“I don't think many people are aware, but this is a fantastic venue, with great bands, never a cover charge! Drinks and food are very reasonably priced, service is outstanding, atmosphere welcoming. I cannot recommend it enough for entertainment in Kitsap County. I hope they advertise more and attract a larger crowd. They deserve it.”
“One of my favorite places to take folks. The view is stunning, the food is delicious from the lobster thermadore to the crab cakes and sushi. We haven’t had a single bad meal.Dietary restrictions: Options and adjustments made for allergies and recommendations given for which items would be best to adapt”
“We would recommend 'The Clearwater' for a nice dining experience. Tables are limited so reservations should be made as soon as possible! We were a party of four. Everyone enjoyed their meals & would recommend their selections as well as order them again: Jidori Chicken Oscar, 14oz Bone-in Pork Chop, Shrimp & Scallop Gnocchi, Diver Sea Scallops. The Clearwater Signature Salad with champagne pear vinaigrette was so tasty. The Caesar salad romaine was served cold, crisp and fresh. Lemon 'slices', more suited for a cocktail, was served with the salad. Slices made it tough to squeeze lemon juice on the salad. Pork Belly Brussels Sprouts were nice and crispy roasted. Pork Belly pieces were nice in sized but lacked pork meat. This dish was a bit salty. The Clearwater Cabernet Sauvignon, produced by Rutherford Wine Company in California, was a great value at $24 a bottle! Also recommend the Clearwater Reserve IPA. Jody, our server, has a talent for anticipating the needs of the table. She was knowledgeable about the menu items including wine and beer selections. Pleasant and engaging. We appreciated the attention she paid to our table.”
“The food was good. The service was okay. I wish that they gave us water sooner. The food was way way too mega, I only ate a quarter. The kids menu should be for minors.”
“Amazing burger EVERYTIME. Fresh veggies and crisp fries.this is double with bacon and Swiss. $15 . So happy with the choice. Use to get the pho as pictured and it was amazing but no longer available. Maybe some day it will come back or made as a special”
“A hidden gem right off the Bainbridge Island ferry with no wrong choices. Want a cheaper drink or some food? Take advantage of happy hour! My only gripe is that it feels a little pricey, but it feels worthwhile!”
“Juicy J’s was incredible. We showed up right at closing and instead of turning us away, the made us an incredible meal. The burger is one of the best I have had (plant based or not). You gotta give these folks a try!”
“Incredible tasting sandwiches! Highly recommend the spiced chicken and the beef! My son said the beef with Thai basil was the best sandwich he’s ever had and he’s 6! They were all delicious. A great addition to the expanding food scene on the island. Don’t forget the scrumptious salted choc cookies!”
“Seabird had incredible food and cocktails. It as so fun to take my Pescatarian sister to a restaurant where she could eat everything on the menu! The menu changes with the seasons, but favorites included the 50 carrot mezcal cocktail, a flight of oysters, the ceviche, and rockfish. I was impressed with the balance of flavors in the drinks and dishes. Also noteworthy was the play with texture in the meals. Our bill included two cocktails, two mocktails, three oysters, a salad, ceviche, two fish entrees, an espresso, and a dessert. I was floored that the bill came to just $100/person for two people before tip. What excellent pricing for such a wonderful fine dining experience. Highly recommended! Will go again!”
“We ordered a dish that we wanted to have a bit more sauce. Everything is made to order and would have taken a minute. Another order was placed for Tikki Masala and they made extra for us. Little things make a business shine. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner.”
“Excellent food, never disappoints! Cant go wrong with the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. Also love the Bollywood music videos playing on the tv, never a dull moment!Vegetarian options: Can get anything with no meat!Dietary restrictions: So many optionsParking: Lots of free parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly”
“TLDR; super long and slow lines, really nice pastries. When we got here (9.30am), the line probably had 7-8 groups ahead of us, and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the front. I got the savory croissant which was overall pretty quite nice. Unfortunately it felt a bit oily (not buttery) to me - I let it sit in the paper bag for a couple hours, after which it was perfect since the bag soaked up all the extra oil/butter.”
“GFC is my go-to resource for excellent coffee. The website, customer service, beans, shipping and coffee mugs are all top notch. Agate Pass is my favorite blend. Seabrook Blend is also delicious. I've been ordering from GFC for over six years. I'm staying with them.”
“I had the best time here as I always do. So fun to learn about all the amazing flavors and the process on how they make the ciders. Such interesting people and conversations to be had.”
“Got here 20 minutes b4 close this time so they were out of poke ?. But been here 6 times b4 and it’s always been fresh and decent size portions. Highly recommend!”
“First visit & defiantly not our last! Excellent food & service! The owners are friendly & welcoming! Great addition to Kingston! 5-star!! It's hard to pick when they give you samples! We had the Cottage Pie & Meatball Stroganoff! We took home the frozen BBQ Pulled Pork Stew! So good!”
“Oh my goodness, soooooo good!!! They sadly were already out of ribs when I went, but their BBQ chicken was tender and soooo good. 10/10, the serving sizes are perfect. The person taking orders was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the food when I asked questions.”
“If you're visiting Bainbridge Island and are a fan of Vietnamese food, I would recommend a stop here. (If you're on foot, just push yourself to venture a teeny, tiny bit past the main downtown area.) We had the shrimp spring rolls, grilled beef banh mi, special pho and strawberry banana smoothie. At the end of the meal, my kids asked what was in the "magical" smoothie and the food. (Basically, they are endorsing everything we had.)”
“The chai was okay, but the pastries we got were so good. The cheesecake has a much thicker crust which I prefer and the flavors tasted like a crisp fall day. We also got the chocolate croissant and a blueberry muffin. All very good, and good value. Plentiful seating indoor and outdoor.”
“fabulous selection of baked goods. Fresh daily. So good. Their only flaw is that sometimes they are so popular that they have a line and so they might run out of things earlier in the day. But sometimes, I can walk in at any time of the day and get some of my favorites. ( of which there are many). highly recommended.”
“Lone star has the best customer service! Went into the Silverdale location on my daughters birthday to get her some birthday donuts & they gave her a HUGE birthday donut cake for FREE. There donuts are yummy & delicious. No complaints about this donut shop. 10/10”
“4.5 stars - overall reasonably priced with great food and atmosphere.Recommend:Softshell crabs - did a great job on keeping the crispness without infusing too much oilRib stew - tender and flavory. Used sweet potato instead of common potatoes. If the rice is less sticky, they’d be perfect together.-0.5 for the fried shrimp noodle — shrimps are fresh and chewy (in a good way) but I couldn’t taste the sea with that much seasoning. I understand the bak choy is a good balance for salty noodles and shrimps, but they don’t quite go together.”
“We really liked eating at this place as the food was delicious. Really good authentic Italian food made from scratch. The place itself is in sort of a shopping center, and it has a main entry area that sort of like a store. There’s also an outdoor area that’s shaded pretty nicely. Lots of artificial plants although some are natural living plants, but it looks good. The store has all kinds of cool little items for sale from authentic foods and ingredients to drinks and more. The customer service was OK. They were nice, but not as friendly or accommodating as we hoped. The food on the other hand hits the spot. We really enjoyed the meals with a glass of wine. I recommend this place to others who are looking for great Italian food.”
“OMG good food! The only place I've ever been where they ask how well you want your carne asada grilled! Pork Carnitas that are out of this world. You order at the counter, and sit at a table with a roll of paper towels for your napkins, so don't come for the atmosphere. But if you're looking for 'comida bien rica!' this is the place!Vegetarian options: Beans rice chili rellenos nd cheese enchiladasKid-friendliness: It's very casual and no frills. There is a kids menu and I saw a family eating dinner with their kids.”
“I have been enjoying the brew of Over The Moon Coffee since I moved to North Kitsap nearly two years ago; however, it wasn't until I was treated to the warm hospitality of owners Joanne and Ed Shumake yesterday, while I was waiting to meet with outdoor photographer Tim Davis, that I fully appreciated the specialness of this family-owned enterprise. The cafe is cozy, the coffee is tasty, and the staff is always friendly.”
“My daughter and I came after seeing a play in Seattle. She picked the restaurant and the food plus service was fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant”
“I haven't been here in years and I am glad I came back. The food is crazy good, the staff are friendly and professional, and the prices are great too. I am glad when I go on break, I can come just 2 minutes down the road and relax here and eat good food.”
“Been twice, great carne asada! Takes me on a virtual journey back to SoCal! Wonderful experience, the people are very warm and welcoming, they are serving up some great food.”
“Food: we stopped by this quaint town of Port Gamble. Didn't even know this place existed! This is a place NOT to be missed if you are in the mood for sweets. We wanted something sweet and looked up this place. Super cute town driving in, beautiful view of the water. We ordered : the almond raspberry cake, strawberry shortcake, lemon bar, and lemon cheesecake. The almond raspberry cake was so moist, not overly sweet, fresh whipped cream, fresh raspberries, and topped with some crunchy almonds, just the right amount of sweetness! Strawberry shortcake was just like grandma made it. The strawberries were just the right sweetness, fresh whipped cream, crop lu shortcake made the right way so it socks up the strawberries goodness! Lemon bar was sweet and tart equally. The crust had the right amount of crunch and buttery goodness. Lemon cheesecake was creamy and lemony dreamy! Service was friendly and helpful. They were quick and super patient as we decided what to get. This cute old gas station like spot had a nostalgic feel. Definitely will be back for their food and more dessert!”

“I get my Sullys To Go because I don’t like people. The food is amazing every single time! it’s like you were sitting there, but without all the people to bother you. The food is great and the portions are large. This is just a hidden gem so don’t tell too many of your friends.”
