The General Tso’s had some kick to it and the sauce was delicious. The Lo Mein was perfect and the noodles were delicious. “On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.“

“Amazing food and unbeatable service. Susan took care of us from the start, answering questions and just overall being a pleasant server. She truly made us feel at home, and her charismatic energy did not go unnoticed. Items are clearly labeled gluten free and the staff was very knowledgeable regarding allergy questions. We went for an early lunch on a Saturday and had no problem getting a table. Service was incredibly fast and the food was fresh and hot. Their lunch menu had some great deals on it, and the overall prices were reasonable for the quality. My only complaint is that the soda is from cans, but our server checked in multiple times offering refills, so it wasn't horrible!“

“The manager and his staff more than made up for my previous trip to this location. Although they didn't know who I was, the service and food was 10 times better. The manager, a former principal, was super nice. While I was dining in, I placed an order to go. He made sure it was correct and brought the To Go to my table. That is how it should be done!!! Let’s talk about it, the cheesesteak is by far the best cheesesteak I’ve had in Richmond and this is coming from a Philly food snob. This cheesesteak gets a 9/10 for Richmond. The Italian hoagie was solid and gets a 6.5/10 for Richmond. The only weak link is the hoagie rolls. While they get Philly rolls, it would be impossible for them to get them fresh daily. Most cheesesteak/hoagie shops here in Richmond wouldn’t stay in business for a month in Philly, but this place would compete. And with a fresh Amoroso or Sarcone’s rolls they would be in the discussion of being among the top spots. I highly recommend this cheesesteak if you’re in Richmond.“

“We had a table of 10 with some seating issues at first but were quickly accommodated by the manager. Our server Sarah P. was AMAZING and handled our large party professionally and patiently. She has such a friendly personality. The food was very delicious. We had burgers, chuckawalla chicken, grilled chicken, steak and mahi mahi across the table. The devils pass dip, chicken wings, bruschetta and truffle fries were a great start to our dinner. The chocolate decadence is a MUST dessert. It just melts in your mouth. And I can walk there. Had the Heuvos last weekend. Different but I ate it all. Ask for some bread. Lovely outside seating.“
