“First time at Parallel and we entered on one side, but they seated us in the other building across the walk way which seemed to be quieter. Maybe it was because we had a bigger party. The drinks and food were outstanding. We ordered a bunch of things to try and share and everything was tasty. The steaks were cooked exactly the way we wanted. All of the dishes were great to accompany wine or a drink. We definitely want to come back and check out the brunch menu.“
“What a perfect dinner! You have created an amazing restaurant! The atmosphere, service and food are A+. We felt as if we were out of town on vacation. Mussels, Veal Saltimbocca, and Rigatoni ala Norma were our choices. Why didn't we know about you?? We are an Italian from New York and an Italian from Chicago, always searching for great Italian food. Our search is over! Kudos to Kevin as well! We will see you next weekend!Caio :)“
“We really enjoyed our meal. The wines are delicious and such a huge variety of regions represented. The service is always friendly and helpful. Glyn was our server and she was pleasant and offered some great suggestions for wines. We had Ian come by our table and we were so surprised he remembered us from other visits. We shared the house salad, the tri tip, and the spicy sausage pizza. Everything was delicious! The manager also stopped by our table to see if we needed anything and introduced herself. It made for a warm, let's make this a regular hangout type of spot. We will definitely be back. On other visits we have tried zucchini chips, the pastas, and the charcuterie. You can't go wrong!“
“Everything we had here was fantastic! Super cute wine bar. Service was outstanding! Ash was our server- Ash was very knowledgeable about the wine selection and made great recommendations. We tried the scallops, halibut, tuna tacos, grits, and the cheeseboard. We will definitely be backDietary restrictions: Gluten Free“
“Been quite a bit for lunch and dinners and will go back. Tapas piled high and I have not found a dish I do not like. My favorite is to get the espresso choc cake to go (and after a few glasses of wine) and go to the park right across the street.“
“On our inaugural visit, we were blown away by the incredible food and the exceptional service from our server, Ricky. His friendliness and thorough understanding of the menu made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We'll certainly be returning for another lunch or dinner soon.“
“I've been coming to Vino Volo since it opened (in the other terminal) and have always been very happy with good wines by the glass and interesting small plates, but especially because of the staff: great service by knowledgeable professionals, whatever you're paying them, pay them more! However, the menu desperately needs a refresh (hasn't changed in YEARS, boo!) and please stop playing that horrible music at top volume, I always have to ask staff to turn it down because it's so unpleasant and difficult to get work done in between flights.“
“Food was well presented Ambiance, what's not to enjoy. You are surrounded by rows of organized wine racks of varying prices and options. The seats are a bit narrow. The service by Sean was unparalleled. His exemplary one man show ....... knowledge, timing, wit & overall charm was a perfect pairing to our experience.“
“Out of all the steak frites I’ve had in my 20 years of living in Northern Va, this is by far the best. The pear and prosciutto flatbread is also a must-have. It’s refreshing to see a wine/whiskey bar execute their food to such a high level. Parallel is a better, more comfortable version of Cooper’s Hawk.“
“Our experience as first timers at The Wine Kitchen was phenomenal! Kayla did a great job suggesting wine selections and items off the menu, and was an awesome server! If you visit, you will have to consider trying the meat and cheese board and cacio e pepe pasta – both were absolutely delicious. We will DEFINITELY be back! :)“
“Shoe's Cup and Cork is a cozy gem nestled in the heart of Leesburg, where coffee culture meets culinary creativity. From their artisanal brews to their delectable brunch offerings, it's the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and savor the flavors of a locally loved establishment.“
“This is the pricier Thai place in the area. I would just get takeout next time due to strong smell from neighboring nail salon. Staff was friendly but one of Thier phones behind the counter from where we were sitting was ringing for 30 minutes which was distracting to my table.“
“I visited this place with my husband today and we loved it. We were greeted cordially by Laura who helped us with seating and walked us through the menu. We were later greeted by Jodi who recommended a wine, "Susmaniello Avoglia", which we absolutely loved and got bottles for our home too!! If you like a wine that is not too sweet nor too dry then this is a perfect one. We also ordered olives and a cheese board to go with it and that was good as well.Overall, we loved our visit and a big thanks to Jodi for answering all our questions and recommending just the right wine based on my vague description!! Will definitely visit this place again.“
“From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by an ambiance that is nothing short of gorgeous. The rustic yet elegant decor sets the stage for a memorable outing, whether you're there for a tasting or a meal. The wine tastings at Cooper's Hawk are not only enjoyable but also educational. The knowledgeable staff guide you through a selection of wines, each sip a journey through different varietals and flavors. After indulging in tastings, we settled down for a meal, accompanied by more wine, of course. The Spiced Winter Wine stood out among the offerings, warming both body and soul with its delightful blend of spices. As for the food, it was a culinary delight from start to finish. I opted for the Blackened Ahi Tuna, and it was a true masterpiece. The tuna was perfectly cooked, with a flavorful blackened crust that gave way to tender, succulent flesh. Each bite was a symphony of taste and texture, leaving me craving more.Overall, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant exceeded all expectations. With its stunning ambiance, enjoyable tastings, delectable food, and outstanding wine selection, it's a destination worth returning to time and time again.“
“Amazing experience, thoughtful staff who are attentive and listen. I ordered a 3 course meal with steak and cheese cake. My gf ordered a honey garlic chicken with amazing french fries. I asked for the potato early, and I got it. But then they accidently gave me another potato, I was told that I can enjoy another potato and that I won't be charged. At the end they gave a thoughtful 2 cheese cake for me and my gf. Great service and will come back to this place, and will be bringing my family here. 10/10“
“Had the best time at Vino Bistro for our rehearsal dinner of ~30. Lori was super responsive and hospitable, and she and the Vino Bistro team made us feel so comfortable and well-celebrated. Lori went out of her way to decorate our table and create custom menus with our photo. For being a wine spot, their cocktails were a HIT and the food was just as delicious. Highly recommend the beets and bread pudding! We did not rent the whole restaurant but other patrons were very kind to quiet down during our parents’ speeches. In a super nice part of Leesburg with plenty of parking. We are so glad to have kicked off wedding weekend at Vino Bistro and so look forward to going back for many dates ahead.“
“Sundiata was absolutely AMAZING with his service, decorum and general vibes that he offered my Fiance and I. He went ABOVE and BEYOND with his service. He was knowledgeable with both our wine and our foods, making us feel very at ease being our first time at the establishment. We both would come again in hopes to be served as graciously as we were this time! We will NEVER forget Sundiata!“
“Found this shop through a google search to pick up a gift on my way to visit some work colleauges and was not disappointed. I'm visiting from Canada and wanted to find a shop with some unique choices and was very happy with the service and recommendations provided! I'm also sad I don't live closer because they had a nice selection of Russian River Valley wines I would have loved to try.“
