“I would recommend takeout. Flavors were good. Pretty greasy, but that's what I ordered. The place was kind of unappealing - water on the floor, looks like they are part way through converting from whatever it used to be, wobbly tables.“

“We have come here several times now right from the time when it opened newly. Our experience has been great consistently. Their breakfast also has a great spread. Both their vegetarian and non vegetarian options are at par. Their staff has also been consistently the same folks. Our server Ravi was attentive and the management made our special occasion dining experience even more memorable by adding a special dessert on the house. Overall great fine dining experience for Indian food, Would definitely recommend.“

“We went for a date here after my husband was looking for something close to Chantilly but different. Oh wow! The food was so fresh and hot and phenomenal! We love Indian food so tried the butter chicken tacos and masala burrito. The chips and salsa kept coming as quickly as we asked. I can not wait to return!“

“A BIRYANI PARADISE WITH A GREAT WELCOMING TOUCH.This place is a gem for anyone looking to indulge in some of the best biryanis. They also do catering events where we had Chicken Keema Biryani, Goat dum biryani, and chicken lollipops. For vegetarians, they even had Jackfruit Biryani, Paneer Biryani. The warmth and hospitality of the owner and his personal engagement with guests reflects a commitment to excellence that is truly commendable. It is located inside Lotte Plaza Market.Must try: Goat dum biryani, chicken lollipops“

“Decided to visit the Chantilly location after I had been to the Edison, NJ one a few weeks ago, and I think both locations were a bit different from each other. I got the Veg Cheese Grill sandwich, and my friend got the Paneer Toofani. We also got the Rajwadi lassi. I loved my sandwich, it was simple but the sauces were great with the veggies. It reminded me of a Bombay Sandwich. My friend said his sandwich was also amazing, he devoured it so quickly. The Rajwadi lassi was good, but I think it tasted better when I got it from Edison. The yogurt was a little sour in my opinion and they added a pretty big scoop of ice cream. While I do like my lassi not that sweet, I thought this version of it was pushing it. My friend didn't like it too much, but that's because he likes his lassi tasting like sugar. I thought the service was a little slow too but I won't fault them for it. I went on a weekday in the evening, but they only had one person taking orders. He was also helping out with the kitchen so we saw a few people leaving before placing their orders. The interior of this location was almost the same as the Edison location, but definitely a plus since they were playing the cricket game :)“

“Totally recommend a visit to this very affordable and fun location. The Chit Chat Cafe is in a gas station but it's super clean and very welcoming. And you will find easy parking. The service is also welcome and easy. You can order ahead or just look for a menu at the check out counter to order with the clerk. You can grab premade mango lassi (a MUST get) or get chais from premade from a machine (also exceptional). There is also a hot food holder for the samosas. Which I also 100% recommend Ordered the burrito and a vegetarian sampler. This is where it was hit or miss for me. All very well made and flavorful but I didn't love all the flavors... the butter chicken burrito was pretty great, excellent sauce. The veg platter was less perfect. First saag ever that I have not enjoyed and the dal makhani also was not to my taste. I think just a flavor preference as many things were fantastic. So give it a try and find the thing you love. It's worth the visit. It's also near the meadowlark botanical gardens and was a great treat after our visit there!“

“Bollywood themed Indian snacking place on Elden street. You will find plenty of parking outside and the place is also friendly for wheelchair or stroller entrance. The staff is very friendly and they serve you with smile. They are kids friendly too. They have self service where they call your bill token number and you have to collect your food from counter. The whole place has a 90s Bollywood theme. Every table top is laminated with 90s Bollywood movie posters. You will find more of the North Indian snacks here. We tried masala chai which was tasty full of cardamom taste with bread pakoda. The bread pakoda looked like they have refried it but it tasted as exactly as Indian food stalls sell. We also tried their dabheli but can feel it was so so not that tasty. It only has masala potatoes in it no crunch. The chutney’s server was also so watery. So would not suggest to try their dabheli but you can try other things. There chole bhature looks amazing so probably we will try it next time. They have small juice center too inside. You can get fresh fruit juices here and tasty tasty falooda also and if you are bored go try their game room. Check it out soon“

“I dined here last night. The food and service was excellent. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I had the egg biryani and my boyfriend had the chicken masala, we both loved our food. The garlic naan is SO good and crispy. I also had their chai tea and mango lassi and both were delicious. It is a really nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back. We brought some left overs to my parents and they also loved the food.Thank you SO much!!!“

“Ordered the Goat Korma and a side of Gobi 65. The goat was mostly bones. I literally had a container size pile of bone when I finished eating. I will not be getting that again in the future. The Gobi 65 was amazing, however. The things they can do with cauliflower still amazes me.Spiciness was in line with chicken wings. The medium was great but could have been a lot hotter. This is a Northern Indian Americanized spicy scale. My recommendation is to get the boneless lamb curry and a side of Gobi 65.“

“The food was high quality and tasted amazing. The thing that set my experience apart was the customer service. There was a mistake with one of our orders that caused it to take longer than usual. The manager came over to explain and apologize and gave us an order of another dish to eat while we waited. We will be coming back many more times! The value for the quantity and quality of the food was also very good. Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“I came hear after hearing from a friend about their lunch buffet. I believe the price is about $22 per person however the lunch buffet has a decent amount of selection with about 12-14 or so dishes. The food does rotate depending on the scraps they have but u can definitely expect an assortment of curries, naan, rice, all the basic necessities. The curries are usually diverse and do well to complement each other. This is my go to place whenever I want someone to explore Indian flavors since they are able to try a multitude of dishes.“

“Delicious and authentic Indian restaurant near mosaic district in Fairfax. My family comes here several times a year for a wonderful dining experience and we often bring friends to share the goodness. Amritsari Tandoori Chicken is a house speciality you should not miss! The Vindaloo (spicy!!), butter chicken, and Rogan Josh are a few other favs.Parking: No direct parking but it’s a very short walk to a nearby free garage and adjacent street parkingKid-friendliness: Very accommodating to kids. Dishes can be made with minimal spice and they also have a fried rice option that my youngest enjoys.“

“It was our first time eating at Banaras Express, celebrating my husband's birthday. The atmosphere was good. The service staff were courteous and quick. The food was good and tasty. However, we felt that it was slightly over the price, considering the quantify of food. Overall, a must try on restaurant for Indian cuisine (both veg-nonveg).“

“highlights are : the food was delicious, very traditional and authentic (made with love and intention), service was perfect - with a smile, and wait time was short! We had a chicken dish, a mutton dish, garlic naan and rice pudding. ZERO complaints from me, and I usually have at least one. I was impressed that the chef and owner came to check on us to make sure our experience was flawless.“

“One of the best Indian cuisine restaurants is this one. Weekends are buffet only (no biryanis when we visited) and weekdays are ala carte only. Their food is an authentic representation of what you had eaten in India. We found their sweet were overly sweet, but main course, appetizers were 10/10.“

“The food here was delicious and crazily inexpensive, especially for the area. I had a bowl with lemon rice, butter chicken, channa masala, and a bunch of toppings, and the total was less than $12. They have a wide selection of Indian breads, which unfortunately I didn't try because I didn't bring anyone to share them with, but the naan included with my meal was great. Definitely recommend this place. I've been to a few other restaurants in this shopping area, and this has been the best, taste-wise.“

“Jodhpur restaurant serves an excellent authentic food popular in Rajasthan, UP and New Delhi. The owners are very friendly and accommodating to your special needs. We catered their Rajasthani Dal, Baati, Churma special dishes for our guests in October 2022. it was a super hit. Everybody loved the food. We have also tried other varieties. The food, service, ambience, cleanliness and quality - all are excellent.“

“We loved our experience. Came for dinner with my husband and ordered several dishes. The chicken platter appetizer came out sizzling and delicious. We also enjoyed the Gobi Manchurian (sweet and spicy cauliflower appetizer). The Natu Kodi and Shrimp Curry entrees were both spicy oily and tomato-based with the perfect amount of seasoning… very rich in flavor. Enjoyed both of those dishes. My favorite entree was the paneer butter masala. Amazing sauce - similar to butter chicken sauce. I was eating the sauce with everything!! Also had an amazing Chicken Dum Biryani where the chicken was on the bottom of the rice. The garlic naan was phenomenal. Got to meet their chef Krishna who was super nice and explained some of the dishes to us. We were pleased with our meal and will be back to try out their buffet next!“

“My first time visiting this spot after passing by it many times the past couple years. It was a spontaneous visit. The menu items all looked and sounded delish. I ended up getting the samosa chaat. It was very tasty, I was able to finish the entire thing in one serving. There was a lot of tomato on there though, so I would probably order with less or no tomato next time. We also ordered the samosa and chaat papri, which were also a hit. The entrance was next to Champs Pizza, with either stairs or elevator available. The steps were nicely decorated. The interior is very nicely decorated, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I'd be curious to check out the place at night and sit outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.“
