“I have visited here a few times with friends and family and have never been disappointed. The ice cream is very fresh and tasty. My dad highly recommends the pineapple sorbet, as do I. Also, the selection of local souvenirs is excellent and I have bought a number of things. I really respect the way they are proud to be in Buena Vista.”

“Well since under new management, they have added convenience items, a few other menu items, food delivery, and the food is the same as before (identical) building is starting to show its age, but they cleaned it beyond I thought possible so that's fine prices are really reasonable and do some specials. It seems they still have background plans for expansion into other items for retail, but I'll wait and see how it all flows.”

“It's fast food. Not much to say about it. I had the mushroom Swiss burger. It was good and hot. The fries were mediocre. It was clean. The staff were nice and brought the food to our table when it was ready. Quiet, clean.”

“Such a cool place and such knowledgeable people working there. They were so patient with me as I asked tons of coffee/brewing/roasting questions. I learned a lot and had incredible coffee. Definitely recommend doing a tasting flight. Also a great atmosphere to hang out with a friend or sit and work for a while.”

“Pronto Via was one of the first vendors we booked because as soon as we heard about a dessert truck, we were sold! Neither one of us are big cake fans, but we love gelato and pie so this was a no brainer for us. Meredith and her staff are so easy to work with! We had our tasting with Meredith where she created customized comment cards with our names on them for tasting the different options - so cute! Pronto Via’s manager was at our wedding and was SO friendly and even let us climb up into the truck for a few adorable photos. The gelato and mini pies were the number one thing our guests keep talking about after the wedding and were clearly a huge hit. We look forward to going back to Lexington to visit their store so we can keep enjoying all of the delicious gelato!”
