We were downtown doing the river walk and decided to check this place out. We sat at the Cebiche Bar and had a great view of the kitchen. Their Pisco bar was right behind us. We showed up at 5 and were quickly given the rundown on the restaurant and the menu. Got our drinks -- I had a refreshing Pisco sour and my wife had the sangria. The food was wonderful. As with many other restaurants in the area, if you are looking to have a good time, be patient be nice and expect to spend some time looking for parking. Don’t let these little things ruin it for you. It’s small and it gets busy. The food was worth waiting for and I loved every bite! My wife and I traveled from Austin specifically for this restaurant, hearing great things about it. We were not disappointed, the ceviche was excellent. I ordered the short ribs as well and the taste was on point. The pisco sours were tasty and service is very attentive. Although everything was wonderful, the portions of food were small and unfortunately we left still hungry.
