“A friend I work with took me here my first time, and I'm hooked. Today I went alone, and got fresh tortillas from blue sky market, and barely made the cut before they sold out of carnitas. Its busy, and when you dig in you'll see why. I topped mine with a spicy pico salsa, and it was the best carnitas I've ever had. Whoever is responsible for that perfectly cooked pork is truly a Genius. You taste the quality of the meat, and the perfection in their process; not a ton of salt or seasonings, just pure perfect porky goodness! I Pray their business is blessed, and profitable for many generations. I'll be back often!*Edit- I called in an order today, and it was ready when I got there. I was given a sample; which worked out because I had hot tortillas waiting in the car! I tried the salsa today, and it's perfect. It's a must get! We have eaten so well the last 2 days, thanks to Carnitas Supreme!“

“I've had Belis Catering twice and it never fails to please me. Something to know ahead of time is that the parking lot is only for 3 cars, meaning, you would need to park at the gas station next door or near Dairy Queen (not too far either). I went ahead and ordered myself a Sope and some rice and beans on the side. The Sope is as big as a to go box; It was very delicious. The dining area is quite small and you'll be smelling like food when you leave the place. I'll definitely be coming back for more!“
“Good lord, sweet jesus. This is my 100% all time favorite Mexican restaurant in the state. Don't agree--I'll fight you.Their chicken is roasted over apple wood coals, fresh tortillas, great salsas. My parter and I will day trip from Olympia to Toppenish just to eat lunch here. I can't recommend this more highly.Caveat, not the fanciest establishment. Thier effort is focused where it should be, kicking out the best Mexican, and maybe the best food in the state. Deathbed meal.
