“We found this place on Google and it was close to our hotel. We all loved it. Everything is made on site or grown locally. My hubby loves "meat porn" so this was his place. When you first walk in, they have their homemade meats hanging in a meat locker. I thought he was going to lose his mind! Pizza and dessert was beyond fantastic! It all is fresh AF. No joke. Even beer and wine is locally sourced. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE WHEN IN SAN ANTONIO.“

“3.14, and it was super busy. The employees seemed very overwhelmed with all the orders. There was a line out the door just for people waiting to pick up orders. I ordered online and came for pick up when I was notified it was ready. I still had to wait 40 minutes. I could see my order number sitting on the counter the whole time. When I was finally able to make it in to pick up my order, my small caprese wasn't there. One employee asked another employee to make it. She walked in the back and came out to look up at the menu as if she was trying to figure out how to make it. She walked around some more and never really did any work. Another employee who seemed to be cooking asked what I was waiting for, and he went in the back to make it. He was very apologetic. It seemed like no one was in charge, and they couldn't keep up. I myself work in a very busy kitchen, I do understand. A thought would be for one employee to start calling out the order numbers as they are stacking up on the counter. When someone steps up to claim said items, then verify who they are with that order. Instead, customers had to wait in long lines as their food just sat there. The guest behind me had ordered a 16" and a 10" but received 2, 10". He had waited so long he didn't want a refund he just took the 2 he was given. Great pizza but very unorganized for such a busy day. Whoever was in charge at the O'Connor location should have called Matt or Enga and let them know they were overwhelmed.“

“Ordered one of the family deals 18" two topping and 12 wings for $44. Totally worth it. Under, crust is perfectly thin and cooked, not too flimsy. Jalapenos were fresh and not jar or canned so expect a little more than normal spiciness. Definitely give this place a try for that NY style pie.“

“Local chain serving up outstanding, unique ingredient pizzas. Two years of passing it on my way to Starbucks, and now I'm kicking myself for not stopping in. The crust is so light, toasty (think Dough Pizzaria). We got the Big Matt, a burger-like pizza, and the Pothole, cupping Pepperonis holding pools of hot honey. Both were delish, the Pothole was definitely my fav not only due to the accuracy of its name but also because of the sweet spicy combo. The only thing that we tried and didn't care for was the Spinach caprese salad because there was too little balsamic and harder cheese (discs would be better than the cubes). Endless Maine root sodas. We will definitely be back AND bring friends.

P.s. they make a slice combo available for lunch, and with that crust, it's a darn bargain at $6

They are open late, so this would be a good place to land if you're hungry at that time. Would I go there again? I might. Would I recommend it as a destination for a night out? Not necessarily. It could use some sprucing up the speed of food prep, renovation of the interior, bathroom remodel. The building's design is it's limitation, and not so easily solved without great cost. The food was really good, we usually get lemon pepper wings and an all meat pizza, great the last three times we've ordered from them. “We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

“I’m from San Antonio but live out of state now. Every time we come into town, we come to Florio’s. Doesn’t matter what is going on, we make it a point to come here. Pizza is about as authentic New York as you’re going to find in SA and it is so delicious. Their hot sandwiches are really good too. Can’t speak to anything else on the menu because the pizza is the priority for us here 😁. This is a family run place and you get that New York vibe for sure. Prices are great.“

“Stopped in for lunch as it was close to a baseball tournament! My son loved the chicken fettuccine. We were pleased with the battered mozzarella sticks, and fried pizza rolls. The Italian Sub was also amazing, as it was warmed before they added the toppings! My husband felt like the Chicken Parmesan Sub was a little bland. We also got some of their delicious house ranch to dip the battered fries into!

“I had heard about @roundtablepizzasanantonio, so we thought to check it out this past Sunday for lunch. It’s located in Tacara in the same plaza as Chicken Salad Chick.

They had the TVs ready for game day and we were ready to eat some game day food. We started with the 6-piece wings in Polynesian flavor. Hubby had one trip to the salad bar. You can choose the unlimited trip to the salad bar as an option. We all shared the medium-sized pizza with half pepperoni and half Hawaiian (Dad’s favorite). I had the Pineapple East Cider beer, Dad had Lemonade, and Hubby had an Arnold Palmer.

After inquiring about the delay we learn our pizza has been in a warmer waiting on the eggplant parmesan we ordered to take with us when we leave, WTF??!! Others who came in long after us received their order and finished their meal. We asked for a fresh pizza, didn’t want the one that had been in the warmer for almost an hour. We gave up after waiting another 30 min, and no pizza and no comp for any part of our $43 meal. We got a refund and left hungry after waiting 1 1/2 hrs. We are very disappointed.“
