“I love the atmosphere and history behind this place. It’s a diner, grocery and convenience store. The food was pretty good but overpriced for what you get. The experience comes with the history of the building, being on of the oldest buildings in Bellingham and still used as a general/convenience store to this day.“
“We went for breakfast at 10:15am on a sunny day in April. The wait was only about 35-40 minutes. Lots of benches around inside and out to wait, or you can take a walk and return. Service was quick and pleasant. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was worth it! My French toast was crispy on the outside, best I’ve had in a LONG time! My husband demolished his #9 Breakfast. Said it was scrumptious! Our coffee was kept filled. Also, did you know it’s one of the most haunted buildings in Bellingham and the space used to be a morgue! ?Parking: You may have to park a bit away on a busy morning.“
“So we have been back here multiple times and have not been disappointed. I finally got the nerve up to try one of the mystery breakfast burritos. I was a bit hesitant as I am kind of picky with what should or should not be in a breakfast burritos. Beans and salsa should remain on the side, not inside. In this case, I was pleasantly surprised. I got the $15 dollar level one. They come in varying prices the higher the price, the higher the quality of the ingredients. Let's just say it was absolutely delicious. I rarely can finish one of these monsters, but I could not stop eating it. It showed up with two poached eggs like a Benedict on top of the burrito, and I side was potatoes, bacon, sausage, and I think even a bit of corn beef. It was easily one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back to try the higher priced ones.“
“Great little local diner downtown. I enjoyed my breakfast overall & felt like it was fairly priced. I did stand at the counter for a while before being acknowledged & I did not feel like they checked up on you once you received your food. I will give them another try, based off how good the pancake was though!“
“This was at Bellingham I hop. No pre-planning was needed. My partner saw the ad on TV on Sunday morning, B4 church and said I wish I had I hop for breakfast , haven't had that in a while since our location close to home closed down around COVID. I replied let's go. We were hoping to go to another location, but ended up in BellinghamVegetarian options: Most vegetarians eat eggs as my friend at work is vegetarian and only eats eggs. There are lots of pancakes to choose from, hash browns, fruit cups, Toast with avocado , just egg white and spinach mushrooms ? omelette.I'm sure there's more to choose even if you are a strict vegetarianDietary restrictions: We ordered the same omelette , but just 1 order of pancakes and hash browns and shared. The portion was so big I could eat only half of my omeletteParking: Good locationGreat ParkingKid-friendliness: Lots of kids of all ages were present.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe they have this option but can't confirm it“
“AMAZING food! I normally get the mystery burrito, it perfect for when you don’t know what you want. My husband and I have a handful of allergies, and they’ve always been able to accommodate. The kitchen people are extremely nice, the servers are awesome. The manager is great too. I feel like the employees always go above and beyond. The Bloody Mary is really good. I don’t like tomato much but this one is perfect. The California browns are fantastic! I always get their house made hot sauce with it (the brown one) We’ve never had a bad experience here 100% recommend for breakfast.“
