“Colonial Italian Restaurant in colonial heights: if you have an Italian taste bud it’s great. My husband and I sat at the bar for our first time there. After sitting there for about 10 mins we were finally asked if we were dinning in or carrying out. coming from a past server/bartender the service was HORRIBLE. Food was great. I got the build your own pasta with a soup. Soup came out first, after finishing that the plate and bowl sat there until we left. My plate from my pasta after being boxed sat there until we left as well. Felt like we were just a nuisance to her evening. The bartender was NOT FRIENDLY, and I know from past profession we have our good days and bad days but what an experience. She had more conversation and friendliness towards her “regulars” that came in than anyone that was sitting at the bar. We will definitely sit at a table next time.“

“Carini's is a great Italian restaurant. They have everything from spaghetti to manicotti to lasagna and more. They definitely give you more than enough to. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. It is located on the Boulevard in Colonial Heights. This was my first time here and it was delicious. I would recommend Carini's Italian restaurant.“

The end total was 74 for four of us to eat more than our fair share.
There was a mixup and they brought us two extra pizzas, because of that we got to keep the pizzas and received a small discount, wonderful food and wonderful service; highly recommended in todays economy.“

“Rosa’s is my new favorite! I’ve only picked up food to-go (in their super convenient drive-thru after ordering online), but everything has been great so far! The portions are extremely generous, the side salads are super fresh & crisp, and the staff have been so friendly! Any modifications to our orders have been fulfilled without error. “Dined here for lunch on a Friday at noon with my coworkers at their suggestion. The reviews are so mixed and that had me nervous but we had a great experience. I made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated promptly. The restaurant wasn’t too busy and the host was also our server. He was very accommodating and answered all my questions.

I enjoyed my caesar salad and the buffalo wings as starter (plus the bread lol). My wings were cooked well as I asked and were the perfect amount of heat for wing zings. For a couple of people they were too spicy but they were perfect to me. I ordered the create your own pasta as my entree. I selected baked ziti, vodka sauce, sausage, with onions and spinach. The pasta arrived HOT so it had to cool a bit before I could try it. I think my selections complimented each other well and the pasta was delicious and tasted even better the next day. Definitely a good suggestion if you’re in the Chester area; great for groups, families, couples, and solo diners!“

“This location is great, most of their food is fantastic. The Steak and cheese hoagies need a little help, but that's the only item that hasn't been very good. Pizza is great, Calzones are nice, antipasto salads are really good with raspberry vinegarette.“

She was so pleasant and made sure we didn't lack for anything. Prices are in-line with quality food and very generous portions.
