“It was a quiet evening there when we went. There were a few tables taken. I ordered the regular Philly, no tomato, no Mayo -combo, filled up my drink and sat down. I waited for them to call my name but the gentleman brought our food over to the table. I thought that was really nice of him and unexpected!My sandwich was nice and hot, it had a nice cheese pull and it was seasoned perfectly. The pickle gave it a nice crunch. The fries were just ok. I found they were a little over salted. I looked around the restaurant and everyone seemed to be enjoying what they purchased.I will definitely be returning.“

“Our favorite sandwich shop now! I usually get the Power Plant with jalapeño hummus though all the varieties of sandwich look delicious! Love the toasted taste and the eclectic vibe of this restaurant! This location has a great patio too, so it's great for meeting with your SO and or a friend group. Also love their baked goodies! The folks who work there give awesome service - they're all friendly and very helpful! I first visited the Austin location with my college student then when I saw the sign here in SA I was super excited! And they don't disappoint!! It's truly an awesome shop! “The restaurant is in a great location and it was nice and clean. The sandwich I ordered tasted fresh, but it wasn't great. I expected more from a specialty restaurant but received what I could make at home for a fraction of the cost. The sandwich, side, and drink was in the $15.00 range, which would have been great if the service was better and the sandwich was prepared a little better. I love sandwich shops, so I'm glad I visited but will not be in a hurry to go back.“

“Great people, easy self service, fabulous food ( turkey sandwich w avocado n delicious dressing, Egg Roll soup) my brother had the pork bahn mi sandwich, so I added some of his cilantro and delicious lightly pickled shredded carrots to my soup! O my goodness! Then I bought Cuban bread and sourdough bread at the bakery! Can't wait to go back!“

“Nice hot sandwiches and cheesesteaks, high quality meat and cheese. Cookie was pretty good. Employees were very nice and helpful. Water was clean and refreshing. The bread might be polarizing with its flavor, but I liked it.I will say that the cold sandwiches seem overpriced, however the hot sandwiches seem to be just right.“

“We are from Laredo and this location on Nacogdoches is a must stop for us when flying in or out of San Antonio. Schlotzsky's is one of our absolute favorite restaurants and i must say, in the past 15 months this location has seen a total transformation! The staff and management are super friendly and attentive, their service is excellent and the restaurant is clean, neat and orderly. And of course, their food is amazing! I remember as a kid eating at the original restaurant in Austin and it is every bit as good or better as it was back then.“

I watch this young lady run around from station to station making sure all customers food was prepared properly all while in a rush and smile on her face. “I only had an Oreo Shake, however I asked about the sundae and the employee didn't know if the Oreo sundae had fudge sauce.Granted she could have been new.The service was so Slow, I mean no sense of urgency at All. The sad part was they weren't even busy. No one in the lobby or in line but it took 15 minutes to make a shake ??? Go figureNo friendliness either, guess it's not a priority because they aren't trying to give out Great Service!!“

“This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s and I can assure you it won’t be the last.I was very surprised by how flavorful the sub was. I got the Turkey sub with everything on it and added bacon. The total came out to $20 since each sub was 10. Although the food is a bit pricey it’s definitely worth it.“

Food is consistently 10/10 and service is same by the same people since I go here on specific days. GM there is super friendly and always offers me things when I check l out. The gentleman at the front was running two registers and still having genuine conversations with people, The crew in the back was doing their best to pump the sandwiches out without messing up. I got my number two and there was no problems with it, a line out the door and I still got my sandwich in about five minutes. “Subway is always the same. Good but nothing super exciting. But you always know what your gna get so I'd say that's a plus. However, this day I was in a pinch. In the process of moving and had a house full of people that I needed to feed. I came in with the request of a platter box which they said I would have had to pre-order. I decided to just get 5 sandwiches and wing it. The girls were so helpful and so accommodating and helped me out. Cut the sandwiches. Gave me all the Condiments and napkins and set me up with the box and were so fast! Saved the day for sure!“

Good made fast and looks delicious ?Only complaint is someone was smoking in the front of the building where you enter. Had a headset on, worked there.Went back in the building and sat at a table when I entered.Not sure if there are designated areas for smoking...should not be next to the entry.Server behind the counter was so nice and very polite.Food looks delicious thank you.Maybe have a place for smoking...I am not a smoker and have several health issues. Just an observation.Parking: Handicap spot with a nice blue ramp.Wheelchair accessibility: Would be able to push a wheel chair up the ramp, easy access inside the restaurant“

“It was our first time here. The store looks like new so everything is clean and organized and the decor is in style with the times. It’s on a good location but the building needs something to stand out more. The food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They did not have the Oreo cheesecake as advertised. My dog escaped our fence and Michael from the store at 6319 Rittman was making a delivery close to my house. Michael got my dog to come over and gave me a call. He waited until I got there. I go here a lot (2021) and I never got disappointed the staff is very friendly and the sandwiches made delicious.. they run out of some veggies sometimes.. (tomatoes, olives) wasn't a big deal for me. Still better than the other options that are available in this air force bx food court lol“
