“We stopped at this establishment on the way out of town. They had an area built to sit inside and get out of the rain and wind. There is lots of parking available off of the street. We had pollo tacos, asada tacos, lengua tacos, cabeza tacos, asada burrito, and pollo quesadilla. Everything was delicious including the salsas. The two women were very nice and friendly.“
“We arrived here after looking for another taco stop that was not located as advertised and we were not disappointed! Ines was welcoming and we quickly learned that she has a special gift as a chef. We ordered bowls of both barria and menudo which were served with a warm basket of her homemade tortillas. Each of the dishes were rich in flavor and filled with gernerous chunks of meat. We learned the meat and tripe were from local ranches which made the experience even more meaningful. Ines needs and deserves to have a kitchen of her own!!!“

“Good lord, sweet jesus. This is my 100% all time favorite Mexican restaurant in the state. Don't agree--I'll fight you.Their chicken is roasted over apple wood coals, fresh tortillas, great salsas. My parter and I will day trip from Olympia to Toppenish just to eat lunch here. I can't recommend this more highly.Caveat, not the fanciest establishment. Thier effort is focused where it should be, kicking out the best Mexican, and maybe the best food in the state. Deathbed meal. Don't agree--I'll find you and change your mind, through reasoned discourse, of course.“
“A friend I work with took me here my first time, and I'm hooked. Today I went alone, and got fresh tortillas from blue sky market, and barely made the cut before they sold out of carnitas. Its busy, and when you dig in you'll see why. I topped mine with a spicy pico salsa, and it was the best carnitas I've ever had. Whoever is responsible for that perfectly cooked pork is truly a Genius. You taste the quality of the meat, and the perfection in their process; not a ton of salt or seasonings, just pure perfect porky goodness! I Pray their business is blessed, and profitable for many generations. I'll be back often!*Edit- I called in an order today, and it was ready when I got there. I was given a sample; which worked out because I had hot tortillas waiting in the car! I tried the salsa today, and it's perfect. It's a must get! We have eaten so well the last 2 days, thanks to Carnitas Supreme!“
“delicious, authentic, affordable mexican food. i would say this is in my top five out of all the mexican food i’ve ever had!!! if im ever back in town i will pay them a visit. their rice is amazing and flavorful. i recommend CARNE ASADA tacos or enchiladas. yum. their homemade salsa and tortillas were perfection. service was amazing.“
“I've had Belis Catering twice and it never fails to please me. Something to know ahead of time is that the parking lot is only for 3 cars, meaning, you would need to park at the gas station next door or near Dairy Queen (not too far either). I went ahead and ordered myself a Sope and some rice and beans on the side. The Sope is as big as a to go box; It was very delicious. The dining area is quite small and you'll be smelling like food when you leave the place. I'll definitely be coming back for more!“
“I ordered the Tripitas & Asada tacos and when I say they were fire, they were absolutely FIRE!!Super well seasoned, super well-cooked, it really felt like I was back home eating these tacos at a puesto.Would recommend to anyone around!Even the owners came out with me because I mentioned that they tasted like back home (since I am from Mexico)Overall great service, experience, and amazing food!“
