Gus's was recommended by a SA local. It was a hit with our group. Fried chicken was the best we've ever had. I was a little concerned it was going to be too spicy, but it wasn't at all. Just crispy, flavorful and juicy fried chicken.All the sides we tried were great, baked beans, Mac and cheese, fries, slaw.Parking: Street Parking was available when we were there. There was also a paid lot that they would have validated our parking
Having visited 3 different locations in different states, it remains my favorite! I love the wings, greens, potato salad (to die for), the beans are so good! The fried okra is a favorite.
