“I have never had a better chocolate covered cruller ever. Most doughnut places dont even make these, so when I saw it….Had to get one. Soft pillowy inside with a light crisp outside. The chocolate icing was delightful. They really understand how to make dough for sure. If you really want a special treat, go get yourself one of these. They have days where they don’t make raised doughnuts so make sure you call ahead if you’re looking for these.“
“Super great baked goodies here, but the shop itself is almost never open, since I guess they're primarily just a caterer. Everything I've ever got here has always been a huge hit at our house.Man, that time I brought home cinnamon rolls from here, I was practically getting begged to pick up more cinnamon rolls nearly daily for the month after that.That said, I'm in the mall a couple times a week and I think I've only seen this place open for walk-ins maybe five times ever out of the probably hundred times I've been to the mall. It's not really the fault of the people that run the shop, they're just really busy with catering jobs, and it's kind of a downside of the mall being run by more indie shops that don't really make enough to justify having strict hours.“

“Recently found Los Encantos and are so impressed with the food...we have already gone back three times. We have tried the Campagna, Russian Rye, Insane bread (which is my favorite) and the Pretzel rolls which are a the best I have ever had. I highly recommend them for any baked goods!“

“TLDR; super long and slow lines, really nice pastries.When we got here (9.30am), the line probably had 7-8 groups ahead of us, and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the front. I got the savory croissant which was overall pretty quite nice. Unfortunately it felt a bit oily (not buttery) to me - I let it sit in the paper bag for a couple hours, after which it was perfect since the bag soaked up all the extra oil/butter.“

“The chai was okay, but the pastries we got were so good. The cheesecake has a much thicker crust which I prefer and the flavors tasted like a crisp fall day. We also got the chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin. All very good, and good value. Plentiful seating indoor and outdoor.“
“Continuing my food tour of the PNW, Saboteur Bakery has been coined the best bakery in the Kingston Area. It is tucked away in a small shop in Bremerton downtown. I was skeptical because I am a little bit of bakery connoisseur. I was not disappointed by the expectations that were set for me. This bakery was popping when I arrived due to heavy foot traffic. The almond croissant was literally warm when I purchased it. The frangipane onto was perfectly crisped and topped with the toasted almonds was balanced with the soft inside filling. The pear brioche danish was just as good because the crackling on the sides also matched with the soft inside to give the pastry texture. Both of the pastries were well worth the drive and I would be willing to go again. The reason that I took one star off is because I was slightly disappointed with the choice of pastries. I had heard that weekly there is a special bakery item that they keep in the fridge (this is only available on the weekends). I was disappointed that there was no way that I could have known in advance to drive there on Saturday instead of Friday. Maybe I am not aware of something that locals are?“
“The custom gender reveal cake was AMAZING! It was exactly what I asked for and more. They were super accommodating with everything from style to flavor and worked with us in making sure it was a surprise for my husband and I. We did a lemon raspberry cake and everyone loved it! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to do a custom cake!“
