“Since my local Skippers has been gone for years, I thought I would make the drive to one of the few left. The food was ok, pretty much the same as it was 10+years ago, I am sad that they went back to all-you-can-eat only on Tuesday, but they had done that a long time ago, so it wasn't a surprise. But the fish is different, smaller but thicker pieces, same amount, just cut differently. The fries were pretty good, fresh and crispy.The service was phenomenal, two young men and they were VERY friendly and VERY helpful. I probably would not travel so far just to get the food again, but I might, just to enjoy the amazing customer service that is lacking in so many other places. “I have never had pizza to go and went there tonight. The second I walked in Patrick, Danni and Giuseppe were so warm, welcoming and quite the comedians! They suggested a glass of wine while I waited for my pizza so I went and had a glass of wine. The bartender was just as amazing as them! As a table, you can all select your dishes and order. Once you are ready, you submit your order. “My work is close to this place. Which is incredible! Because it's top tier most delicious fried shrimp I or my co workers have had. Pollock was thick cut and moist. The fries have a seasoning that requires no condiments. Nothing there does honestly. The store front looks more like a fish market than a restaurant so i didn't go in for a long while. I'm so glad I found it. It's my hit every Friday for lent.“
“Accidentally came across this hidden southern soul food eatery. I was a little hesitant about the menu and not knowing a whole lot about southern food. And Wow!!! The service was down right friendly. Like being invited to a table with family. The food was served in portions that will not leave you wanting. The food was so flavorful the catfish was great. “It's ALWAYS a treat to eat fish and chips from this fish truck! They are in four different Pierce County locations Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -- 2:00 pm Tuesday -- Milton; Wednesday -- Sterino Farms (Puyallup); Thursday -- Edgewood; and Friday in Sumner. I try to schedule appointments in Puyallup on Wednesday so I can have an excuse to swing by Sterino Farms to shop for fresh produce and eat fish & chips! There is a covered eating area at Sterino Farms. Not only is the food delicious but there is a feeling of genuine hospitality. They take the time to ask how your day is going and chat for a few seconds. I rarely spend money on drinks, but I do recommend the lemonade -- it's really, really good! Edit: there is ALWAYS a line! Wait times are long. I almost always go to the Puyallup location. I've been to Sumner once and the line was reasonable. I've yet to discover the "best time" to go.“
“I don’t ever leave reviews on Google, but I almost cried because this was some of the best food I’ve ever had. We are vegan and the options were phenomenal. All super fresh. Not mushy like some places. Crunchy freshly cooked veggies (but not raw) and immense flavors. The staff was super helpful and attentive. This is my new comfort food. We got the aloo baingan, bhindi masala, and aloo flatbread. The server also suggested some naturally vegan starters for next time and I can’t wait to try them. We will absolutely be back over and over.“
