed at the Hilton Dallas Rockwall Hotel again.”

“We stopped by for lunch with our granddaughter during the week and had a super satisfying lunch. So much, we decided to order it for a birthday dinner, to go, the following weekend. We all shared each others meals and everything was superb. The kids meals have to be some of the best tasting kids meals we’ve ever had. We recommend the macaroni and cheese or grilled cheese. The boiled seafood was excellent! Crab cakes were crisp on the outside and super soft in the middle, perfect. Fried gator was tender and delicious. The gumbo was really tasty! Loved the jalapeno cornbread and hush puppies. Catfish filets were cooked perfectly! All of the seafood was super fresh. Definitely will be returning!”

Before I discovered that, it was always enchiladas! Their sweat tea is delicious, as is their salsa! Patricia is my favorite waitress, but all of their waiters are great. “I was acknowledged and seated quickly. My server was great. He was attentive and courteous. My ordered was prepared with minimal wait time. The Caesar salad was really good. I asked for additional croutons and my server brought me plenty. The chicken fried steak was delicious. The gravy was flavorful. I wasn't a huge fan of the mashed potatoes. I didn't mention it because I didn't want to wait for a replacement side. The carrot cake was good as well as the Arnold Palmer. Just all around good experience despite the less than stellar potatoes.”

Crab legs, shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn booked together in your choice of sauce. The medium Cajun was flavorful and just the right heat level. The sausage in particular was surprisingly great, but it was all tasty. The crab and shrimp were good quality.My daughters shared a shrimp and catfish kids meal, and with an extra side, it's fine for 2. They said it was good.The atmosphere has character (see photo) but could be a little cleaner, especially around the wash-up sink.Only one server, but the wait wasn't too bad, considering.All in all, if you like Cajun seafood, it's hard to go wrong here”

“We stopped by for lunch with our granddaughter during the week and had a super satisfying lunch. So much, we decided to order it for a birthday dinner, to go, the following weekend. We all shared each others meals and everything was superb. The kids meals have to be some of the best tasting kids meals we’ve ever had. We recommend the macaroni and cheese or grilled cheese. The boiled seafood was excellent! Crab cakes were crisp on the outside and super soft in the middle, perfect. Fried gator was tender and delicious. The gumbo was really tasty! Loved the jalapeno cornbread and hush puppies. Catfish filets were cooked perfectly! All of the seafood was super fresh. Definitely will be returning!”

When trying to eat the burger, it falls apart like it's taco meat on a bun.Flavor is always great, and this time, we tried the loaded cheddar fries (cheese fries surprise), and man, they were good.Parking: Depending on the day or time of day the parking lot can be very difficult to find parking.”
