“So I like to ride my motorcycle out to Twin Perks Kalama and this Saturday I brought a friend. his motorcycle battery caught fire in the drive thru of the espresso stand! Hailey was working and she catered to us so well. I'm not advertising you should break down at the espresso stand but if you have to, pray Hailey is working. “We stop coming because we are tired of spending 17 to 19 dollars every time we come for our coffee to be wrong, we know people are human and we all have off days but the last 8 times we have come our coffee was made wrong and we pay for extra stuff and don't get it we asked for recommendations of coffee like I asked is the shamrock kicker was like the sweather weather chi I was told it was a little different but was sweeter then sweather weather chi well I can tell nope it ain't even close to sweather weather I'm spelling it wrong I'm sorry I asked for the shamrock kicker to be extra sweet cause I love sweet coffee and extra soft top well what I got I didn't even drink I took one drink and I spit it out it was basically iced coffee that is all I tasted was coffee no sweetness I'm sorry but it wasn't my kind of coffee I knew I shouldn't have gone with something new but we learn right it just upsetting because we live right next to a Dutch bros ,when we are in Eugene Dutch bros make our coffee just right ,but here we have gone to two of them and they both have not made our coffee right and we don't have time to turn around and go back to fix it so we just stop coming til the other day when we said let try again and same thing, that when I got the shamrock kicker and I said I'm done I'm tired of spending money like this for me not to drink my coffee it sad cause my whole family love Dutch bros my son love the sugar cookie frost, my other son love the peach strawberry smoothie,my partner gets either a rebel, or a picture perfect which they don't get right as well we asked for no whip due to him not able to handle the whip his tummy is sensitive but they always put whip and we have to say we said no whip and then they say huh look at us like we lost our minds then look at the screen and say oops yes it say no whip and then they just scoop off the whip and hand it back . I ordered to go and read on the menu that unless asked for seperate, the sauce would be added into the bowl, it was not, and the small to go cup portion was hardly enough to spread to the entire bowl and was difficult to stir without ingredients falling out. “I was never a fan of Dutch Bros. People have always been nice (which if you haven't had coffee yet, I might say "too nice). But they were always there if you needed something. And one late night, when my coffee options were limited, I took advantage and discovered "soft top" for the first time. Game changer. Took it from coffee that was ok, based on my taste preferences, to a delicious treat. I can't do it every day, but certainly on occassion.“
