“Great food every time. I have been to the Norfolk location and the Virginia Beach location and they are both top notch. Everything I have tried is excellent. Last time we got the Smoke Stack Sammich, which includes brisket, pulled pork and their smoked sausage. It is so tasty and you get a bit of everything. The pork belly is great. The pork rinds are the best you can get. The wings with the dry rub are killer. We got the Tommy Boy, a sometimes Friday special, the best pastrami sandwich at the Beach. I haven't tried anything I didn't love yet. The staff is always on the move and is always very friendly. Already planning our next visit.“

“So I finally made it out to try the Beef Ribs. They where absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back for the ribs and will try the spicy sausage. Put this on your list place for ribs. 5 ⭐️“

“Small establishment, geared toward takeout. About 3 or 4 tables for dining at the location. I got the Chop Chae and Seaweed roll, my wife barbecue short ribs korean style. Every thing was absolutely scrumptious 😋 it took about 20 minutes to prepare our order.“

“Hopping place! Great live entertainment on weekends. We had the wings which were among the best we've ever had-they should brag more on those wings! Customers here are engaged with the bands, they dance, they clap-makes for good entertainment if you're more of a sit and watch type person. Beer was reasonable although mixed drinks were a bit higher than we're accustomed to. Overall a great night spot! Go check it out!“

“This place is my absolute go-to for good food at a fair price with great portions! There's not a lot of options that fulfill all 3 of those qualities anymore. I usually get the BBQ Chicken with fried rice and Mac Salad, the Mac salad is especially good!

And if having great prices, portions, and quality wasn't enough the manager (who I think may be the owner?) is such a kind man who always makes me feel welcome whether I'm doing takeout or dining in. Once my wife and I were gifted free ice cream bars on a hot day because he saw we'd walked to the restaurant.

Another time I was doing takeout and he'd forgotten to add the extra side of coleslaw, we don't realize it until we were home and so didn't go back. We're pretty regular here so he must've known he'd see us again and to my surprise the next time we ordered (weeks later) he still remembered the mistake despite me not mentioning anything and gave us a free side of coleslaw! It's the kind of service that only comes from small family businesses like this one.

“Starting with the customer service the employee greeted me from the time I came through the door, was very nice, explained the menu in detail, and also the favorites. I can tell she genuinely cares about her job and she does it well. As far as the food goes I got a two meat two side with grilled chicken, ribs, potato salad, and green beans + a roll. The ribs were pull apart, firm, crispy, and hot just like I like them. The grilled chicken was flavorful and tender as well. I'm very picky about my sides so I was surprised to find out the potato salad was prepared with the same flavors and and relish etc we do back at home. There were three different barbecue sauces that came with it on the side, two of them I did not care for but what I assume was just the basic sauce was great. All of this food tastes just like being at a backyard BBQ back at home in GA.“

“Laugh at me all y'all want about this, but my favorite 2 things from here are getting an order of hush puppies in my to go order with a gallon of their lemonade. Here's why... 1 their lemonade taste like my Meemaw's from back home. The hush puppies is because they put them in the to go container hot... then throw in the little butter packs. It melts the butter in packs and I can dip my hush puppies in it! Again, reminds me of home!!! Most of their food does lol LOVE THIS PLACE!“

You can have your own event inside, just ask manager. Large patio for smoking 🚬. NICE SOUND SYSTEM inside and outside. Good parking. Come see it during the week after 4pm. Restaurant has a crowd on Thursday's, Fridays and Saturdays from ⁶6pm til 2am. Starts off with Karaoke then the DJ starts at 9:30.“
