Once again, the Blanco location screws up my order. There’s usually about a 50% chance my breakfast taco order will be wrong when I get home. Kind of hard to unwrap every taco in the drive through line before you drive off, that’s the staff’s job. Today, I order a beef burrito plate and get home to just an order of enchiladas in my bag. I mean it’s a digital order screen so I know you took my order correctly, you charged me correctly, you just can’t seem to put the correct order in the dang bag. Kind of defeats the point of a ordering what you want if what you get is often a mystery bag. Waste of my time and $ to visit this location any longer, I’ll just drive further into town which kinda sucks but at least I’m not throwing away money.

This place is awful! I used to go to the one at Henderson Pass but after today, I'll never spend any of hard earned money at this dump. And it's mainly because the people who answer the phone are rude, unprofessional, and treat you like crap. Some witch took my order and was the most rude, unprofessional person then didn't say thank you for the order and just hung up on me.
