It's fine. I haven't had issues at the pharmacy like others have mentioned. The only problem I have with this Giant is that the self check out is too strict with where you place your scanned items. If you don't immediately place the item on the small square where the plastic bags are located, it'll interrupt the system and you'll have to wait for a staff member to unlock the system so you can resume. My mother and I came here to get pumpkins to carve.m last fall. The pumpkins were easily accessible and the staff were helpful at checkout. I also was able to find the kind of wine we were looking for. The ambiance is fine - it's what you'd expect from a grocery store. I don't normally shop at Giant, but if you're in the area this one is a good choice.

Ordered on line, select items missing .... Okay. But was charged for things they forgot to include when I picked up... so had a choice to drive back or omit. They forgot a bag of my groceries ... again. This is the third time this has happened.
