“Karen and Rob, We stopped by at 4:00 on Saturday April 20, the day of the Tulip Street Fair. It was immediately hopping busy. We were there 2 and 1/2 hours. Outside music in Pine Square, then inside when it started to sprinkle. I must compliment you on your staff! Chris waited on us. He was professional in spite of being so busy. The two women behind the bar were so, so busy, yet never had a frown on their face...just kept pumping out the drinks while responding pleasantly with the patrons and staff. The kitchen staff we, of course, could not see, but our charcuterie tray was beautiful. What a great establishment you have going there in Mt. Vernon!!”

“This restaurant is truly a hidden gem for authentic Korean food! Every dish is made with fresh ingredients and so much care, bringing out deep, rich flavors. The soondubu jjigae has just the right amount of spice and incredible umami, while the bulgogi is unbelievably tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

The staff here are super friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better.

If you love Korean food, you have to try this place. You won’t regret it! Honestly, five stars aren’t enough to describe how good it is. Highly recommend!”

“This is a hidden little Mexican place in Mount Vernon. We got there close to closing time, so nobody else was there. However, the staff welcomed us with no problem and were very engaging and friendly. The restaurant is cheerfully decorated and clean. The food tasted good, but I do wish that it had been served. Warmer. Prices were absolutely reasonable for our meals.”

“Here in Skagit County we have many excellent options for authentic Mexican truck meals. Located on an arterial in a residential area. The truck is rarely here, but when it is, you absolutely should stop in for their handmade tortillas and stewed sauces.
The barbacoa taco plate is a truly unforgettable meal. I was too busy indulging my senses to take a photo.
Friendly people, with Pepper plants and herbs growing beside the sidewalk and picnic table for atmosphere. Indoor dining hut for cold weather.

Parking: Limited parking onsite up the driveway. Once you get in, getting out is hard.
Street Parking around the corner is easier.

Wheelchair accessibility: The driveway to the taco truck and (one side of) the picnic table is a little steep and bumpy for wheelchair accessibility, but no stairs. There is no rail beside the driveway ramp.

There is a small doorway lip to navigate to enter the indoor dining area.”

Kid-friendliness: I have wrangled all four of my kiddos into this restaurant multiple times... they are mesmerized by the interior and the servers -- and the big beautiful fish tank has been a "tour destination" for them for as long as I can remember. There were times where my my youngest was being .. well, a toddler! And the staff was GREAT about it- despite the mess and the noise. Just a wonderful family friendly restaurant with great prices and food that will never leave you disappointed!”

“Hands down the best Cadillac manganitas lave the Ladies that run this place, they remeber you every time. food is beyond amazing, from the queso, tamales,fajita burrito, Carne Asada, oh and the Cuevreo Shrimp so far not one bad meal.”

“I ordered pozole to go and I was very surprised how delicious it was. The portion was big which allowed me to save half for the next day. They packaged it in a plastic tub with plastic wrap so there was no spillage. It came with tostadas, three sauces, cabbage onions and radishes. I’m so glad I found a place that makes great pozole.”
