“This was my first time getting takeaway from Chill Zone on recommendation from family and friends. Overall, the food was delicious, the cafe was very cozy, and the service was great BUT I found a piece of what I assume was stainless steel wool in my vermicelli chicken bowl--I spotted it immediately upon opening the box, so quality control appears to be lacking. This was super disappointing because otherwise, this would've been a five-star experience.“
“I have become the thing I hated most - a yuppie who eats $15 smoothie bowls. sigh.that said, South Block is basically the gold standard of smoothie bowls. it consistently tastes great and service is quick. ingredients are fresh, and the entire place is immaculately clean. a little pricey but pretty on par for smoothie bowls and Arlington in general. I've never gotten anything other than a smoothie bowl - their fresh pressed juices look delicious and exorbitantly expensive.-1 star because you order on an ipad and it still asks for a tip. like, you have to awkwardly click through to avoid tipping the IPAD. tip gouging is becoming an epidemic and it's hella annoying.Wheelchair accessibility: very wheelchair accessible“
“I loooove bubba tea. Came to this location in Ballston Quarter. I always get the Taro Milk Tea at any bobba tea shop and this time was no different. The drink was not overly too sweet, it was just right. I enjoyed this drink. Would be back here when I'm in the area.“
“South Block is a relaxed spot that specializes in health-conscious options. Their menu, though small, offers great prices and includes cold-pressed juices, healthy toast, smoothies, and acai bowls. I had the pleasure of trying the peanut blast smoothie with added bananas, and it was absolutely delicious. The customer service was top-notch, with speedy and attentive service. The interior design was pleasing, and the establishment was impressively clean. I'm eagerly anticipating trying their acai bowls next time. I was soengrossed in the deliciousness that I forgot to snap a photo of the smoothie!“
“This is the third time I go to maizal and the food is amazing. I always have to ask them to put more food on my plate but other than that the service is good. The only reason I gave a 3 star for the service is because the menu has a halal sign on it but when I asked the staff if all the meat provided is halal or just the chicken, the were clueless they didn’t even know what the meaning of the word halal and they didn’t even notice it on the menu on display. I had to show it to them. It was embarrassing. Other customers were looking perplexed. The place is amazing and so is the food but the staff need to be educated so they are aware about other religion and what halal is. :)“
“Quick, flavorful, and refreshing. I got the 20 oz Strawberry-Kiwi Breeze and it was better than expected. Very light and sweet. For a little over $7, it feels a little pricey but that doesn't take away from how good the smoothie tasted. The workers were polite and efficient in making the smoothie. The shop was clean had some seating for people who wish to linger, but it's more of a "grab and go" sort of place. I would recommended for a quick, fruity treat.“
“I only recommend eating there because the food was good. However now since the takeout of real meat and replaced with lab grown meat I won’t be returning. I don’t consider it food for the Hueman!.Parking: Inside of Pentagon City Mall precisely“
“Gong Cha is the OG and there's a reason they're everywhere! Lots of flavor selections, quick service, and good tasting bubble tea. Ordering with the kiosk can be a bit weird because for some reason you can't change sugar or ice level on some drinks, but if you order at the counter the staff can make those modifications for you. I ordered a classic - dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba. The boba was excellent! Not super chewy, but not hard either. Went down easily and tasted great. The brown sugar milk tea tasted like brown sugar, not much to speak on there. Will be here whenever I'm in Rosslyn and have a hankering for bubble tea.“
“**updated**Still the best! I love going to crystal city because of this place. I only go to crystal city for this place. Open on weekends again!*****The best bubble tea in the DMV! All the flavors are great and the owner is really awesome. 10/10! I will miss this shop when I leave Crystal City. One of the few surviving shops in the Crystal City Undergroundtoo.“
“Pretty decent selections of beverages and açaí bowls. First impression, service is good. Cashiers are ready to take on orders and acknowledge you right away! (: I enjoy this spot because it's you can literally " chill " while enjoying an açaí bowl and read a book. Pretty clean tables and chairs. Must visit.“
“Mumu is the greatest! The food is fresh and delicious and always has a special touch - like the deliciously seasoned potatoes on the side of the sandwiches. Also, the owner Jermaine is a great guy and always goes the extra mile. My favorite is the avocado caprese. You may think you’ve had a lot of avocado toast, but you’ve never had one as fresh and delicious as this one. Get over to Mumu on Langston Blvd underneath Moms - parking is easy, too!“
