The kind lady was the absolute sweetest and she had our order ready in rocket time! The potato salad was DELICIOUS as was the pork sandwich. The coleslaw had just the right zing. All around AMAZING! “Food is good. Tortillas are real. Not like other restaurants in Sinton, these are real and freshly made. Prices are decent. Service could be better. Waitress' give special treatment to specific customers. Restaurant could use different and attractive decorations. Not disable friendly.”

Someone that has visited this McDonald’s is making nasty posts about one of the workers. I will send more information through message however. “We call it our Dairy Queen, everybody calls it their DQ. Odem has about 2500 people and is slowly growing and doesn’t have to many options. Our Dairy Queen is one of the larger DQ’s I’ve been in. It has several areas could be used for small gatherings to a decent size birthday party. I know people who travel 10 miles or more to come to the Odem DQ. And the reason is like everyone says, the food is hot and tasty, service is quick, the treats are sweet and cold and agrees on how clean the restaurant and grounds are.”

“On our way to the Valley and stopped by for lunch. Food was great! Enjoyed my crawfish étouffée, mix veggies. Neice shared the burger with hobo fries with my sister n law, and my brother had some seriously yummy fish tacos! Great staff, owner, Nathan was very gracious. Worth the stop. 5 people ate for $40 from the lunch menu. Unbelievable! Be sure to check it out!”

“We recently drove through Taft, Texas twice in two days. The hamburgers the 1st day were so good, it looks us back to the great food and service of 30 years ago at Whataburger. We purposely stopped at the same location the next day for breakfast on the buns. Outstanding! The food was wonderful, the little lady at the window was so friendly, genuine and courteous. We will go out of our way to return to Taft Whataburger anytime we get near that part of the country. Good Job to the folks who run and hire for this store!!!!!”

“Look, I was skeptical in the beginning. HOWEVER, I was totally taken by surprise. The chicken is the bomb, the biscuit was small, very soft, and tasty. There is no need for butter on the biscuit as awesome as it is. The coleslaw wasn't over sweet, but it had a good bit to it. In my own opinion, it is better than those other big chicken joints. The food is almost like sitting at grandma dinner table”
