They were so friendly and kind. Cof& offers great coffee prepared multiple ways. take the time to get coffee prepared by a japanese syphon or a our over. the beans are showcased and the results are a like a warm hug for your tongue. “This is a traditional Turkish breakfast plate, Turkish coffee, and spinach börek. We also tried the baklava. Everything was excellent! This was my first experience with Turkish coffee, I loved it! There are also other items for sale such as beautiful colorful lamps, rugs, spices, etc. Quaint little shop with a warm ambiance. The owner is very nice and gracious. If you visit Bellingham, you must check out this lovely shop.Vegetarian options: Most everything is vegetarian friendly.“
“Highly recommend for breakfast, brunch or lunch . The presentation of the food was superb and beautiful. The flavours of the food matched the presentation as well. In fact the “chefs breakfast” with 2 eggs, roasted tomato, extra thick bacon, special fingerling potatoes and much more, was so scrumptious I am still savouring that meal several days later . We also enjoyed the avocado smash. I thought their unique house made cardamom and brown sugar latte was amongst the best espresso beverages I have ever had and I look forward to experimenting with making my own syrup. They’ve done a great job of decorating the space and creating a bright welcoming space and I only wish I lived closer to this amazing cafe.“

I love that they are using local ingredients. The shop sits aside their production area, so you can see how these delightful pasties are made.“
“I recently ordered a 2lbs bag of Camber's Skyline Espresso, and it was stellar.When I pulled my first shot, there was complexity and approachability with notes of stone fruit and floral undertones.Not only was the espresso itself exceptional, but the service from Camber was top-notch as well. The shipping was incredibly fast, with my order arriving within just two days of placing it. Not to mention, their packaging was aesthetically very pleasing-- the mailing box and the beans themselves were a thematic package and even came with a complimentary, pocket-sized coffee journal. “Been coming here for ages so it’s high time to leave a review! I love Adagio — it’s my third place. I come here almost every other day to write for a few hours in the morning. The coffee is always good, the pastries are delicious, there’s ample seating and even on busy mornings, I’ve never not been able to snag a table. The atmosphere is great. “I love the atmosphere and history behind this place. It’s a diner, grocery and convenience store. The food was pretty good but overpriced for what you get. The experience comes with the history of the building, being on of the oldest buildings in Bellingham and still used as a general/convenience store to this day.“
“Stopped in to grab a coffee quickly on a day trip down from Vancouver. What a lovely little spot! I typically don't go for speciality lattes because they're usually just too sweet or overpowering but I decided to try the honeybee latte which was really wonderful! I enjoyed the quiet ambiance and had fun browsing the pottery and smelling all the scented candles for sale while I waited for my drink to be prepared.“
