“As a California native, my husband and I were always surrounded by incredible Vietnamese food. You guys, this is it. Authentic Vietnamese dood at its finest! ?We ordered their large chicken pho and the proportions were excellent! Lots of noodles to chicken and condiments ratio!Their shrimp spring rolls are large and come with a spicy peanut sauce that is an absolute dream. BY FAR, MY FAV!Their honey glazed pork sandwich was fire. We also got the cream cheese wontons and they were so crunchy and flaky! The sweet sauce was the perfect dip.Their bobas. Can’t even believe how delicious they are! Honeydew flavor was killer!Certainly coming back again very soon. We’re hooked!“
“This place hands down has the best Pho in the valley. The broth is so good and the meats on the house special have always been great. They serve plenty of noodles as well with each bowl. The pot stickers are a great choice as well here. The service can be slightly slow but overall very satisfied with all aspects highly recommended!“
“House Special. Always healthy serving of the side vegetables. I recommend asking them for the chilli oil if you can handle the heat. Their broth is unique as it feels thicker than other pho restaurants I've reviewed in the past.I do not recommend the ox tail pho as it turns the broth on the fatty side and the meat and fat one bone that was served to me was on the tougher side. FYI, I did come here more than once to try both the house Special and the ox tail pho on two different visits.“
“Nhan was so helpful and patient as we asked a million questions. ? Very accommodating and the food is also good! Even my carnivore husband enjoyed dinner here! ??????If parking lot is full, there’s a lot just across the side street that is wide open. ?“
“This is a very unassuming restaurant in an older shopping center off of redwood road and 7000 S. Next door to the Smith's. I saw a picture of their Chao Long on Yelp and thought it looked appealing, so I ordered it. The gentlemen at the front seemed a bit surprised, but said it was a good choice. When I got home and took a closer look, it made sense why he may have reacted that way. Chao Long comes with Rice Porridge and then a side of toppings, herbs, entrails, and a type of pastry or Asian donut. From what I could put together it looked like tripe & chitlins. I'm not sure what else to be honest. I believe there was a blood sausage. It may have been a regular sausage, but either way it was good. It came with some type of oil or sauce in a small ounce packet. I just threw everything in my porridge and let the flavors marinate and the entrails get heated up again for a minute or so. Then dug in. I enjoyed every last bit of this dish. I love trying new things. I will definitely be back here to try other dishes. Definitely a hidden jewel for me. Their Facebook page shows that you can order for large parties. Looks amazing too.“
“Don't judge me but the pho is so good that I came here 5 times in March alone lol the food is good and the fact that this spot is ran by older folks makes me feel like they know what they're doing in the kitchen. They keep it clean and tidy.“
“I've been searching for a sugarcane drink place in Utah for a really long time. Not only was this drink authentic but tasted very similar to how my hometown in Vietnam used to make it. It was very nostalgic and brought back a lot of memories from my childhood. This is very convenient knowing I no longer have to travel to Cali to get sugarcane since this location is 10 minutes from my house. I also recommend their spring rolls/egg rolls, chicken rice plate, and flan cake:)“
“Don’t go any where else for Pho. They have the best broth in the salt lake valley, delicious!!! I had the specialty pho w/o meatballs because I’m gluten free. My husband tried the pho with meatballs and it had a crazy good flavor. Service was quick and friendly!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available, staff very knowledgeable.“
“This is the first time I came to Utah for traveling and the food is phenomenal. Service was nice since I came in the rush hour but the food came out fast and fresh. I ordered the Pho and the broth blew me away with its flavor. Highly recommended. Sorry I could not wait to enjoy my food so I can not post a picture here.“
“Loved my entire experience, start to finish. Ending with a masterful Venus roll that melted in my mouth and left me wanting more, but I was too stuffed. I will be coming back. Our waitress was so lovely, wish I remembered her name. 11/10 would highly “
“Really tasty pho! Had been here before a few years ago and wasn't wowed then, but glad I gave it another go! Broth was delicious, light, and flavorful. Not too sweet or oily as I've had at other restaurants. Wanted to try their banh mi, but were told by one waitress they weren't selling them anymore but told by another waiter that they were out of the bread. Also had the Thai iced tea; not bad but I have definitely had better elsewhere. Spent about $35 for two small pho tai bowls, a coke, and a Thai tea. Which is not too bad! They have a bathroom but it is located toward the back and it's in a creepy looking hallway with yellow walls and it is shared with the restaurant next door. Very interesting experience to say the least lol. There is a lot of parking spaces but good luck trying to find one! This restaurant is located in a shopping strip section next to the Chinatown Supermarket which is always busy! All in all, we will absolutely be back and I hope to try their banh mi!“
“20240208: We were a group of 5. Three of us had sandwiches, one had a salad, and one had soup. We were all pleased. The veggies were fresh, the baguette bread crust was crispy and hollowed out so that it wasn't too much bread. There could have been a bit more meat.“
“So I come here every time I visit Utah.If you want good PHO come here! If you are thinking this is going to be the best PHO in the state your out of luck, but if your in the mood for PHO and you are in the neighborhood. You cannot go wrong by eating here. This place use to overload on meat, but they kind skimp on the meat now. This is why they get 4 stars. The broth is outstanding.I have eaten Vietnamese Food in 27 states and this place has the best traditional Bahn Mi sand-which. It is expensive for $9, but if you spend money on it you won’t regret it.Google shows 4.3 stars when I think it should be 4.6 - 4.7 . Hope this helps.“
“My go to spot for lunch on Tuesday, always start with the fresh springs rolls (no pork). For entree I get the shaking beef, this last time however when I got the shaking beef portion was fairly smaller than the times before…I guess I’ll have to ask for more beef even if I have to pay for it, but overall really really great food!“
“I had the pork and egg banh mi and it was good, not the best I've ever had. Bread was crusty on the outside and soft on the inside, not alot of pork though. The viet iced coffee was strong and legit, and the coconut cream sticky rice and bean dessert was tasty as well.“

“I never been to Bambū before and have seen so many videos of popping boba. I have been so eager to try it. When I first walked in I was so in awe of the vibe and decor of the place. It really is beautiful and it smelled amazing! I got the strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping boba. It was 10/10! It was so good and the popping boba was so fun. I loved it! I will definitely be returning and telling all my family to try it as well. Also the lady at the register was so sweet and friendly. Look forward to trying more drinks!“
“I know it's silly to order a Chinese Szechuan dish in a Vietnamese restaurant, but it was unique, different and very tasty. My wife's noodle dish was also very pleasant. The restaurant was full of people who all seem pretty happy with their dishes and the menu is unbelievably full of all kinds of interesting options. Definitely worth a stop.“

“Had the Pork Sandwich, which was served with Sweet Potatoe Fries. The food was excellent, and my server, Ricardo, was very polite. The atmosphere was very calming and comfortable. My food came to me quickly, and was crafted wonderfully. Great price, great service, excellent quality!“
“I have been going here for several years. The flavor of the Pho broth varies slightly some days, However it is still the best Pho ever, their sandwiches are very good also. My favorite pho is P1 brisket and favorite banh mi sandwich is S8 garlic Ribeye. The people here are also very polite and I love the calm atmosphere.“
“One of the best viet spots in SLC, never had a bad meal here and even friends from our of town love it. Menu is very extensive with so many options to choose from. My favorites are the roast chicken (fried basically) egg noodles soup, wonton and cha siu egg noodles soup, and combination rice dish are all great. The sweet and savory mini pancake shrimp with coconut milk is really good and not found in many places. Def recommend when in the area, with many other food and dessert options in the chinatown supermarket complex.“
“I’m from California and omg this brings me back home the only pho place that’s very delicious and reminds me of California (since all of utah doesn’t have flavor ?)very flavorful food I definitely recommend coming here the staff are amazingI’m going to miss this place once I move back ?“
“I have to say that this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I ever seen. Best service, best foodThe beef broth pho is very delicious. I always eat the house special pho Large. And most important thing is that Soda Fruit!!!!!! Best one “
“Came here soon after they opened for the day. Lovely and clean atmosphere. I had the brisket pho and my friend had the chicken pho, which were both very good!! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. Our server was very kind and loves k-pop. I am excited to come back!“
“A must visit for anybody looking for a great sandwich, healing soup, and especially for those who have never had banh mi, pho, or Vietnamese food at all. Incredibly wonderful atmosphere, the restaurant is so cute and elegantly decorated, and the food comes out so quick I was amazed. It was a fantastic meal. They were even nice enough to give two bowls so that a friend could share one order of foot into two bowls for smaller appetites. The staff are so nice and it is such a pleasant experience overall. Thank you“
