“This is one of my favorite local places to go for brunch or stop off at when friends are in the area. The food is always good, the service is attentive, and the atmosphere is relaxed - and "downtown" Maple Valley is always worth a stop. If I was only rating the restaurant I'd give it a full 5 starts, but while the bakery is good and I love the traditional oven they use and several of their bakery items and breads, I've kind of been left unimpressed by more bakery items than I'd expect for a 5 star rating so I dropped it down to 4.“

“Fabulous small town diner, which is still family owned and operated after many years! Simple foods done well, this is a breakfast staple for my husband and me. If you find yourself in the area please check them out! And order the bacon!! It's the BEST!“

“10/10 this is my new favorite place. The crab artichoke dip was amazing! The service is fantastic and on point. My wife and I have been twice now and I'm absolutely going back. This is a great date night place. I highly recommend it.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level and outside seating“

“On Sat we were in the area and went here for dinner. It was pretty dead, but the service and food were both on point. My partner and I shared the pulled pork Sammy with sweet potato fries and the brisket with potato salad. Both were very tasty and, more importantly, the server brought us every dipping sauce they had --we are talking 4 sauces in addition to ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce (because I'm basically obsessed with condiments). Would definitely recommend for a hearty, flavorful meal with extremely friendly service.“

“We stopped in while running errands and decided to get the fish sandwich and a cup of chowder. It was fairly busy but we were able to get our order in right away. The fish sandwich was served hot and so was the chowder and we didn't have to wait long at all! We also ordered a quart of chowder to go. Like the Chowder House in Des Moines great food and exceptional service!“

“The food was great. We ordered Fish & Chips and the order was huge. Plenty for 2 people. The service was a bit slow, however she did make sure our order was correct and our drinks refilled. I do recommend you give them a try. Great food for a good price.“

“A great spot! One of the only restaurants in the diner part that doesn't have loud music so you don't have to yell across the table. It also has a really legit kids menu, there's like 8 choices with 8 sides to choose from. So we take our kids here now.Kid-friendliness: Huge kids menu!“

“Then go in there for years with my aunt and uncle and other family members.. we used to go to Taco Tuesday went in there the other night still a friendly atmosphere Nice little band playing.. it was all right for a night out drinking.. I wouldn't recommend it for kids I don't think kids are even allowed anymore.Vegetarian options: I didn't ask but I imagine they got salads and everything..Parking: It's kind of in a little shopping mall so there's plenty of parking spots also in front of the building.. it's not a big place so it's kind of limited to the people that come in.. which makes it nice.Wheelchair accessibility: You definitely can get a wheelchair in there I seen one in with there when I was there..“

“My dad and I were out and about taking care of errands, we decided to stop for lunch at Hops n Drops. Even though there was plenty of seating dining area, we chose to seat in the lounge area of the restaurant. We were greeted by our server, Jena. She is very nice, when she found out it was our first time, she brought us out as small plate of their house made chips to try. Those chips are so good! We started with a Dr. Pepper and an Ice Lemon Drop cocktail. The cup of the Lemon Drop is made of ice. Pretty cool. My dad and I shared the hamburger for two. The burger was juicy and fully loaded with all the yummy trimmings. It was served with fries. We enjoyed our lunch. We recommend giving Hops n Drops a try. If you are lucky, you might get Jena for your server.“

“One of our local go-to's. Unfortunately when they get busy dishes pile up on the bar and service suffers. Food is always pretty good and they have the best onion rings I've ever had. The curry muscles are great and provide a great dipping sauce for the onion rings.“

“Four Star on the Dive Bar rating scale. It's what you would think of a dive bar. Darker low lit inside, bottles of alcohol on some makeshift press wood that is bending due to weight/age. Pull tabs everywhere, bar seating, and a big freaking fish in a tank (yeah, no clue why either). The woman bartender was nice and the girl who I believe was in the kitchen was very nice also. Whiskey and coke was ok- poured decent. The menu I was handed was very short and simple. I had the Western hamburger and it was good. I would have liked it cooked more med/rare. Granted I was not asked nor did I speak up about it. For a first time visit, I let them cook how they feel it should be as I didn't see "cooked to order" on the menu. Would I come back to try other burgers, sure.... I wouldn't make any special trips- but if driving by, yes“

“Wow! Best breakfast we've had in a long time, if not ever! Portions are HUGE!! We split a breakfast and still had 2 containers to go. Their signature dish is the Kettle muffin - we tried the blueberry. They were definitely oversized and had all this delightful crunchy/chewy "overspill" that really made them special. We would definitely be back - especially if we lived in the area!“

“Service was incredibly attentive, friendly, & fast, despite only 1 waitperson handling every table, with just a little side assist from the manager. I wish I got that young man's name. He had a wonderful attitude. The whiners at the next table, didn't faze him. (the male half held up the waiter nitpicking how the sides offered was worded on the menu) I had cajun chicken tortellini, which was delicious & brought to me very hot. Portions are large, so I got 2 meals for the price of 1. The lighting fixtures sure improved the original interior.“

“We're always excited to stop in. There is always an exciting event or activity happening here. If you're a sports fan, this is the ultimate destination for you! Not only that, but if you appreciate delicious food, with friendly bartenders and a wide selection of drinks, you'll be in for a treat. Plus, the owner is an amazing person. We strongly urge you to check it out!“

“I recently dined at Griffin and Wells Cafe and I was thoroughly impressed! The cuisine is authentic and absolutely delicious. The in-house specials are a must-try, and the server was knowledgeable about dishes I hadn't heard of before. The new ownership has done an amazing job creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Local residents should definitely give them a try - you won't be disappointed!“
“Only reason I didn't rate atmosphere, if you are a golfer, it's good, otherwise whatever. Restaurant is just a plain Jane Restaurant, if you're hungry, you will eat there and you will like ? ? it, for a reasonable price. I approve.“

“Out of town for a work project and looking for a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel and gave this place a shot. The service is ok, the waitress was robotic taking our drink and food order. Bar has a rustic feel to it with wooden floors, chairs, wire wheel tables and open space. Food the reason we went was good had the New York steak with loaded baked potato, steamed vegetables and salad. Cooked to order with beautiful grill marks.“

“The Pie Goddess is an excellent bakery with whole and sweet dessert pies and whole savory dinner pies. This place is worth seeking out. Make the trip to Enumclaw or stop in while passing through. Great pie, excellent service and only a couple small tables.“

“My friend really likes this place, so she wanted to meet here for dinner. I've been wanting to try this place, but only knew of the location in Puyallup. We started off with cocktails, the Blooming Grapefruit and Blackberry Margarita, which were good. She got the Simply Seared Salmon, which she usually gets, and loves. I decided to try the Sugo Ragu, and was pretty tasty. Service was wonderful.“

“Pretty standard teriyaki place in Western Washington. Good offerings especially the katsu IMO. The owners seem a bit distant, but the younger son is really nice. The highlight of the food experience here is actually their house cheeseburger which IMO is really really good.“
