“The ambiance of this cafe first drew me in, it's clean, modern, and relaxing. The food and service keep me coming back. The blueberry pancakes are incredible! FULL of blueberries. The avocado toast is the perfect portion size, I feel full and satisfied without being stuffed. The baked goods are delicious, and always fresh. The coffee drinks are exceptional, as well.The service is polite and quick. It's so awesome to see an interesting mix of customers enjoying an elevated, quick breakfast, and the incredible amount of take out orders this business handles.I love taking people from out of town here - everyone raves about how cute the cafe is, and how good everything was.“

You could see the kitchen, and it was spotless along with the dining area. Limited menu, but less ite.s to chose from means food is fresh and cooked well.Order a sandwich, which was the best.“
“I just love this spot for a quiet place to work or read, or a nice spot to meet a friend for coffee or a casual lunch.Last week I had the Chicken Tortilla Soup twice and it is delicious. I even brought a quart home! I also had the prosciutto, goat cheese and apple sandwich on a baguette which was perfect.I have had lattes there often and always delicious.This week I brought home the chicken enchiladas from the market and the beef bolgogi - each meal generously fed two of us and was so delicious.The staff is always helpful, kind and attentive.Dietary restrictions: Lots of vegetarian salads, fruit and more for breakfast options.Parking: If there in the morning, always easy to find parking in front on South WashingtonStreet (going against traffic). I've been searching and waiting for this kind of place for years, FINALLY the search is OVER!! Dear God bless the cook!! I can eat a small animal, but the portions are sizable. Cooked pan fresh to table in plain view, no stale leftovers or warmed over stuff ..JUST GOp.s. it's 4 pieces of fish, I consumed the missing one not show in the photo. “I brought my parents here to celebrate my dads 68th birthday and everything was spectacular! Our server Angel lived up to his namesake- he was an absolute angel! He provided stellar service-personable, friendly, intelligent and made great recommendations! The space itself is laid out well, we had a center table which I normally don’t like, but here it was a peaceful as a booth! Will definitely come back! Thanks Angel!“

“Oh I love me some bibimbap from this place! It's a spot not that easy to find if you are not from the area as it sits in a city government building and seems like the cafeteria of the employees there. However, I learned of the place by working at one of those buildings and have come back a few times, Food is prepared at the moment so you need to wait a bit if it's full at lunch time, but the wait is worth it, You do leave with some greasy smell thou, so I suggest you step outside until your food is done. Prices are reasonable and lots of parking.“
“The deli is open at 5 am daily for breakfast and stays open until early afternoon. They have tons of food options that are delicious and very affordable. Every morning I stopped in and grabbed breakfast sandwich's for my staff. They get the food out quickly so there's hardly any wait no matter how busy they are. This is place is a wonderful little mom & pop shop that I look forward to eating at again when I come back in town. Highly recommended!“
“Cherokee Cafe is a deli style restaurant that is nestled in an office building on the 1st floor. I work pretty close so I've been dining here for lunch for quite a while, and had an extensive amount of options of food. It's a very hole in the wall atmosphere but hold the charm and the cooks and owners are very very nice. They don't mind explaining the menu and customizing to your needs. The main item I get for breakfast is the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant by far my favorite. As for lunch they have all of you necessary deli sandwiches, but daily feature rotating special that come with fries and a drink which is a price break from getting fries and a drink a la cart. My favorite special they have is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and special they run from time to time are the beef or chicken tacos. I love how they butter and grill the tortilla. If you are in the area for breakfast or lunch, and want some hot made to order food quick and fast. Stop in a support this local business.“
“Love this local place. The food is great (bring back the chicken teriyaki sandwich please!) and so is the staff. The lattes are my favorite. What makes them better are the ingredients. The milk (dairy and non-dairy) are all high quality. I found out in my last visit that Addy makes all the syrups in house and they rotate for the season. Everyone needs to try the Irish cream!! But they are all awesome“
“Had my car serviced nearby, so walked in without any real expectations- first checking to see if my pup was allowed in (she's small and very well behaved.) She was. Kudos to the staff on the service too! Had the latino breakfast with just egg whites (pup got the queso fresco) and fresh corn tortillas. Very well done, and the plantains were amazing. Super fresh & tasty. I could have eaten those all day. Everything was well presented and prepared. Definitely worth the money. The ambiance was inexpensive dinner hall chic, but the selection was definitely catering to the working crowd. Absolutely worth the time & effort to come here. Love the food & the helpful attitude of the cook/servers. Will happily return next time I'm nearby & hungry.“
