“The short rib ravioli was amazing! We arrived in time to enjoy the happy hour and the Brussels sprouts appetizer were crispy and so good. One member of our party is vegetarian, and she is the one who steered us there, because her prior experience was so good. “I have been twice now. We sat in the restaurant once and at the bar the other time. The ambiance is solid. The wine selection is one of, if not the best in the city. I love that they offer coravin pours of large format bottles. Their menu is a comfortable approach to edgy. They push boundaries of normal while still satisfying grandma's need for a classic. Our friend with Celiac could choose from almost the entire menu which is unheard of, especially at an Italian restaurant. “Would give them 100 ⭐️'s! This is an absolute hidden gem in the city of Richmond. We stopped in before heading to a show at Altria. Not big, ting place, but we squeezed in at the bar and made bar buddies with the couple sitting next to us since we were bumping elbows. I ordered the Oyster Mushroom meal, and it was one of the most amazing dishes I've ever eaten. Didn't even know you could make it into a full meal. My buddy got fresh made sausage, which he gave me a bite of, and it was incredible as well. If you want some top of line Italian food and not the normal stuff, you need to try Dinamo!“
“A delightful coffee shop in the West End. I came once many years ago and it's only gotten better. I'm not a coffee drinker so I actually got a hot chocolate, but they have lots of espresso flavors and it's clear they take coffee very seriously. I did get an apple turnover, which was delicious! Perfectly flaky and full of apple filling. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating for the space, and it's clear that they have some very loyal regulars. Overall it's a very cozy space, and I'm excited to come back and try some more things from the menu next time!Parking: There's a good amount of parking here that's shared with the other businesses in this shopping center.“
“This was my cousin and my first time here and everything from entering the building to the ease of ordering was spectacular! We did have some recommendation’s from Chef Kristi on some wine pairings and they did not disappoint! We tried the GRECHETTO, which is a white wine and for my girlies and guys who love Sauvignon blanc or Pinot Grigio, you will love this!! We also tried the PINOT NERO and this was a hit!! I’m a red wine drinker and this was so smooth and full of flavor! We had the fried homemade mozzarella and the Parmesan risotto fries to start (thanks Chef) and they were perfect!! I ordered the Pappardelle with Sausage Ragu and instead of the salad I had the Pancetta and onion soup! The consistency, the flavor, the temperature of the soup, all perfect! The pasta was so fresh, the sausage had an amazing taste and the sauce was perfect! My cousin ordered the chicken Alfredo Alfredo and the chicken was seasoned perfectly!! The sauce to pasta ratio was spot on!! For dessert we had the limoncello marscapone cake and yall… the freshest, most moist slice of cake I’ve ever had! The flavor of the lemon was not too overpowering and it did not stand a chance on that table! 10/10 recommend!!“

“The MoM gets 5 stars. Got a great tutorial from Victoria of Column 15 Coffee on their wares. Tried the cold brew with a frozen coffee bomb in the middle. Heavenly! We gorged on a Hanover tomato and meatball Polpetti pocket sammich. Fresh and delicious! Will be back after 4 pm to try Auntie Ning’s Filipino food and Take and Bake options. They have not officially opened, but they are already one of my favorites in the neighborhood.“
“Enoteca Sogno sets the bar for excellent Italian cuisine in Richmond. Tucked away in a nondescript building in Bellevue, this cozy, welcoming restaurant offers incredibly delightful Italian dishes and a robust wine list. I was DD but I heard great things about the Moscato wine. We ordered the robiola cheese to start, which came with their super lovely homemade bread. We needed a second helping of that. Even the olive oil was clearly high quality. For my meal, I opted for the crespelle pasta special, which was basically like a pasta crepe with spinach, bechamel, and cheese with marinara. It was so good and not sickeningly filling, which was an added plus. It let me save room for their lemon mascarpone cake for dessert! Service was prompt and friendly. I was glad we were able to score a table on a rainy Wednesday evening. For busier times, I'd definitely book a reservation.“

“I’d like to give every staff member who worked this past Saturday a loud shoutout! My husband and I threw my MIL an 80th birthday party. We had a party of 30. There was also a party of about 50 celebrating an 80th birthday. We were concerned with how long we would have to wait for appetizers, drinks and food. However, it went flawless. “Had a night out with the Lady, it took a second to get seated, & there wasn't anywhere to wait that wasn't in the way of the wait staff, but we were seated in a nice corner section, making it very easy to hear my girlfriend, despite it being quite bustling, we had the branzino & the napolese spaghetti with squid, scallops, mussels, etc, I am finishing the leftovers now, two days later & it is still delicious. Would give 5 stars if there was a lobby or waiting area.“

“Pretty good pizza in freaking giant slices. Unlike most giant slice places these dont suck. I got just olives on my slice. Guy asked kalamata or green? Seriously.The one major shortcoming is that they have shakers for oregano and garlic powder but no parmesan. Unless there is some secret insider method for obtaining a cheese shaker by turning the second wall sconce counterclockwise.They have a lot of interesting pies, but I found the menu hard to read so I just asked them what they have. This is on me though, I have bifocals, and the menu is on the front of the counter. So you have to look down to read it, snd that angle is awful on bifocals. Especially when handwritten.Will go back.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options. I didnt see any vegan pies though, but to be fair I didnt read the entire menu because its hard to read.“

“My wife grew up not too far from here, and when she was a kid, she said they came to Sal's all the time. Although not sure when but she said that they have definitely changed ownership since she's been here last. She really wanted one of their cheese pizzas. Even though it wasn't as she remembered and a little different, she said that it was still pretty good. She said that the sauce is a tad sweeter now than what it used to be. I thought their veal parmesan was excellent! I don't know why, but my daughter ended up ordering their chicken noodle soup, but she didn't care for it very much. She did enjoy the mozzarella sticks, though. Service was pretty good, and it definitely has a mom and pop feel to it, and it looks like they have a new bar area that seems to be the new in fashion glowing lights and such. They have quite a few specials that are going on. Very solid pizza place.“

“We are business neighbors of Joe's pizza and a review is long over due. As a catering company, we spend so much time cooking for others and never for us! So when lunch time rolls around Joe's is our 'go-to'. Everything is ALWAYS tasty and portions generous. The size of a slice of pizza blew my nephews mind. Haha. Have to read the reviews and searching the menu we decided that the prices were too high and the reviews did not justify the prices. So we went to our old standby Olive garden. The endless salad and breadsticks were as delicious as they'd always been. The soup was good also plus I had spaghetti which I enjoyed very much. The restaurant was highly recommended to us by local Richmond friends who, like ourselves, are seasonal New Yorkers who sought out the best local “New York Style” Pizza. Our experience was outstanding. First, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff was refreshing after a long day of work. We were welcomed with open arms by the owner who really made us feel very welcome. The menu offered quite a selection and variety of authentic Italian dishes. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, flavorful and stunning to look at. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were abundant. I highly recommend visiting this special restaurant and trying their brick oven pizzas which are available with an assortment of toppings. “I spent New Years Eve here and while the space was amazing, the planning and execution of the event was not. We paid extra for a VIP experience - the food was FANTASTIC! Probably the best thing of the night! The evening included a 90s dress contest, a 90s band and midnight champagne toast....Well, the contest winner was not even announced nor was added to their Instagram - there were 4 pictures posted out of everyone dressed up. Up in the VIP room, there was NO count down or anything - it was 2024 and we didn't even realize it - so much for our special midnight toast in the VIP Lounge! While I didn't know one song the band played, I was assured they were 90s songs. the advertisements should have said ONE STYLE of 90s music.. this event can be great....Just needs some work to it ... especially when people are paying extra!“
