The food is great and my order is always correct. Some delivery services have issues finding my apartment but the delivery drivers here never have. They're very nice, too!“

“We stopped by Royal Grinders twice on our 3 day visit to Seattle! It's that good! I'd recommend calling ahead to place your order, since the sandwiches generally take about 15 minutes and can be upwards of 20 minutes if they're busy. Our favorites are the Royal grinder and the chipotle turkey and bacon panini. I love all the fresh vegetables and just in general you can tell these are quality ingredients. The sandwiches are quite large, I think it's a good value given the quality and size.“

“This is one of the more affordable meal options in the greater Seattle area. Located up north in Lynnwood, this place specializes in banh mis, but they also have other dishes like pho. It is a fairly modest restaurant, reminiscent of hole in the wall restaurant vibes. Parking lot and exterior are of questionable quality, which means the food should be good. I got the grilled pork banh mi and 2 egg rolls, totaling a little more than $12. These days, with inflation, where else can you find a place at this price point that gives you a delicious, satisfying meal? The banh mi here has very crunchy and nicely toasted bread, and the grilled pork is marinated well, not too salty, and does not have too much fat in it. The vegetables were fairly fresh as well. The egg rolls were good but nothing too special. I merely ordered it as it sounded good to have and I needed a heavier meal before a long hike thereafter. While the restaurant is busy most hours of the day, we only waited 5-10 minutes tops for our food and the line moves fairly fast.“

“My coworker and I just moved into a new office space nearby and we walked over for a couple of breakfast sandwiches to-go this morning. It cannot be overstated that the folks behind the counter are friendly, attentive and warm.Our sandwiches were wonderfully prepared and wrapped with care. We were both raving about the food before we even tasted it because it smelled so good and it was packaged so nicely. They knocked it out of the park -- perfectly cooked bacon egg and cheese on a perfectly toasted english muffin. Just a wonderful experience. Can't wait for my next breakfast at Blue Heron :)“

“Ok so I only ordered a grilled cheese Sammy and it was kinda weak for a Sandwich place. Now to be fair I'm sure it's not one of Valhallas flagship options so don't totally judge them based off my review. I also, may have been spoiled by formers co-workers who would make some top tier Grilled Cheese sandwiches in the back of the kitchen. All I have to say is that I would be cool paying a little more for a better grilled cheese sandwich and I wish that was an option. Like super grilled cheese Sammy option or.....deluxe? Anyone I might give them a second chance later.“

“Stopped in at lunch for a sunny patio sandwich and beer. We got a prosciutto sandwich and a meatball sandwich. Both were very good but I think I liked the prosciutto best. The prosciutto had some crunch from the arugula and some spice to go along with the sweetness of the balsamic and saltiness/richness of the prosciutto. The meatball sandwich was fennel-y with a yummy sauce and melty cheese. I liked it too but wish it was saucier. There wasn't much of a wait and we were the only ones eating in the patio. I'll definitely come back again.“

“This is a small little convenience shop with a deli counter serving up food made to order. I stopped in before a nearby appointment for a croissant sandwich and a hot tea. The gentleman working the counter was polite and seemed to have a good rapport with other regular customers that came in while I waited. My sandwich was hot, with freshly scrambled eggs and gooey cheese and thinly sliced ham that didn't slide out when trying to take a bite. Overall I wouldn't say it's a destination by any means, but worth a stop if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite.“
