“I enjoyed the beers - Chess Club Fist Fight and Arcadian Rhythm were standouts. Also love that they had a Brown Ale (Bob Paisley) on tap, which is uncommon. Got a flight and also tried some of the Castle Hill Cider. Service was fast and friendly, and the place had a cool vibe on the inside.Food was more of a mixed bag. We had a Portobello pizza, which was a little lacking in substance for the price. Also two Carnivore Paninis that were a little greasy and light on the mozzarella cheese. While everything was cooked well, few of the flavors really stood out.“

“Food is decent. We enjoyed the hummus, spinach pie was alright, Saganaki (Flaming green cheese) was good too. But we made a mistake of ordering Alfredo pasta for kids and that was probably the worst Alfredo pasta they ever had. Shouldn't have tried Italian in a Greek restaurant! Anyway, service was crisp. Less smiles and greetings but quite professional. Between 3 and 4, I settled on a 4!“

“Great food, great atmosphere, great service. I had the Lil Pig, which is a half pound container of layered beans, BBQ, and slaw. Plus I had a side of collards. My husband had the BBQ platter with Mac and cheese and slaw. Everything was good and well priced for the amount you get. We 100% recommend for all you BBQ lovers out there.“

“We loved this place! After a long day on the road it was a welcomed stop for the evening. The place was quiet yet welcoming for a nice dinner. We were able to talk and unwind from a busy day. Our meals were delicious; drunken noodles and red curry. We left full and quite happy with our choices made.“

“Both of us came to Lexington from more metropolitan areas. My partner was born and raised in Phoenix, where I lived for many years as well. It doesn't get much more authentic outside of Mexico than Phoenix. Having said that, though, there are so many average or worse Mexican restaurants in the US. Places where they plop some canned refried beans and bland rice on a plate, next to whatever you ordered so covered in some sauce that you can't tell what it is. Don Telquilas is better. While still being reasonably priced, you get large helpings that are well seasoned and flavorful. One of our favorites is the Chorizo-Pollo, spicy and cheesy. My go to is the carnitas, which are better earlier in the day (they overcook as the day progresses), juicy chunks of pork served with saiteed onions, very good. You are greeted fairly promptly and seated (if there isn't a wait), and then bottomless chips are brought with a red sauce as well as Virginia's white sauce. You might mistake that for ranch if you didn't know better, but it's a little tangy with a spice to it, and I like to mix it with the red for a tasty bite. While you wait (food comes out pretty fast!), you can enjoy the hand painted wall decor and the authentic, made in Mexico painted seating. There is always Mexican music, sometimes a tv, and a separate bar area. The bathrooms are clean and bright as well. I steer clear of the quesadillas, having ordered a chicken one that only had chicken but no cheese, which was odd. But the fajitas are great, as are a variety of the enchiladas, shrimp and fish dishes and more . I've always left full, taken home leftovers, and never been ill from their food. The ice tea is crisp and cold, fresh and never stale. They have a decent selection of beer, including a few Mexican ones. Service has always been friendly. If you're in town, try it out!“

“We had Globowl deliver catering for a bridal lunch for my wedding in Lexington. Lauren worked with me to accommodate some dietary restrictions and put together a delicious and beautiful spread! The food was amazing and Lauren was so great to work with!“
“What a find!!! Right on Main St. where you can watch the world go by; quite enjoyable. Rooftop dinning and drinks, wonderful outdoor dining, inside available as well. Food is excellent and well priced. We found juniper by accident as we were just strolling the town. A great hidden treasure ( in plane sight) If in Lexington, it a must!!!“

“Place is very large, with a huge seating area in and out. We were working our way back from Roanoke trying to complete the Brewery Trail to get a shirt. Waited almost 10 mins to be seated. Got a nice table on the deck, with a fantastic view. The food was ok, nothing overly special. Found the burger to be dry and basic. The Jalapeño Poppers were excellent, though. Their system was messing up and kept getting our orders wrong. We had multiple servers, and they all were very nice and worked on trying to get everything correct. They also have a corn hole pit, so you can play some while there. DB beer is always good and always worth getting a draft or two. location is nice, well worth stopping by and checking it out.“

“OH MY GOD THIS WAS THE BEST CHICKEN TENDERS I HAVE EVER HAD! if you are in the area you definitely should go. So good the burger's are great too, for appetizers I recommend there buffalo wings they also were SO GOOD. The waitress's and waiter's were great not too loud and just a beautiful and tasty experience. If you're worried about the temperature they have ceiling fans everywhere that keeps the temperature perfect, I would definitely recommend you should go! PS: I didn't get anything but they do have a bar with a lot of alcoholic beverages.“
